I brought in my car for routine maintenance; the lounge is spectacular and clean. On top, they offered to wash my car for free. They wanted to charge me $125 check my oil dont make me laugh some things will never change this was from a service advisor it doesnt come with the dipstick only the dealer has the dipstick to check the level so right away they want to do a Diagnostics oh yeah and maybe sell you a a transmission or at least a full service just want to know if I need a quart of oil apparently thats a hundred and twenty-five plus the oil do not go there under any circumstances unless you have a new car with warranty.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall. I arrived at the service driveway 5 min before my app. The service line was fast. 2 min after I arrived, I was in doors finalizing paperwork. 30 min later, they were done installing my recall. Thank you

Their service is terrible. I took my vehicle for an oil change and even took time off work because I know that on Saturday they are extremely busy.In addition to the oil change they were supposed to do a multi-point inspection and top off the fluids. My coolant and power steering fluid were not topped off at all. Obviously they didnt even bother doing the multi point inspection they promise.

Came here for my airbag clock spring recall, they replaced it and now I have 2 other lights on my dash. They were trying to tell me that they were on when I brought it in. Also, when I got in it, the mechanic had left a tool in there and my service person almost checked me out on somebody elses car.

Went in for a normal service since I had some recalls to get fixed. Got my truck back, went home and noticed greasy hand prints all over the door, door panel, hood and grille. I was like, OK I can clean it off. But what happened to the car wash I was supposed to get or how the dealer says they are taking extra cleaning precautions for the Covid-19 going on? But they did put Armor All on my tires, so I guess they wanted it to look like they did wash it.Later that evening I noticed oil under the truck. I get underneath and see oil all over the underside of the engine. I called the service advisor and he said they are supposed to power wash the engine since used oil gets all over when they change the filter. Ive done my own oil changes and have never spilled that much oil. So after 20 minutes of me wiping down the oil, I had to clean the new concrete driveway that had three puddles of oil.While my vehicle was there I asked for a quote to fix a few rock chips and a very small dent on my hood. Quote was outrageously expensive. I asked why it was so high, the service advisor said thats because we are going to paint the whole panel. I asked you would paint the complete door for a small chip, and each other spot there was a chip. I said cant the chip be touched up, he was like oh yeah we can do that too, let me get a quote. After a week and a half and after I made a few calls I got a quote that was thrown together and not complete.I will take my business elsewhere. Makes me wonder if they even did what they said they did and charged me for. Everyone at the dealership I talked to was nice and seemed like they would take care of things, but it was just an empty promise. I guess customer service just doesnt matter anymore. See the pictures I took.There is a picture of a brand new microfiber cloth that I wiped just the door and door panel off and you call see all the grease that was on just the door.

Is taken about a month for us to write a review because we are so mesmerized by our new Ram truck 2021 purchased here in Dodge Cerritos! Our in laws purchased their first vehicle here, they referred us here and since our last purchase of our Town & Country. We finally decided that it was time to get our dream truck. Yet again, Chrysler Cerritos nails it by providing top of the line product, quality and service. We were helped by their awesome Ahmad Alassadi sales consultant. He was very professional and real with us ( which is what we liked). We were hoping to be helped by someone who wasn’t just there for the sale but also created a personable experience and he did just that for our family. It was late the day we showed up and he had the patience on assisting us until we closed the deal. I would also love to give a HUGE shout out to the floor manager the day of our purchase, my husband and I remembered him from last time when we purchased our town & country. As usual, he was super helpful, making it happen for us, we are financing out vehicle through Chrysler and couldn’t be happier! He’s the man behind the scenes and WOW, outstanding service! He also came in greeted us and congratulated us towards the end. Lastly, I believe his name is Mike ( I apologize if is not, can’t remember) he was who with spoke with last . Took us to his office and explained everything with detail, our coverage, loan guarantees etc... he was not only super funny, he was very informative ( all the paperwork had a lot of information) he was able to walk us through it simplifying it for us and also answered all our questions. Dodger Cerritos Auto Square does it again for us!!!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE, QUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICE. Thank you, we are incredibly happy with our new RAM 2021! It took 6 HOURS for me to get an oil change at the Cerritos Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Dealership. For reference, google states Flight time from Los Angeles to New York is 5 hours 7 minutes. I could have flown to New York and had lunch before they finished my oil change.On top of that, when I met the Assistant Service Manager, he was literally coughing everywhere (limited covid-19 restrictions are still in effect). He coughed in my vehicle and in my general direction. Although not required, he was not wearing a mask, and coughed at least 12 times in the 5 minutes I was talking to him.I showed up at 9:30am and did not receive my vehicle until 3:45pm. I was only getting an oil change and tire rotation done, but they offered a free car wash when I first arrived. I got a message at 3:28pm saying my car was ready. IT WAS NOT READY. I had to wait outside another 15 minutes to get my car.And in the end, they did not even rotate my tires.In addition, I got a recall order a few months ago that had no solution. It said something along the lines of the clutch can crack and lead to a fire in the cabin (basically the clutch will ignite and make the car explode). They still tell me there is no solution, so basically I am driving around in $60,000 ticking time bomb. Thanks Jeep.To summarize, IT LITERALLY TOOK 6 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND CARWASHThey advertised fast oil changes, but that is a complete lie. And they do not even finish the whole job, as they could not take another 5 minutes to rotate the tires

It was a pleasure to buy a car from here. They are military friendly and gave me a good price. I originally went to Alhambra jeep and they are rude, unprofessional and not military friendly. Support the troops. Go NAVY.......But there service department is a different story. They take forever to do what was offered when I first bought the jeep. And they also lie saying they no longer wash the vehicles due to covid but were actually washing a few of them. I just ask for them to due what was promised. Keep your word and dont use covid as a reason to not keep your word.

He lets us know exactly where we stand as far as how long it might take and going extra steps by making phone calls as far as recalls are concerned... I cannot stress how lovely the staff is here. Everyone is very friendly and i wanted to particarlly thank Jim, James and Eric Jones. They were amazing and gave us exactly what we were looking for and more. Jim is a sweetheart salesman and really talked to us like family and he is very knowledgeable. I bought a pre-owned Ford truck F450 I purchased a $3500 protection plan of course when your in finance they try to add the alarm system and all the other extra cost.. when you buy a car your always waiting and stressed and if your not a expert in contracts pay attention to what they sneak in on the contract I had to go back and remove a $1300 dollar alarm system from them I absolutely signed NO .. I still haven’t got refunded after going back twice to get the finance guy to remove it ..! Along with my truck breaking down in 28 days on a highway driving to Texas 600miles later and they tell me sorry your on a level 1 warranty doesn’t cover your $4800 service bill.. I called several times and got no call back just a e mail from managers pushing me off to another manager or finance office. I had moved to Texas when my truck broke down on highway so I couldn’t go to dealership and get in front of someone. They blew me off and ripped me off. Never buy a car from them and bring a business expert or lawyer to read over your contract guarantee others have had the same issue. Never again!

As a shop owner I do recommend my customers to allow me to use good quality oem parts so as champion Chrysler did not have all the parts I needed cerritos did parts yes quality yes I hope but as for service not at all satisfied guy at the parts counter was a bit unpleasant seemed as if I were Interrupting his days schedule so that would be my only reason for the 3 stars where as at champion a lot more pleasant and helpful not looking for a life long friend just to be hospitable and as a business owner and father of three college graduates and milatry daughters I know what I expect as far as good quality service goes.

My son took the car in for a oil change but the dealer offered him other services which supposedly where needed. But we didn’t think those services where actually needed so my husband called in rite away about 15 minutes after checking in to have it cancelled but apparently no one spoke spanish so by the time he did get in contact with a spanish speaker it was too late the service was almost complete. How can a big service which is being done to a jeep be done in 1 hour that’s impossible . so from $118 we were suppose to pay we ended up paying more than $500. and on top they didn’t even wash it

Been here a few times... Even bought my last vehicle here. My original 3* was an accident. Ive only had one bad experience here, that was with service.My experience buying my truck was flawless. The salesman was really a conduit to the sale. There was no pressure and they were upfront about everything. I appreciate that and would come back to buy another.I have had service and warranty work done here. One bad experience was that I was told something was fixed, got home to load up for my vacation and it was not fixed. I managed to rig it up to work for the drive to Seattle and back. Decided to not pursue it after that.... Since I wanted to replace that vehicle anyways.My last 2 service trips have been stellar. The most current trip, I called ahead and talked to a service rep. Explained to him what happened and how I am in a tight schedule. He verified that they had the part and gave me a window that was favorable. This is how customer service should be.

The price is way too expensive. Go somewhere else if your car has a issue. My engine light was on, so I did a engine check. At 10am, I was told to spend $1,400+ to fix two things. Since I was at work, I thought it might be a huge issue. I said yes. After that, I asked the service guy for exactly the problem via message. He mentioned “SPARK PLUGS/COILS/PCV VALVE/DECARB”. I searched online and My coworker told me it was not worth it. At 10:30 am, I want to stop the maintenance, but the guy mentioned if I stop it, I will be charged for around $500 labor fee. It was my first car maintenance experience, but I did not feel well. In the end, the service guy gave me a discount, but I still spend $1149.42.

First and last time here.My boyfriend gets his oil changed here for about 60 dollars and he has a bigger tank then mine.I came here and they charged me 100 dollars when I asked why was it more they said because my car needs synthetic oil but my boyfriends car got the same synthetic oil we compared receipts and they did the same thing to his car that they did to mine but I got charged 40 bucks more. Stay away from this dealership. From the lack of professionalism from the receptionist who does not pick up th phone, instead transfers you to random people’s voicemail, to the service manager who hung up on me after telling me to calm down (Jose)as if I were his mother or daughter, to the lack of knowledge from the warranty and lies. Avoid this place. I dropped off my car yesterday at 2pm. It’s 6:47pm the following day and still nothing is getting done. Stay away. I am filing a complaint directly with Jeep and Mopar too for lack of training and working with my sister who works on Lemon Laws. My car is barely at 60K miles with engine failure. Stay away. Worst place.On a positive side. The shuttle driver is super sweet, intelligent and has a bright future ahead. They should hire more people like him.

Avoid at all costs. Horrific customer service. We ordered a part back in September. They never put the order in the system. Called again today and the order wasn’t in the system still! Then they say they had the parts in stock all along, and the service team should’ve called us, but they never did. Both last names were misspelled on my order, as well as phone numbers. Then I gave them my vin number, and they couldn’t find the order with that either. Awful! Awful! Awful! Waste of time!

Its REALLY frustrating when you set an appointment at 7am on 8/24 and the employees are not there. I went to drop off my car at the dealership just down the street and my husband is still stuck in line waiting to be checked in. Its now 715an and a representativehas barely started to take down vehicle information. But no cars are moving forward to enter because there is only one person.... The only good thing is that there is some light breeze. 719am and now there are 2 more people that came out. I will come back and revise this post pending on the work of the car.

I had a very unpleasant experience shopping for a new SUV at Dodge in Cerritos. The sales managers were very unprofessional, rude and will team up on you if the sale is not going their way. Spare yourself the stress of a horrible experience and go to another dealership. I was forced to take my business elsewhere because of their unethical way of treating their customers. They will lie to you and trick you into paying things within the contract that we’re not disclosed. I tried to contact upper management before leaving this review and had no luck and no reply from anyone. I ended up going across the street to Penske GMC and I was treated with respect and purchased a brand new vehicle. I was very happy with their customer service at Penske. I would never recommend any friends or family to this Dodge in Cerritos. One star too many .
