Everyone in the Pharmacy department is top notch. They always provide me the best customer service and they go out of their way to make sure my family is taken care of!

I called to check if an item was sold in their store. Not only did they go look, but Nick and team, brought it to the front counter for me! Top customer service! Saved me a ton of time! The kindness put this location #1 for the area, in my book! Well done on hiring the staff that were there the evening of June 25, 2020

This is the worst place to have to pick up prescriptions. It is always understaffed and it takes a long time. Customer service is lacking at this store.

This Walgreens store is decent, it sells the bear essentials and is usually clean - staff have been nice. Getting help can take awhile and is slow, but they are good once they start. I have always had great success with the photo department and they have been extremely helpful.

I have a daughter with a medical handicap and Im amazed with every trip into the store just how great the staff are. They go above and beyond to assist my family!

I never got a very good reception in this store. Always felt like the staff thought I was an inconvenience. Go to the one in Kettering instead— it’s better.

One of the girls in the pharmacy looked terrified when I came to ask a question and then deferred my question to someone else. Im not a scary-looking person so I was confused. Also have your ID ready if you want to buy any medicine here.

Excellent staff in the store and pharmacy

I have been to that pharmacy for 22 years. People there were always nice until Emily, the new pharmacist showed up!! She refused giving us Covid vaccine even another tech said ok because she doesn’t want to “waste” it. It’s awful! She should be fired!!! You wonder why the Covid pandemic keeps going? Because of Emily this kind of person refuses to give out vaccine!!! I bet she hates her job, because she refuses to do what she is paid to do. I left a message to her supervisor and store manager. I hope they will contact me because it’s a great place until Emily works there. We are going to another drug store!! I can see this location closed if Emily keeps working there!! She hates kids and hates people.* *Walgreen drug price is the highest in the states but I am willing to pay more for the good service for 22 years. Now this pharmacist Emily doesn’t care about customers’ health, not give out Covid vaccines to stop the pandemic. I don’t trust her and who hires her. I transferred all my family prescriptions to another drug store because I believe a good pharmacist would have never told a customer that she didn’t want to open the Covid vaccines on us for WASTE. Now, I save a ton of monthly prescription cost at Rite Aid across street. If walgreen reads this, please don’t employ Emily or you will be next drug store gone in Centerville because you already closed one Walgreen!!!
