Super crowded while I was there, but they had a good deal....travel size scented hand sanitizer for one dollar today only.

Every employees were all helpful. They take pride in their work and servicing all customers. This was my first time in this store since they reopen their doors. Job well done. I will inform friends and family to check out your store in Cerritos Mall .

Terrible customer service. Before going in the store I had shopped at cotton on thus I walked in with my shopping bag (I had receipt inside) I was walking around the store looking at products and a worker went up to me offering a bag, I said no thank you and the worker looked straight into my shopping bag as if I stole something. I tried brushing it off and giving the worker the benefit of the doubt that she didn’t do it on purpose. I then continued walking around and she offered me a bag to carry my items for a SECOND time. Again I said no thank you. About two minutes go by and she offered me a bag for a THIRD time again I said no thank you. At this point I felt extremely uncomfortable because she was acting like if I was doing something wrong, this situation was so uncomfortable that my cousin walked out the store because the worker was obviously profiling us when we were literally just looking around not doing anything wrong. I have never felt this humiliated and it sucks that it happened at one of my favorite stores especially when I was going claim my birthday coupon :( This store needs to do better and train their employees properly.

I saw the sale online but I didnt think Id be going there anytime soon but we went there and to my pleasant surprise my husband paid for all my products.

Bath and Body Works is the best place to get your home fragrances and body care items! This particular Bath & Body Works Shop is so cute, organized and its staff is very caring, fun and at the same time; perfessional! I recommend to come here anytime for any occasion! They have gifts, home fragrances, and body care! Both for men, women and children!

Store was impressively well-organized despite being crammed with people and 2 checkout lines stretching from one end of the store to the other.

Went in with 2 lady friends thinking I was going to be BORED, but to my surprise, an employee named Travis, (who speaks Spanish, btw, dont be surprised like I was!! 😁), showed me the Mens collection of soaps and hand sanitizer and colognes.😮 All of the employees were friendly, efficient, and VERY sale and product knowledgeable. Went last week with my friend. The line was long and theres no social distancing in line. Customers were so closed to each other while waiting to get in. Its kind of scary.

This place has endless choices for home odors! I love the active team that helps and assisted me. I just do wish that the store had more active registers during the weekend. Waiting in line for almost 20 mins to pay for 3 candles can be kind of annoying but its worth it in the end. :)

Store is super organized n clean. Service is really good.

This location has a pretty good selection of products, compared to what they lacked in the past. I love the fact that when you walk in the store you are greeted by a friendly face and they offer to assist you. I was pretty much in and out within about five minutes. The only thing that was a turn off was the cashier. She said hello to me but she continuously was chatting with the girls on the other register and it was not about the work. It’s really unprofessional to talk about your personal life, food and guys when you have a line of customers. I was just anxious to get out of there because that was so tacky.
