Michael is a no frills honest mechanic that will not sell you garbage that will need replacing because of cheap parts. Have taken my cars on multiple times and have always been treated great and never had ANY issues or been left in doubt. Amazing place and I highly recommend this shop.

They were really great at fixing my car. Super knowledgeable, and even willing to help out when a non car person like me has so many questions. They are patient and communicate well.

This review is a hard one for me to write because my best friend works there. And he spent countless hours on my car. They came in on days off, they stayed after hours ( or so they said) but My car needing a transmission. I brought it in. And it sat in the shop for 5 days Then they told me they just ordered the transmission. It took a week to get there. And it has taken them a week and a half to put it in. They keep pushing back the times to get my car back. I have missed chemo appointments, job interviews. Etc. now keep in mind that my best friend let me borrow his car about two days ago. This is when my car had already been in the shop for a month. So I missed appts still. And I’m grateful that I got to go to one appt in the month. but that doesn’t change the fact that I missed five appts due to them saying it will be done 8 times and then keep moving the times.I have had 6 transmission changes in my life. It takes a week at the most. I’ve been to three places. This auto shop isn’t professional.Joe kept me up to date with everything. Joe let me borrow his car. Joe really kept me informed. But The COMPANY isn’t professional. In the least. My car has been away from me for close to a month.Keep in mind that this review is solely based on their company. Not the people. The people are wonderful. But the company just isn’t one I would go to again. I am saddened to write this but I just can’t do it anymore without saying anything. You guys have to really really step it up and don’t tell me different days it can be ready and then it changes. I understand things come up, but you guys have done it sooooooo many times. My health has declined thanks to missing appointments and now job interviews.Love you joe.
