I came in to replace my broken phone. I can’t completely remember the name of the person who helped me (Jermain??), but he was GREAT. Very warm, helpful, and no hard sell for things I didn’t need. He was a great conversationalist and had us in and out as quickly as possible. 10/10 would go back, and would definitely hope to be helped by him again.

The staff jermain blackchard is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I am glad AT&Thas a such great staff.

Had difficulties setting up the pa rentals cell phone. Came in and were helped by Gio initially. He helped us out a lot and got us back on track. Rafael then came to make sure we were fine and gave us some tips. Other employees would come by to check in and over all 10/10 customer service.

How much of the AT&T store today to try to get my device fixed and found out that I need a plethora of other things done and Rosie was there to help she was extremely knowledgeable very helpful and very kind I recommend anybody to come to the South Street store and ask for her. The manager as well Daisy was very helpful and very kind and very understanding of my daughter and tried to help me in anyway she could. I don’t like AT&T service too much but I love their store

I came to this store to buy a specific phone that was in stock and received the best service from Gio (who set up my phone), Michell, Jermain and Raphael! The entire team was very nice and attentive! They strive for fives!!!

Walked into this AT&T store today because I was having voicemail issues.... The person that greeted me was a gentleman by the name of Jermaine.... Jermaine was very professional he not only made sure my needs with my voicemail was fixed but he also took care of me with purchasing a new phone.... he wasnt pushy like most reps be to over sale.... he recommended certain items but not demanding to the point of one feeling like they was getting taking advantage of.... I dont really do reviews but THE EXPERIENCE I had with Jermaine was something this market needs.... Good Job Jermaine!!

Also, he was able to work with figuring out my work discounts! We had to come back a couple more times due to needing a different SIM card and buying new phones and he was incredibly helpful! I needed to sign up for new service with my own equipment, which I just happened to be replacing the rear glass at a shop next door to AT&T. I walked over to AT&T to see what the rates were like compared to T-Mobile and Jermain came to greet me within one minute and proceeded to ask me about my needs and began suggesting options. Based on his input, I decided to sign up for service, but told him My phone was being repaired next door. He offered to sign me up for service at that moment so once my phone was ready, the service would be active. Through a series of issues on T-Mobiles side, it took some time to get the number ported, and it was a couple hours before everything was completed. Jermain was so amazing to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable, relatable, kind and funny. He was so very apologetic for the amount of time it was taking even though it was beyond his control. He advice even saved me money because I was able to sign up for a business account! Jermain even went the extra mile and asked me to contact him when I picked my phone up so he was sure the service was working properly.I could not have been happier with Jermain’s level of service, and that of all the reps present during my visit. I’ll be needing another line in a couple months, and will actually be driving the 20mile trip specifically because of Jermain’s service, even though there is a AT&T store three blocks from my home.AT&T should consider themselves lucky to have someone like Jermain on their team!

I’ve always had horrible experiences at literally every other store and on the phone, I actually came in to cancel my service!! Claudia and the Manager Marilyn were SO helpful. They’ve restored my faith into AT&T. They got me a good deal on my new phone and got me HBO Max for free. Would recommend this store . The employees actually enjoy the work they do and it shows in the customer service they provided me.

First day of Apple’s releases of the new iPhone 12pros. I usually go to Best Buy and or Apple to purchase the new phones but I was around the area and decided to visit an at&t store. This store was the second store I visited after not being satisfied at the first. Glad, I decided to give at&t another chance to complete my service of upgrading my phone. Was immediately greeted at the store and workers were attentive to sign me in. Now, Jadrian assisted me throughout my transaction and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He was very attentive and patient with me as I asked many questions (often times for clarifications) and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the whole process. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed or persuaded into anything. Definitely made the process feel as if he was looking out for the customer! He had the answers for everything I asked, but made sure to clarify with coworkers when unsure of something. He provided excellent service.My experience overall at the store was great, they made sure to follow COVID protocols without losing the customer service aspect. The manager also approached and was attentive to making sure everything was going well and introduced herself. My experience here today gave me the confidence of visiting the store for future inquiries and know will be taken care of.Great job, satisfied customer!

Happy best experience at this location AT&T office South Street. Prior to coming here we went to the AT&T in the town center Cerritos not a great experience. Marcus Basically said to do it online and we get store credit of $30 each for each phone online however that wasn’t true we decided to come over here to the AT&T on South Street the best experience J Adrian wonderful customer service set us up ready to go no problems and they have the phones we want. J Adrian gave us great customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will recommend the store highly to my family the AT&T on South Street in Cerritos

In this day and age of customer service not being a priority, I was pleased to see and experience the level of attention I received from this store. I was in search of all the services I can receive for a new account. Curtis took the time to explain internet as well as cell phone plans. I am now an informed customer.

Came in to the Cerritos store yesterday and I was working with Marilyn. We upgraded my phone, what I loved the most is she gave me different options to choose from as far as promotions go. She took her time to explain all fees and charges that would appear on my next months bill. She also hooked me up with HBO max for free! If anyone is thinking of coming to this location, ask for Marilyn you won’t regret it. Very personalable and friendly .

My husband and I waited for 45 minutes no one took our name down manager walked to talk to us and said we were next and helped people that walked in after us ... at the end they waisted over an hour of our life just so say they didn’t have the phone we wanted. Sounds like great service hu?

If I would give this a negative 5 I would. Sure, they change their current surroundings but the customer service is horrendous. Just walked in to get a new phone at March 22, 2018 and nobody not even the supervisor said hello or what can I do for you. They just stared at you like you dont belong there. Gave them a few more minutes and still nobody want to help us. So I decided to leave for another At&t store with a better customer service.

There was one representative talking to a customer when we came in. No acknowledgement, so we waited. A second one eventually came out and helped us. We had a problem with a new phone we bought from Sams Club, but she wasnt able to help us. So we returned to Sams Club and the AT&T rep there spent 2 hours on the phone with AT&T and was able to help us. Now that is customer service!

Rosie took care of us and was helpful with all of our questions. She was not pushy at all and allowed for my stepkid to make his choice with his new phone. I also upgraded our internet with ATT and lets see how that goes once installed. $20 cheaper per month than Spectrum...

Have been a AT&T member for 20+ years. Service is quick and friendly. Prices are high for the product though.

I know its cut throat industry but I really get tired of putting down competition. Instead of concentrate on why they are better than others.

Wait time may vary depending on the days. I had a short wait time and excellent service. Some of their guys speak Spanish as well.

AT&T internet services will quote you 14.95 per month and when the bill comes it is $46 per month. When you call after a hour on hold you get to speak to some foreigner that English is a second language to try and sort it out. They tell you that they can now only reduce it to $19.95 however you have to pay the $46 for this month. So what happened next month the bill was back up to $46 again. I have been on hold for 55 minutes so far trying to get this resolved . I have other things to do with my day besides sorting out rip offs with the phone company. AT&T I hate youWhat a scam stay away from this company.
