I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Transit HR AWD Ecoboost passenger van from Jorge Velazuez (Fleet sales @ Norm Reeves Ford Superstore, Cerritos). Jorge was recommended to me by an acquaintance who purchased their van from him. Due to Covid my van took 6 months to arrive, instead of the normal 12 weeks. Jorge was great throughout the entire process. Always getting back to me with in a day, answering all my questions and providing status on my build. The van arrived exactly the way we ordered it, I was stoked! We had already agreed on a price and he was able to get me an additional discount that Ford was offering. The finance guy was great as well (Benji Brown) very professional and went through all my options quickly and clearly. In fact everyone at the dealership I interacted with was kind and courteous...quite shocking in today’s age. Extremely disappointed with the service provided. I would give 0 stars but the initial customer service provided was decent, however once I was ready to purchase the car, the service dipped. I was constantly reaching out to get any updates for my application, I provided all the details they needed to run my credit and background check. And then I got no replies/responses unless I reached out. The Ford credit system was running into an issue with my Co-Signees Credit. I asked to speak to the manager who was running the credit and I never got a response. The agent said they would reach out first thing in the morning (today) to give me a response and I have yet to receive that as well. Now I have a credit check under my credit as well as a waste of an entire day (yesterday).

We were there for the 2020 ford explorer service having few problems with backup camera showing blue screen .This is our 3rd times going into shop there since last year!Even before RECALL, WE had problems with it.. going in and out of the shop several times... wasting time and money for ongoing problems that cant be fix?What Ford is telling us is that since system on explorer does not indicate anything.... they cant do anything about it....make us look liar..We even took a photo day before going to shop...but couldnt be helpful....shoot!We really have no idea how or what .....Very very disappointed on ford and norm reeves ford...!!

The service department is always full of cars. It took 1 week to get my truck back. It takes about an hour for a service rep to talk to you. When you finally pick up your vehicle you need to wait for the service rep to be available. They need to have a separate pick up area like other dealers do. Go to the cashier pay your invoice and your car is brought up. No need to wait another hour to speak to service rep. Plan on spending a couple of hours dropping off and picking up.

Josh Van akker⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Used Cars from the store ⭐⭐⭐Hands down to Josh for going extra miles, literally 100 miles just to deliver the vehicle I want. He deserves more than 5 stars for being helpful with my questions. When the vehicle was delivered there was a CEL and I was told that it was just the gas cap, I never had the chance to check because my wife was at the ER that night so I said okay since he said I will get reimbursed for the repair. Next day the CEL was gone so I thought it is okay. Then yesterday it came back on so I went to an auto parts store to get the code read and it it showed P0171. Turned out the problem was a ripped air intake hose. I have no problem buying it myself but Im having a hard time finding the the OEM part so I had to buy one from autozone which is compatible but dont fit perfectly just to prevent the damage it can do to the engine while I still look for Honda part. I just thought they check the cars thorougly before selling it but I guess not. But still Josh gave great service. Thanks man.I know I bought an as-is car. But I trusted you guys checked it thoroughly before selling it. Im hoping thats the only problem its hiding.

I was called by Norm Reeves Ford to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I was given an appointment and arrived a few minutes ahead of time. It took 25 minutes to get checked in for service. The service on my vehicle was great, but they need to improve on the time it takes to check your vehicle in.

I thought I got a decent deal but with time I realized that this vehicle must have been re painted at some point because the paint continues to peel and peel off. They did fix one bumper after I complained and that was hard t over at that. Within a year it just started to continue to peel off. I didn’t haggle with the price of the vehicle, I just wanted to get it over with fast and get home. Don’t know if you can check the exact history of the vehicle but please request the info if you can. Don’t get fought like me. 🙁

I had an appointment at 1:15 on 5- 4-21. I didnt get checked in until 1:35. After that unexpected wait the rest of the experience was good. The associate gave me an estimated time of completion and the car was ready at around that time. I paid most of my bill using my Ford pass points. So that was nice.

Honestly it was a great experience until recently. I traded in my mustang for a brand new bronco. The Bronco window had some scratches but sales guaranteed this would be fixed within two weeks of purchased. Literally coming at 60 days of when I purchased the vehicle and it still hasn’t been fixed. I took in twice already and there is always an issue. First time the part wasn’t order and this second time the replaced the wrong window. Literally worst experience ever. Then over the weekend I received a toll road fee of the vehicle I traded in from the new owner, which means dealership didn’t transfer liability and now I have to take time out of my day to fix something that the dealership should’ve taken care of. I haven’t had old car for two months and receiving fees that should be sent to the new vehicle owners. So anyone trading in your car follow up with them to make sure liability is transfer.

My father and i came in ready to purchase a commercial work truck we really wanted but no one seemed to care enough to attend us even after asking. We ended up having to take our buisness to Chevrolet.

Ive had problems since day one with this dealership. They lied to me in several occasions. I had a monitor problem and I took it in. I had some work done that same day and they told me that the monitor was fixed. Now I took my car for a brake change and I told them I had the same issue with the monitor. They checked it a specialist said that once does an update that I shouldnt have the same problem I told him the last rep said the same thing. On top of that they said it was gonna cost $190. I told the rep why would I have to pay for this since they supposedly fixed it before.. the other problem I had when I baugth the car which was a leased car. The previous owner didnt pay the tags and their was a $400 bill and I questioned the sales rep that why was I send this bill and I wad my plates delayed. I went from sales rep to sales rep to get this fixed one said I had to pay this others said they will look into it so I technically spend 3 months for this to be fixed. I got tired of waiting and I went directly to the dealership. I told them I wouldnt leave the premises till I hade the bill payed from them.. they took 2 hours to reply at the end they gave me a check under my name wich I still had to lose one more day of my job and presented to the dmv. One more thing by the time I was waiting for them to fix this issue I was stop on several occasions cops for not having my plates. Now today Im going to check my monitor which I will refuse to pay since they said the last time they checked that they had the problem fixed. They offer do discount 50% of the charge I said no. The reason it because they will just dust off their bad service and I will walk a happy customer but in reality if I dont stand up and give them a reality check they will end up doing this to other customers...

We had a recall fixed on our truck that left our brakes not feeling right. After weeks of back and forth and getting rather frustrated with an employee that has since left Ford, Norm Reeves service manager made everything right by personally handling our situation and within the same day at that! Incredibly thankful to the service manager for all of his help!!

Brandon Bullock was the best salesman I have ever worked with. As a younger woman I normally either get ignored completely or they try to talk to whomever I am with at the time. Brandon found me wondering the lot and instead of trying to push me into something I didnt want he listened to me and showed me what I needed. There was no pressure during any of it and he was always straight forward with each step. My mom had enjoyed him so much that she came back the next day to work with Brandon to finally get her new car. During the financial parts we got to work with Oscar and Benjy, both were excellent and extremely friendly as well but I cannot stress this enough that Brandon was the reason we went to Norm Reeves Ford and I will recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

My family have been shopping with John K. @ cerritos Ford before it became Norm reeves. We have purchased over 20 cars within the pass 25-30 years. They treat us like family. Yesterday I purchased my youngest son a car for a really great price and all the bells and whistles. So I went to go test drive a truck with the full intention of buying the truck and was turned away for credit so I asked what down payment I needed to give in order to drive off the lot today I never got a response..I have called at least 10 times trying to get a hold of Ed the manager and Myles on the sales floor and have still not got a response. The way they been with me as a customer has been disrespectful by ignoring me and not calling me back or when I get a hold of them they tell me they will call me back with no answers and no call backs.the way the make you feel is like you can’t afford to buy there vehicles I will definitely let everyone I know how this dealership works. And I don’t write reviews but this was annoying me so I had to and I got to put it in all the other review sights as well.. I was an easy sell..I wanted to do a 24 hour follow up for anyone thinking this is the dealership to go to.. so Ed the manager calls me back and tells me he worked as hard as he could all I need is 6500 down and 700 a month for 60 months for a 26000 dollar truck just in case you think about purchasing here save your time and credit check... next I wanted to address how on my original comment the owner responds to my reviews to cal at my earliest convenience... I have called now 3 times and left a voicemail with my number and haven’t received a call back.. I’m super disappointed in this dealership I’m the easiest sell you can get and that’s the stuff they try to pull over 50k!!!! For a 26000 dollar truck.

Buyer Beware!Typical bait and switch.Found a SUV at a price I liked on CarGurus and spoke several times with Carlos Lopez and, I had hoped had all the details worked to my satisfaction; So, I drive 128 miles to meet with Carlos, but he is nowhere to be seen- he had more important things going on, which is fine- he said all the details are in the system and his partner Jeramy would start and possibly finish the transaction.So, I get there, find jeramy ( ? ) and gave him my car keys to verify my trade was as I’d described it and in good shape.He cones out with one of those worksheets, and the price is close to the advertised amount, but they were giving me 4,000 less for my trade in, and over 4% higher interest on the loan.I tell Jeremy that won’t fly, he goes off to the finance manager / closer and comes back with another sheet, saying the rebates had expired yesterday - ( although after I drove home 128 miles, I see the price still reflects the quoted rebate )So he goes back and forth a couple time, seemed like he really wanted to show me something about the rebates expiring -even though CarGurus still shows the same price.So, jeramy brings me into the finance closer office and we go a couple rounds of them getting a little closer to the deal I was prepared to make. But still several thousand dollars above what was worked out on the phone, so I left.

BEWARE: MY TIME WAS WASTED AND I GOT RIPPED OFF! I bought a brand new Mustang on Friday 11/30/2018 with 19 miles on it from Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. Scratched werent fixed, THEY ADDDED 2 MORE SCRATCHES INSTEAD!!!Scratch #1 (picture attached) - Was there the day the car was purchased. Scratch seems to be under the clear coat. [On the driver side fender] My backup salesman Fernando told me to bring it back to get it buffed out. My Salesman Manny L. went home halfway through the transaction. The “Open Hood’ light was also on with the hood closed, but Fernando said the hood was closed securely and was safe to drive home and would also be fixed when I brought it back to the dealership. The “Open Hood’ light was not on when I test drove the car a few hours before I drove off after signing the paperwork. The “Open Hood’ light began to fail after Fernando deactivated the Optional Car alarm that I didn’t purchase.During the next several days I called Lisa M, the guest relations manager, a couple times to find out about the loaner. I drove my new Mustang for 12 days with the “Open Hood’ light on and was embarrassed when people asked why my new car was broken and scratched. I was desperate for the light and the scratch to be fixed. The loaner was ready on 12/11/2018, so I immediately took time off from work to drop off the Mustang for repairs and pick up the loaner.I was told the Mustang was fully repaired and ready for pick up on 12/24/2018. I took time off from work and went to finally pick up my new Mustang. The “Open Hood’ light was fixed, but I was outraged that Scratch #1 was not fixed and I was horrified that Scratch #2 was added. (picture attached) (Jose T. also noticed it and took a picture) Scratch #2 was added by the service department after 1st failed attempt to fix scratch #1. [On the driver side quarter panel] I showed Jose T that scratch #1 was not fixed and scratch #2 was added. He said he didn’t know what happened, but he would do his best to get the 2 scratches fixed. He asked me to leave the Mustang again and to take the loaner, so I did.I was told the Mustang was fully repaired (again) and ready for pick up on 1/7/2018. I took time off from work and went to finally pick up my new Mustang again. I felt completely numb to see that scratch #1 and scratch #2 were not repaired and scratch #3 was added. (picture attached) (Jose T. also noticed it and took a picture) Scratch #3 was added by the service department after 2nd failed attempt to fix scratch #1 and scratch #2. [Above the driver side door handle] I wanted to talk to a Sales Manager, but Angie H was unavailable, so I was told to wait to speak to Ed I., another sales manager. Manny, my Salesman was there and told me I could speak to Ed. I waited 15 minutes for Ed, but he never spoke to me. Manny told me Ed said for me to speak to Al G., the service director. Jose T asked me to wait and told me I could speak to Al. 10 Minutes later, Jose said Ed could not speak to Ed. Jose said he was unable to help me because no Managers were available. I was visibly disappointed, I took my new scratched car and left. I don’t know what to do, I wish I would’ve set foot in Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. I spent the last 5 weeks stressed, wasting time, wasting work vacation time, wasting gas, paying insurance and making a car payment for a new car I’ve barely had in my possession and has 3 scratches by Norm Reeves Ford Superstore.I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN!

The valet driver, Jose, was awesome! We have the Concerige service usually the guys that come to get my car have a very difficult time finding me. Jose called me and said he was at my place of work so I came down from my office. He was sitting at my car waiting for me. This was impressive. It didn’t take me over one half hour away from my office to give him my car. And, was friendly and very professional. He brought my car back the next day and was just as professional and friendly! Thank you Jose for your “5 Diamond Customer Service!” Oh by the way, the work was completed on my car perfectly and she was detailed and has never looked so good!! Thank you Cindy for taking care of me! 5 stars all the way around!!! 🤓

Effortless transaction best car buying experience

I had an appointment for 11:30 and I showed up 5 min early. Well I ended up sitting in my car for over an hour and no one at that point had bothered to ask me anything. I asked one of the workers and he said someone was supposed to come to me but that they all went on lunch. I wasted an hour of my life Ill never get back while I sat there doing nothing. Im really disappointed because my first time here was the best car buying experience Ive ever had..

Wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the employee coming in often and sanitizing the waiting room. The service was excellent. Sean Osborne explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I liked that he kept me posted on what was happening to my car. I will recommend to friends and relatives to go to Norm Reeves Ford to buy a vehicle and to have their vehicles serviced at Norm Reeves Ford.

Service was great. They were helpful and very kind. Was in for an appointment and out within 2 hours. Seems long but I was expecting longer so for me it was definitely nice to leave earlier. Everything was easy. No issues!

First time that I decided to buy a new truck.I was looking for a truck that would be us for work and would be good to take on trips for my weekend warrior adventures.I was looking into the F-150s and of course found one exactly the way I wanted it by pre-ordering it. Do to this Covid pandemic issue my order was held a bit back. Sadly events came up where I couldnt wait for my order and need it a truck to prioritize.Joseph C, helped me out all the way in the process of the truck ordering during pandemic and understood my needs into getting into a truck. So with hes solutions he guided me in to the truck that would fill my work and weekend warrior ever needs.It was a 2021 Ford Freakin Ranger.At first thoughts of it to myself why a smaller truck! But o boy, its body size and feel is the same as my old full body size work truck; but better.I happy I went that route with The Freakin Ranger, super happy with its feel and gad mileage I get.

Sales manager Jesse Martinez is a very easy person to work with. Gave him all my info over the phone and what I have to work with and he was able to not only meet my criteria but give me more than I was asking. I can see why Norm Reeves does so much business. Super friendly and will always give you the best deal. Cant wait to get my next vehicle from them.

The service team was awesome! Everything the service manager, Sean Osborne said, he did. The work was all completed in a short timeline as promised. They even found a nail in one of the tires & took care of it also. Our Aviator was returned to us detailed and on time. The girl who picked up & returned our car was very nice & professional. I would recommend Norm Reeves Lincoln to anyone because of the friendly & professional service we received.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Joseph made everything very easy. I started shopping online and found the right car. By the time I showed up to the dealership, the car was staged out front and clean. Everything was already prepared and setup. I was driving home in my new car in 1 hour. Speedy process and well organized dealership.

Bait and switch salesman. Had an appointment set up for 7 got there at 620 and they tell me the car is sold but they do have another older model to look at. Over an hour in traffic wasted

I had a wonderful experience here. My husband and I went in hoping to get this car we had been wanting and needing. We called the dealer before going in and spoke to Cesar Vazquez and told him our situation and he definitely helped right away and was completely honest with us on our options. We then went into the dealer and spoke to him and he helped us and was super friendly and funny. We felt really comfortable working with him in regards to getting our new car. He helped us achieve this goal and im so happy and grateful for everything he did. Definitely recommend going in to see him. Explained everything perfectly as well. We also spoke with a very nice woman in finance named Fabby Guerra. She also helped so much and was super friendly and made the process to getting our car so easy. These two people also made sure my kids were having a fun experienceand that mattered to me so much. Everything here was clean and felt secure enough to be safe during this pandemic. They offered water and coffee while we waited and Ralph Calvo went around making sure we were good and if we had any questions. I give this dealer 5 stars because the people we encountered were amazing. Definitely would feel comfortable making another purchase in the future. Thank you guys.

Ivan was amazing and kept me informed throughout the day. My car looked brand new after the surprise carwash! Thank you! Just got my car serviced and couldn’t have been any better great service

Went to get my first service on my car. I worked with Ivan Cruz. He was able to assist me in a very friendly and timely manner. I even had trouble using my ford pass and he was able to help me with it as well. I had previous experiences with this location but The customer service is very much improved. I will definitely be back for any future needs for our families cars.

I bought my Ford Focus from Norm Reeves Cerritos in 2015. The car sales man/ specialist - Miles, was wonderful! I also bring my car to the service dept for all its necessary maintenance. Here we are in 2020 and my car is still at its best. Thankful for great after sales service.
