In T-mobile Centreville location, there are lots of good promotions for the customers. Jesse was so helpful. It was the best customer service!!!
The Asian guy there was very sweet he helped me with my senior plan with a phone. I wish it wasnt so busy there though. It took 15 minutes to set up my phone.
In short, was lied to in my face in this store.Went to upgrade phones in my plan, was told that since I was with T-Mobile for a long time, that I qualify for getting a case, screen protector and wireless charger. And that it’ll be included in the plan. Asked if it was free, and the rep nodded yes and responded “it’s included in the plan because you’re a loyal customer”. Later find out that it certainly was “included in the plan” for around 10$ more per line for 24 months to cover the cost of the equipment that I assumed I got for free.So I went to return the extra stuff that had been unopened. They said they can take it back but it “won’t change my monthly amount” for device and equipment that I had signed up. But they’ll refund the tax I paid for it. I decided keep everything and returned just one case since I didn’t really like it anyway.Today, I get a letter in the mail from T-Mobile saying they tried to send important documents via email, but was unsuccessful. They attached a document showing my monthly amount will reduce because I returned the case.
The transfer to my phone took 3 hours... but my over all experience with T-Mobile at this store was great! 😊😊
Horrible place. The staff and supervisor working there is irresponsible and unprofessional. I went to buy prepaid plan with free phone promotion which was helped by Mr Zee who seems to be pro and thorough. I took new phone set straight paying without installation there because i was on rush. But next day after initial set up the device started to give me problem of restarting the android system itself time and again frequently and/or in between 5-30 minutes gap. I went back to store to fix or replace. The supervisor and staff said its all set but that was a seer lie because after half an hour the same problem popped up again. Next day i went to ask for replacement of the device but the staff said $50 restocking fee will be charged or try to call manufacturers warranty which is ridiculous. I have not even started using it. Anyway, after calling customer service, tech troubleshooting staff helped me to do master reset which was failed but later i completed myself and thus the problem solved. It looks like staff including supervisor working there have no basic knowledge but just tempted to exploit customer only. T-mobile is excellent but I will never go to the place.
Super rude and lazy employees. Definitely uninterested in doing their jobs. Ended up at Fair Oaks (even though I wanted to avoid the Christmas crowds) and had a much more pleasant experience.
Gerardo is amazing! He was very thorough and treated us very well while handling a very difficult situation. I wish I could give him a bonus or a tip or something lol. He will be getting a great customer satisfaction survey from me.

We had a great experience at TMobile. Outstanding customer service by Davon and Nick. They answered all our questions and switched our service in a quick and efficient manner. So glad we came here!!!!
If possible go to another location or set it up online. The representatives at this location are completely useless and charge you for more than what you ask for. Switched over from a different carrier to the two lines for $120. Checked the bill two weeks later and they were charging us $180 for features we were told were included in the $120 price AND two extra phone lines. We never asked for any of these extra features and only 2 lines. The representatives were unable to provide a legit answer to why we were charged extra and why there were more lines open. You are forced to call T-mobile to adjust the plan. I knew more about the service, plans, and deals than the representatives themselves. I frequently had to remind the representative that our plan included Netflix.
The whole staff is amazing! they really helped me out with getting my new phone and i will be sure to come back!

Got the magenta plus plan everything was quick and painless
I have dealt with Zee, one of the sales reps twice. Once I had to start new lines and again today to replace a Sim card. Both times, extremely friendly and outstanding customer service.
Despite the aches and pain, its still better than Verizon and ATT

As far as I know.About a month ago, When I walked in to cancel my two existing voice line, They instead up sold me a more attractive plan, 4line for 90$!!!! And garenteed no catch!who would say no especially when you paying $120 for two lines already .this amazing offer with same data plan plus Netflix included!!!I was concerned this may be an mistake or I heard it wrong, so I asked if this offer has been on for a while. And I was skeptical for other reason because I doubt there any profit left for T-Mobile in that case? Probably a promotion that will change later?? Common concern right?The staff patiently addressed all my concern and explained i won’t be charged and that is valid offer that in just that day(or last day)!! They instructed how I can advertise to people and easily transfer two additional line I’ll be getting. Or even keep it. Only for 90$ 4 line. Stupid if I decide not to do init?Look who’s stupid now, I was charged $196.46 for the first bill!!!Despite the Netflix offer being untrue(sure mistake can happen) I was added 2 more digital line(whatever that is, it charged me 20$ per line ) (is this mistake or frauds???? Do I look like I come in to store pretend to cancel my line but I’m really just there to get 6line added to my account?! What am I, Jimmy McGill or something??Now despite I’m being stupid for adding more people involved with this unbelievable low offer(that are fake), I already visited store twice and no one can help except the person who was never available. No one acknowledged this plan ever existed when I had inquiry about billing after a month, so did that person who sold me the new plan, just came and work in T-Mobile for that day as prank??Now if it’s mistake, and the person is new.. I get that, but not in this case:Where was that plan found in the first place, how do you know people has been using the way you explained to me, and assuring it has not catch,And your colleague right next to you,can’t you confirm?when I clarify I was garenteed the plan I’m buying and now no one admits it exist afterward?Or is this a method to lock people in to plan again? How can you add 6line by mistake?? You know why I’m in store buying instead of some strangers van under the bridge?? Just to avoid everything exactly as I listed above, isn’t it?Update: manager refund me some credit for that month only, the rest is for me to deal with. I have to ask people who I added to family plan to pay me more now. who had quit their contract by paying fee to get this offer with me.Now I have ripped them off, and you ask me would you recommend TMobile to friends and Family, I’ll let you decide that for your self

Terrible place the people working there were a joke and did not know anything about T-Mobile Tuesdays rewards I was supposed to get a tmobile pouch for one of the rewards and I saw a big box.of them behind the counter and they said those were reserved for someone and onto of that when I went to go and get my 6,250 free samsun rewards points I had to scan a qr code on the note 9 demo device and they said they could not put it in demo mode which is ridiculous. So I was not able to get any of my tmobile rewards and which is ridiculous and they recommend I go to another tmobile store which is really far away from me. So I was just not satisfied with the service I received and I would like to see better
Terrible customer service! Very disappointed!!! The sale guy refers you to websites without providing enough guidance. He asked questions from me and asked me to wait . He comes again and asks again and leave. Stopping by at this store was a waste of time for me.
