I like Autozone because a lot of their parts are life time guaranteed. They carry the Acdelco brand which is the brand I buy for my Chevy silverado with a life time warranty on them also. No receipts necessary, they have your info on the computer and can look it up no matter what Autozone your in.

Very helpful! Theyll even come outside and help you with small repairs like changing bulbs and windshield wipers.

When I entered the store there was no employees at the counter. There appeared to be no one in the store. I waited 10 minutes before an employee came from the back of the store. This is not a way to run a store. He got my part for me but the employees need to be more attentive to customers.

I ordered a part online to pick up in store I never got my ready for pickup email and order stated est pick up date 17th on the 18th o went in to the store and explained the gentleman said it wasnt in his system but was in stock I showed him my confirmation email he picked one off the shelf entered something in his computer and handed it to me with an apology great customer service I was ready for a fight because this same issue happened to me recently at orileys and it took me two months phone calls and being called a lier and a thief before I got my money returned way to go AutoZone you have a customer for life thanks for treating me like a customer and not a scalawag

An employee quickly assisted me with my free battery test and walked me through what I needed. He then pointed me to what I needed and showed me the best deal for my money, it was all fast and quick and no problems at all. Definitely will come back for future car parts!

Awesome staff! it was pouring rain and out windshield wipers messed up. We bought the replacement blades and they installed for us.

I went to go get parts for my car 3 weeks ago, and was there for 47 minutes. They were training a new girl (which I understand will take a few extra minutes) but she kept making mistakes and they wouldnt help har. . So today I go in to return a part and purchase a few other items, again the clerk helping me had to pass me over to the same girl that helped me last time. And after being there for an extra 10 minutes. I was anxious to leave and they didnt credit me for my returned item!. Shoot then I have to go all the way back! Very frustrating!!!!

Guy broke my alternator wiring clip and said it was my fault for having him test it no it his fault cause he didnt know what he was doing.he was rude. Ordered a part three times. All three times it was the wrong one. Went across the street to ORileys and the got it right the first time. I am usually brand loyal, but after this experience, Im now loyal to ORileys.

Young kids have working there are too slow OReillys price on getting better than yours in Ceres California and remember OReillys is right across from AutoZone
