I shop here regularly and they do have some bargains. You need to pay attention though. Some of the items are smaller quantities packaged to look like the same quantity as the competitors offer. When you look closely you will see that it may be a third or half as much as another store and actually end up costing more for the same amount. OK if you just want a small quantity of something but not really a bargain. They have a lot of what seems to be the same items as other stores but at a lower price. Look closely though at the ingredients. Many of the juices and sodas include sucralose and other artificial sweeteners. They dont print this info on the front of the label. You need to read the fine print of the ingredients to find out. This allows the manufacturer to sell the same size bottle at a lower price because they have replaced a lot of the sugar with artificial sweetener. They are trying to pass off diet sodas, etc. as regular.

Good morning to all. I have been employedemployed since June 29, 2019. When youhave at least 20 years of experience underyour belt Retail is a great place to work.When you start at a new place all it is gettinguse of the system, and you can be ready to rock and roll.

A real dollar store (everything is $1 or under). A lot of junk items, but some things are good to purchase here: batteries, pens and pencils and other stationary, bandages, adhesive tape, etc. You should come to browse if you had never been there.

They try, they really do, but this store has too much traffic to keep the place neat and tidy. You can tell the employees are overwhelmed, and overworked, but still keep plugging away. (Covid issues: The store has signs up stating masks must be worn, but quite a few customers arent wearing one, and some employees arent wearing theirs properly, so how can you enforce the rule? Lost another star because of this, and nothing changed when I mentioned it to management.)

Reka, a customer service rep, was rude and threatening. I will call corporate to give the audio I recorded.

Its a dollar store true to its name. They have a decent section of knockoff barbies and toys. The price of chocolates is relatively low here compared to some groceries. Furthermore, the price of household maintenance items is good as well.

BEST Dollar Store in area for high quality office supplies and other miscellaneous products :) Being near Trader Joes gives it a thrifty shopping combo micro-oasis !

I used to like this Dollar Tree but in the past year it has really gone down hill. The place has evolved into a disorganized mess . The aisles are for the most part understocked and messy. The stationary aisle is particularly bad. I will shop at Chantilly store from now on.

I regularly visit this Dollar Tree to buy small supplies, cards and the occasional kitchen items. Its nice that everything is $1. Ive purchased 1-2 small electronic items that have been defective overall.

First, im sorry to tell this story of tody but i think you guys should know for customer feels like. Usually our family love dollar tree shop, But not this time, feel so upset. When i trun to my check out, empolyee didnt say hi, oh? okay i understand that point? BUT she just hold my items and scan it, then put items throw away in my bag like hit it. when i saw first that time i thought she’s playing a basketball game. That time feels like i just bring my trash And i need to pay that hole items. I was like need to be go another store? Or refund hole items? Feel SO BAD. I was like i dont want to go there anymore because of bad employee madalynn and Specially i like tall women is better then her! I dont know why you guys hiring this lady she even dont know what is etiquette for customer service skill.

Well stocked and very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Today when I went in, the power went off and then came back in 1 minute. The manager came in saying the POS will take 10 min to boot up. A customer said cant you manually process the transaction. The manager gave and attitude and rudely said i dont have any POS i can work on. Also i just took inventory i dont want to mess it up. She could have been nicer, thats not how a manger should act
