The staff here have consistently been helpful and available. Each visit we have found that we are able to relatively quickly find someone to help us, when needed. Plus, the store is well stocked!

My husband loves this place for his go to hardware needs and its closer to home than the other hardware stores. I can find some neat odds and ends in here also. Just about a mile or so is the shopping center and other places of interest to suit your many needs.

Was helped by staff since I had a problem with supplies for a DIY project. Home Depot told me they didnt have what I needed for the project, but Lincoln Creek did! Two different great staff persons helped us piece together what was needed.

Wont be back...2nd or third time they advertised something on sale and it was something else when I got there...the help was apologetic it obviously happens a lot

Their website will say an item is in stock. We live 40 minutes away and have driven there only to find that NO, they dont have the item. When told the website says they have it we were told, that doesnt mean anything. Well it SHOULD. Weve also called about an item and been told theyd let us know if they had it. We waited 2 hours, drove there, asked about the item only to be asked, did we confirm we had it? No. You had 2 hours to go check and get back to us but you did not. When we arrived 3 employees were huddled at the registers, one was eating a candy bar, no customer in sight. Maybe one of them couldve been checking?

Usually have something you need. Usually as cheap as the big stores for lumber and basics but niche stuff is more $$$.Staff range from super helpful to non existent.

Ive shopped here for years & I want to continue to support local businesses such as ACE, however, The customer service has gotten horrible & seems to get worse each time i go in. I needed help finding a product & the gal didnt know any more than I did. Didnt offer to find out or get someone else, she just left & started helping another customer. When I went to pay, there was 1 cashier with a line of 5 people. After I payed I asked for a bag for the 4 plant that I had. I was told they have no bags & she offered me a box. There was a rack of plastic bags and Im pretty sure they still carry paper bags since they used 1 the day before with my purchase. She was extremely rude when I said I would just like a bag over a box.May be time to find another hardware store

They must be under new management, not the same old friendly place, not the home town place to go, no knowledge, getting like home depot.

Lady name Mia who works there is extremely rude and on a power trip! Told us we cant come in unless I wear a mask but has hers under her nose! Whats the point of wearing a mask of your going to wear it below your nose! Dont tell me to wear a mask when you might as well not even be wearing one! Then when I mentioned it to her she completely ignored me several times before very rudely pulling it up! Headed to home depot where we will be treated with respect. Just bought a brand new home so they will be missing out on alot of business!

This place would be great if the employees would help the customers. Ive been in here 3 times now and the only thing I have found good about the place is the cat ( Lincoln ). I had to walk out before I said something to the girl behind to counter that held her hand up to me to wait while she helped the other cashier with out saying anything to me first. It my bot be a big deal to some people but I was brought up with manners and if you are helping someone and need to stop and help a fellow employee, you should say something to the person you are helping. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the cats cool.

The store specializes in the reproduction of automobile, residential, commercial, and general purpose keys. My car key required programing for the vehicle to start. I found what I needed at Lincoln Creek because it has employees that are experts in producing programed keys for 1/2 the cost of the dealership. They also provide friendly, informed, and excellent service as well.

Great friendly business call an have you order ready for pick up. Can find what you need staff ask staff they go above and beyond to help respectful customers.

Best lumber place around

Lincoln Creek Lumber. They usually have what Im looking for. Today I had to replace the end of a of a water hose because I ran over it. At my house if you break it you fix it, or at least pay for it.

Been going here for years wont be back. Both male and females behind counter was to lazy to come to end to find out what I needed. I had to holler it to them. Neather would come down and answer questions. When asking for what I was looking for had to holler to them and got my answer back all the way from the other end. Female should be fired by her lack of customer service. Pizza hut is hiring. Sorry Lincoln Creek wont be back. Home Depot has what I needed. So much for supporting small local business.

Great shopping experience

Tried to return an item, it was purchased online but it had already been in stock here in the store which made it available to pick up next day. Needed to return the item, was told outright by the cashier they couldnt accept returns from online purchases. Contacted Ace customer service, explained this situation, was told they should be able to do it because its from their store. Went back in and got a manager to help with the refund. Normally, a cashier will just tell you they dont know how to do something and need help, this cashier just wanted us gone. WILL AVOID THIS STORE FROM NOW ON THANKS 👍

I love the small town hardware store feel, but the big town selection.

Lacey was tending the Check out by herself, took my call (to assist me), in the midst of helping others, passed me on to an associate, who was able to help me! In addition, this Associate, located the product I was looking for, and had it ready for my pick up when I arrived there 25 minutes later!So very helpful, courteous and only too willing to be of assistance! Thank you Lacey and your floor associate for saving me the extra walking that a disabled person can do without! WellDone!

Comparable to any of the big box stores with the local neighborhood feel. Great stock of anything you might need from a hardware store and prices are equal if not sometimes better than the big box guys. Sales staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and most important there is always one near by to help you.

Great service here, particularly at the pro desk at the back of the store. Brandon and Elory are both very knowledgeable. The prices are competitive with Home Depot on some things and better than most in terms of the lumber yard. This company is a great asset to this community.

The best place for lumber and hardware. Very helpful also I think the quality of wood is better but thats me. Delivery is fast and not over priced. Highly recommend 👍

Great place to get what I need for home projects. The staff is always extremely helpful. Of theyre busy you may need patience since there is usually only a few of them but they will help you ASAP. They can be a little pricey but much more convenient and helpful compared to larger hardware stores.

We had some major issues with a second batch of paint we purchased. That batch was mixed with a different base than the original batch. The difference was very noticeable and since half the room was the old batch and half the new you could really see it. I believe it was Dustin who fixed the issue and we couldn’t be happier. He even refunded the difference as the base used in the wrong batch was more expensive.....almost double! Now the sheens and the colors match. Thanks so much. We will continue shopping there for sure.

Ace stores never cease to amaze me. This one is no exception. Normally visited for hard to find items and good service, todays visit was for a fishing license, discovery pass and a healthy dose of fishing information. Highly recommend.

Pretty decent propane prices and a nice variety of tools and garden supplies. They even have a little pet section. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly and helpful.If they don’t carry it, they can tell you who does! Went in to get a small can of paint, to cover up some”artwork” on my wall. Got the paint matched and mixed in no time!!

The staff are great at this ACE and the store actually has product on the shelves. The two younger boys always remember me and they always make me laugh.
