The store was clean and the customer service was excellent. Alfredo took the time to help me transfer the information from my old phone to the new one. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend this store !!

Great customer service i switch from sprint they were charging me a lot of money just for my plan. Wilson helped me out to transfer the same phone number that i had in sprint. he also helped me with my monthly plan (which is less now) and i also got insurance on my new iphone XR. Im so happy definitely i recommend this store they have great promotions and Wilson did a great job. Thank you. (music was nice by the way)

The initial visit was ok. Minus trying to sell me their cases etc for a phone that lasted 4 days. Last review is correct. BE CAREFUL!! It doesnt matter if the phone you buy dies an hour later.....they will not replace it. They will have you contact manufacturer no matter what. That leaves you helpless. Call with what??!!! My dead phone I was told was so great. Be up front with people before they buy your phones. Let them know straight up. Leave, if it dies though and its no fault of yours............ you are SOL. Sucks

Customer Service has been top notch for me. I switched from T-mobile and Scarlette, was able to make the transition extremely smooth. They explained my new plan very clearly and even helped me create my new amazon prime account. They have gone above and beyond. I am very pleased.

My family and I tried to switch and the people that work there are great, had to wait forever because of the Guatemalians/Mexicans. someone call ICE or immigration please, they were yelling and acting savage towards the lady and wouldn’t let us have a turn. We had to come back a few times to get proper service. Centreville is not safe anymore....I just wanted to get my iPhone

I bought Samsung J7 yesterday to upgrade the phone .today I went back to exchange it with iPhone 6 I was told I can not switch or exchange or refund my money back .it was very bad experience also the policy I just got today she printed for me I just got my CC receipt yesterday . So they werent helpful at all.Very poor service.

*CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INSULTING* The male service rep lied and wasnt helpful. Make sure you fact check everything he says. He rolled his eyes and was very condescending with all of my questions. He sold me a faulty screen protector and offered a favor of a discounted replacement screen. I would not reccommend this location.

He tried to sell me a phone arguing that I asked for it when what I asked was to add a number to my plan with my own phone from another company, Carlos made the change to Metro Pcs and then canceled without telling me, I lost my number and my phone with that. Now I have to buy another one with a different number! Carlos doesnt care what you want, only what is best for him while he sells more!Do not go look for Carlos, I repeat do not!
