Got my new iPhone from Apple yesterday and I had alot of trouble transferring service from home. So, in a bad mood...I drove to the store and Ian immediately greeted me at the door. He sensed my frustration and calmly fixed the issue with great technical knowledge and with a top notch professional attitude. I couldnt be happier. Two thumbs up for this store!!

Manager JB LIES about deals. DO NOT go here, and if he tries to help you, RUN. He misleads and lies to customers about plans and deals so that he can get his commission, then doesnt give a d*mn about you after. Its been a nightmare ever since I worked with him. He refuses to help and lies about fixing the issue when he doesnt do anything. Not sure how and why this guy is the manager. I am paying over a thousand more than I agreed to due to his lying. T-mobile policy says that the worker who helped you needs to fix the issue, but since he wont, Ive been going through so many channels in order to fix his incompetent and deceitful mistake. Ive worked with about 6 different representatives and theyve all confirmed that he lied, because the deal he promised us does not exist.Our problem has not been solved after almost 4 months. Dont go to this store. I had a HORRIBLE experience with T-Mobile and this store in particular. It is not letting me post this comment unless I give it a star, but they dont even deserve this star. 0 stars. Especially the manager, JB Simpson. He is shady, a big time scammer and I wish I stayed away from T-Mobile and this store in particular.

Im putting this review because is the worst T-Mobile store that I ever been, the manager Ian lies to you with different promotions so you can live your money there and when you go back and told them that you never ask for those things, they dont give you your money back and also charge you for the return. I feel bad for this situation because I dont believe that someone have to lie to you to get some commission. I hope one day we can put 0 start in Google for those people.

Ian was fantastic! He transferred all of my data to my new phone and even came out to my vehicle and hooked up my phone. Wow what great customer service.

Manager was rude. Left us waiting for two hours and was disrespectful. He told us to purchase a plan and lied about the benefits that it offered. Refused to fix the issue and just kept interrupting our questions with “call customer service”. Not going back here. Do not recommend T Mobile, and do not like the customer service offered here. 1 star experience and 1 star service.

My Husband and I came in to see if the store was able to assist us with getting home internet service. Right off the jump, I could tell the location was a great location by all the people being serviced there. The Representative was a great multitasker (sorry I never caught his name) he greeted me as soon as I walked in. The store manager Ian is the Man! He built great rapport with my husband, found ways to really save us money by looking for all the deals we were eligible for. We were going to switch our services over due to the awesome deal he proposed and we hit a snag with our old carrier (see I said Old) he came back with another great solution that was ever better !! And came with new phones!! I highly suggest this location as long as this impressive dynamic duo are there!! Thank you, you Guys.

I walked into the store attempting to upgrade my phones. Not having much knowledge about my plan or what I’m getting into, I was skeptical. However IAN ( store manager ) broke down everything about my plan, actually helped me with a plan to better fit my family, and saved me money. This was by far the best experience I had. Ahmed was very helpful with the accessories as well. Recommend this store to everyone.

Amazing effort by Tafari. We had issue with getting upgrade which was on end but he went above and beyond.

We did the mothers day trade in for iphone. We didnt get the trade in credit because they LOST the trade in phone. We ended up getting it but very irresponsible on their part.

I was there yesterday morning trying to get the new iPhone 12 and I believe it was a new store manger who helped me. He was very kind and good at multitasking being there on his own, it wasn’t busy but he helped everyone who came in and not just letting them hang around

JB was very helpful and polite. I appreciated that I was acknowledged when I walked into the store.

We went to the Sprint store where Genesis and Cynthia helped us solve the riddle of why my husbands phone did not ring and went straight to VM. It was easy fir them! They also suggested some awesome ways to save so much money on my phone bill!! Do I just want to thank them for their efforts!

I cane into sprint on New Year’s Eve last minute to get a new iPhone 11, they helped me out even called another store to stay open 10 minutes after closing so I could pick up my phone, I had an issue with my port in and went back the next day and Cynthia fixed it with no problems. If you go in ask for genesis or Cynthia they will definitely go the extra mile to get you set up.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff is exceptional. The associate that assisted me, Genesis, and the assistant manager were very helpful in every step towards my purchase. I would really recommend customers to visit this store.

It was an excellent experience ! Exciting customer service .They made it obvious we were welcomed in the premises and down to earth wanted to assist us Nicole and Brandon . Nicole and Brandon ! I and my wife switched to sprint, so it was a process . Two lines . Two new phones . Two phone trades . It was a process, but Nicole and Brandon was happy doing it . We came in late . They stayed beyond closing hours . Of course ICloud slowly was downloading wifey’s 7million pictures . Lol . But they patiently waited and had us laughing and excitedly did everything with a perfect ease of doing business . I will recommend Nicole and Brandon all day long . Scammers! They added an iPhone to our family plan which we never had and we’ve been paying $41 a month extra on auto pay while the staff(manager) act like they don’t know what happened. Stay away from this store. They forge signatures!

Untrained staff. Not sure its because they dont know or their POS system is cumbersome for them to act quickly. All I wanted was a receipt re print and it took them 1 hr, go figure. I have been with ATT in the past and even though their costs is higher than Sprint, their store customer service is fast and efficient.

I recently got a new line for my boyfriend and I got myself an iPad Pro 9.7 and Ronald helped me and he has excellent customer service. He was very patient and explained everything in full detail and was very informative in regards to the iPad. Thank you so much for your service, Ronald! I recommend this place completely!

I switched over from at&t at the store. Later, i found out that i was misinformed about the plan and the special by one of the reps. I felt lied and taken advantage of. Sprint online rep asvised me to go back and give them another chance before cancelling.When i went back and spoke to Eddie, he called District manager right away and fixed the issue.It will be good to train the reps better so that they dont give Sprint company a bad image and lose potential customers.

Great service. I had the best customer service ever at this store with Zoran. I have to say that this person was very professional, helpful, and super detailed. I transferred to sprint from another carrier and I went to the store multiple times. Zoran explained all of the options in details. We had some issues with the old carrier regarding the transfer and Zoran spent about 5 hours straight working on it. He even stayed after hours to make sure everything was done perfectly. Also all the staff at this store were very nice and helpful. I wish there was more than 5 stars to give.

Everyone at this store is very nice, but they are terribly misinformed. When signing up for a new plan, I was told my phone would be on a payment plan and I would own the phone after the 24-month period. However, despite the word lease never coming up once, I found out later that I had to return the device after 24 months or else pay a fee to keep it.I wanted to leave Sprint and signed up for Verizon, porting my number. Before doing so, I went to this store and asked the procedure, at which point the store told me that I could just bring the phone in and pay it off. So I did this, came in to pay the phone off, and then was told that they cant accept the phone but that a corporate store could. So I went to the second store, only to find out that no, the first store was wrong, and that they would have to have me mail the phone to their warehouse.Closing my account has been a nightmare because this store clearly doesnt know Sprints own procedure. This store alone has turned me off of Sprint. Additionally, customer service promised to call me back twice and never did, and Sprints service has spotty service in NOVA (which I admit isnt this stores fault)

This place has horrible and ridiculous employees and even the guy who call himself the store manager. I have recently changed from at&t to their service due to good offers. However, they have hypocritical poster on the wall that advertises that they are FASTER than their competitors?????? First, get your employees including the manager to be trained well especially with dealing with frustrated customers like me. Who tells a customer to leave the store or hangs up when I am solely expressing my frustration ? The manager said I was being obnoxious ?!?!!! Just because another customer is watching in the same store doesnt me that I should get out? Hello??? I dont understand why they are even called SPRINT. I ONKY WANTED A CLEAR ANSWER ON A SIMPLE QUESTION.
