Martha was very thorough with going over every detail about the car and always checked to see if I had questions - probably the best car sales person Ive ever worked with. I was a first time buyer and Cerritos Nissan definitely made it easier than I could have ever imagined! I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a very fair price and they made it very stress free. I would also highly highly recommend asking for Samuel Halfmann if you are looking to speak with someone who’s very knowledgeable on the many vehicles they have on their lot and has outstanding customer service! Going to Cerritos Nissan was definitely an excellent choice and I will be going back in the future if I am in the market for another vehicle!

I purchased a Nissan rogue from this place. They pushed me to buy rental and extended warranty. The car was broken in two weeks after that.The customer service from the managers to the responsible person Was discriminating and misleading. No updates. Car stayed in service for a long time. They didnt provide me rental They pushed me to buy. Very frustrating.

We own a small business and have purchased seven work vehicles for our business within the last five years and referred others to Cerritos Nissan, always been satisfied with the service they delivered, and were loyal customers however it all changed when we went in recently to purchase two more vehicles and were negotiating price and after back and forth with the manager via the sales rep we agreed on the price on the first vehicle only to be told five minute later they have another buyer who is going to pay more actually $16.00 more and our deal was off the table. Ok this establishment does not recognize loyalty, and losing our small purchases may not impact them but I will no longer spend our time or money there and recommend staying away from this place since they cannot show old fashion business and just keep their word once a deal is a deal.

My husband got his Pathfinder 2022, in Nissan Cerritos last Saturday. We had the best experience with everyone, from sales to finance and with the manager. Everyone has been so nice, polite, and has been so patient with every deals and questions my husband had with them. Special mention to Mr. Ryan of sales department, he is so nice and so patient. I though Nissan was a great brand but I guess I was wrong do not bother purchase anything there. Really terrible service and no consideration for the customers.

Excellent customer service and extremely professional. The lot is huge and the staff is plentiful. The vending machines are well stocked (one even has coffee) and they have a kid room which is great for small children. The kid room has a large television and two tablets ready for use. Ivann A. greeted us and serviced my vehicle. He was absolutely wonderful. He was efficient, highly professional, articulate and clearly takes great pride in his work. I will only utilize Cerritos Nissan in the future. I highly recommend their services if you wish to be treated well and have your vehicle serviced correctly.

He had expressed his own personal experiences with Cerritos Nissan and set us up with Saul Estrada, Fleet Services and Internet Sales. Saul Estrada is Fantastic, extremely knowledgeable about his vehicles and very comfortable to talk with. Jeff Mun the Finance Producer made this part even a pleasant experience, His expertise in the financial end was very impressive. He wanted to make sure we receive the right fit for our needs.The Pickup is Wonderful! We worked with several Team members at Cerritos Nissan that day and what really impressed me is how well they all worked together for you, the Coustomer. Everyone was willing to answer a question or find out the correct answer you were looking. They didnt pass you(me) off to someone else. Also just because my husband was buying the Pickup Saul was interested in my opinion, what I thought, what I liked. Saul wanted to know If I would be driving?. Would I like to take a test drive? Took it in for its first oil change and was so happy the warranty covered replacing a tired with a nail on the side. Only paid $20 and it took less than 2 hours, plus they even washed my car. So far an awesome experience with Cerritos Nissan.

Very pleased with my service here. I am not from the area but we just happened to be in the area visiting family for the week. Our car unexpectedly started having issues and the check engine light came on. We were able to make a service appointment online, which was quick and easy and I very much appreciated that. When we got to the dealership service station we were greeted by staff members and assisted immediately. Even though we were from out of town they were able to pull up our vehicle and warranty info. They gave us a quote for the cost of potential repairs needing to be completed. The repairs took about 4 hours but the dealership kept us updated about the status of our vehicle frequently via text updates and phone calls. Thankfully all issues with my vehicle were covered by the warranty and did not cost us a dime out of pocket. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this dealership service station and would definitely recommend them should you ever find yourself needing repairs.

When I called to set up an appointment for the oil change I was told one price and when I came there I was told the price two times higher. When I scheduled the appointment on initial call a specifically mentioned what type of car model everything and the lady on the phone confirmed that this kind to be the price. But it took me an hour of my time to find out that its going to be twice more when I got there and actually talked to an advisor. Advisor was nice enough to offer some discount but it was definitely too far away from the price that I have been told over the phone initially.

You will make an appointment and when you get there, they will either not have space available for you, even when you already make an appointment 2 day prior or they’ll make you wait for that space either 2 to 4 hours! Also, you get there and they won’t even have a clue what you’re there for.. outrageous. Just got to another shop and get your service done.

However, I did purchase my vehicle here originally and Regretted it. I had to return the 1st car, within the 3day return period, and was given the complete run around about their return policy. Which left me frustrated and upset. The sales people, and accounting Dept, were both pushy and unhelpful. Went in for a service. They needed to check the recalls and I asked for a tire rotation and oil change. Especially needed them to check my tire because when I had just arrived I told Carlos that my tire needed attention because the light was on. Who knows now if those things were done. One think I do know is that I Paid for the rotation and attention for my tire and was not done. When I left the dealer the light came back on. I called right away. Carlos re assured me that they check the tires and rotated them, but somehow the same right back tire light was turning on. Which only ment that they didnt even check it. Carlos reassure me said that they even mark the tires blah blah blah...mind you I went in at 9am and left at 330pm!!!! Now a week later my tire light from the back right is still on!!!! Now this week I need to take a kid to school dri e back and forth. I had to take my car to a small business to get my tire checked. And sure enough a big bright silver nail! Right in the middle. Mind you! I have not driven my car since I took it to the dealership a week ago! Which only mean! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!! DID NOT CHECK OR ROTATE THE TIRES!!!! I PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT DONE!! NOW IT WSS NOT EXPENSIVE BUT JUST IMAGINE $25 FROM ME ANOTHER $25 FOR THE NEXT PERSON AND SO ON! HOW MUCH MONEY ARE THEY STEALING FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

So my husband and I purchased our car here a few years back and decided to go back and have the maintained here. Yesterday after I wrote a review of good service for Carlos, we drove a little longer only to see smoke coming from our car! We paid $175 for an oil change and for the levels to be filled ( which is noted on the receipt). My husband checked the car this morning and OUR ANTI FREEZE WAS BELOW MINIMUM! Our receipt specifically says β€œ ALL FLUIDS WERE TOPPED OFF”. They had our car from 11:30am to 4:00 pm and couldn’t do all that we paid for.. SO WHAT DID WE PAY FOR! I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and I feel like I wasted my money, time and energy going there. I’ll be looking to see how I can contact and Office of the President and escalate my issue.Also we have a 2017 Infinity Q50

All I got was a simple apology for the inconvenience, and to bring it in the next day to get that taken care of. I expected better from Cerritos Nissan to make this right. I spent a lot of money on getting the recommendations my car needed just leave the lot with issues and a headache. So much for Nissan knowing Your Car Better Than Anyone . Apparently they don’t. After 5 months and 5,000 miles on my new SUV I called in and scheduled my very first check up, oil change and tire rotation on 2020 Nissan Armada.While it was with the Dealer they not only put in 100% synthetic oil, filter but ran a diagnostic on the engine checking for any non optimal performance issues.Cross rotated my tires found a small screw in one of them and washed my ride and all done and out in about an 1.5 hours.Yes I would suggest Cerritos Nissan to anyone looking for a new Nissan.There service dept did all this and more and the best part it didnt cost me anything at all no charge for 75,000 miles or 6 years.Thats my story and iam sticking to it.

Best car buying experience ever! We have bought many cars over the years and I have always dreaded it. Pushy and unethical salespeople; haggling back and forth; playing games; and so on. First time ever that the online price quoted was the actual out the door price. No additional fees or dealer packages. Paperwork was started and the car was ready when we arrived. Katia was waiting for us outside the door. She was awesome! Professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all honest. She gave the best test drive, explanation of features, and how the car worked. Kimber, the finance manager, was just as awesome. She was quick and efficient. She explained all of our options, offered optional dealer packages but was not pushy. She tried to get get us the best interest rate possible and reviewed all of the paperwork before we signed. Both of them made this the easiest and most stress-free buying experience in over 30 years. My next car will be a Nissan and we will be Cerritos Nissan customers for life!

I asked to repair or check up my car friday morning to Victor, then guy said call me back 2or 3 pm, i was waiting waiting his call that time and continue to wait and wait, but nothing and maybe on Saturday, again nothing. the weekend passed.,following week i run out of numbness, i call to guy, no answer and i call to the manager( Erick ) but no call back.finally i visit the dealer on Thursday.to find out whats going on..takes one week.Diagnose is to take only a few hours.i dont go back there any more.

Dont get me wrong, I have excellent service & great customer service from my guy, Tony Fears, Service Department! The only complain is: I have the Nissan Visa Card, racking up points/rewards and I cant use them because this location is not with the program.. and thats been 2 years... So Ill probably start considering another location thats with the program. Downeys closer but I rather Cerritos for the years of service.. And Im close to buying another vehicle...

Horrible customer service. They do not know how to make it easier for the customer . I had to leave my car for a week with no service done and just no excuse other than they got backed up. I wouldve brought back my car if they were busy but no call backs no help whatsoever. Im very disappointed and I dont usually like to leave bad reviews but this is just unacceptable.
