Very good customer service. I was so so surprised. Cause walmart normally has bad customer service. When it comes to walmart workers helping, a customer.

Always take a book or bring extra money till vehicle is finished. All employees in shop are knowledgeable. I shopped around and bought small items in the store. Would give a five star BUT gal ringing up your bill was a snot! If not for all others being so helpful would have rated auto with five stars. Guess you can say She Blew It!

Steve at the tire center was awesome. Took time and made sure everything was done correctly. I am very happy with the service

Dont ever come here to get new tires or anything else for that matter. All I needed was one tire and I was the first person in line and it took them 30 to take the tire off then another 30 minutes before it was back on. And they have to drive it in and wont let you then they take your keys for an hour. Absolutely nightmarish.

So I happened to pull over into the parking lot of Walmarts auto center cause my car was overheating and I needed water so they were kind enough to fill up my jug of water however when I started backing up I heard my tire pop and I get out to look and I had a big piece of metal sticking out! So I went to change it and I realized I didnt have my tools so I went to talk to the manager at Walmart to see if they could change it for me or let me use their tools but they wanted to charge me and have me come back the next day! But after exchanging words and demands, Walmart came through and changed it for me!

Really bad customer service. They make you wait hours for nothing. The service is really bad

Got a pretty sweet deal online for tires Paid extra for flat fix and rotations cant seem to get them to honor it because there never freaking open now otherwise I say its 5 to 5

Very friendly service! Manager was kind and quick. Need a simple battery install before a weekend away. In and out... and grabbed some groceries while I waited.

Worst customer service. Replaced first two tires no problem got quote for second set was told they would be on next truck. Call back next day to learn they wont be getting the tires in and quoted for more expensive price. People dont know what they are doing. Went from satisfied to never returning.

Had my oil done there a few times and had my oil cap missing and they told me they put it back on, the third time I went they taken my engine cover which had nothing to do with changing my oil, I just think they stolen it.But couldn’t prove they done it both time and I had to pay for both parts which cost me more money.So I give them no stars because I believe they don’t care about customers service.

Would give it more stars, but CUSTOMER SERVICE will have 25-30 people in line for help, and just one person working behind desk.Even when there is 4-5 workers standing around in said room, they will not open another lane!!!

Got there at 7 a.m. with one person in front of me to have four tires mounted and balanced. Took them four hours and they charged me $20 more than they quoted me on the phone. I would not recommend this place to do any Automotive work whatsoever

Good price but the wait for oil change is ridiculously long.

Took 3 hours for an oil change and you couldnt do my tires right I had to get your mistake fixed which cost me $110. Manager was conveniently absent, completely ridiculous work ethics and customer service. Why is the cashier having to stock, why dont they stop stocking to cashier?

We were taking our van to them for the last 10 years. They are under new management. We dropped van off for a smog check and new tires. They called and said that they need to take van to a sister shop. When we came to pick up van, right side was smashed in and now no one is answering the phone to take care of the damages. NEW MANAGEMENT DESTROYED OUR WORKING VAN AND NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED. THIS REVIEW WILL STAY TILL SOMEONE WILL CALL US AND TAKE CATE OF IT. I WILL BE ALSO FILING COMPLAINT With Better business. The worse about this that they hang up the phone and do not answer our and our insurance calls. DISHONEST CHARLATANS.

Have had to replace a battery 2 times now. Was helped by a young lady as well as another gentleman. After testing battery and determined it needed replaced, help was quick.. thank you.

Horrible customer service, waited over 2hrs for a simple oil change when I was quoted 35 mins. No explanation on why my car isnt ready or offered no discount.

The worst shopping experience ever. A hour wasted as they searched for my tires. Never found them. What kind of a system is this? You get an email to pick up your order and no one at the store has any idea about your order.

I was very impressed with Walmart auto care in ceres. My husband and i were checking prices on tires and we felt Wal-Mart had tbe best prices. We got 4 brand new tires wait was 1 hour and 30 minutes. Very happy with this service and well be back for auto work

I am a Walmart customer, I drove more than 20 miles, early this morning. My van needs oil change and 2 front tires.It’s more than 4 hours I am waiting, still they are not done.

2 and a half hours and they still havent changed one tire. Just one. Dont come here. Go somewhere else.

Had an appointment at 8, said it would be a 3 hour wait, 4 and a half hours later car still untouched and different cars being worked on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Terrible, I brought my truck in at 1030 a.m. for oil change and tire rotation. 5 fricken hrs and they forgot to rotate my tires. Hahahaha. Good luck there

Its cheap but becareful who works on your car avoid Antonio or Max. Everyome else is cool and the assistant manager chris is garbage also cannot run a dept

Paid extra for oil change with Castrol oil, they used Pennzoil. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes, even though they said there was only one car in front of me. They didn’t do the lube job that I had asked for. Will not ever go back.

HORRIBLE experience! Never going back! I got there at 9:30am and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait I was being patient and told them it’s ok I was inside Walmart for almost 2 hours I go back out to check on my car and they tell me I have to wait another 2 hours! I didn’t leave until 1:30pm! Worst customer service too
