I have hemmed and hawed about posting a review since April when my Mazda 3 was painted due to vandalism. Decided to post to make aware of those who have premium paint jobs from the factory.Pros:1) Decent workmanship on parts painted - quality of paint, even color on areas painted, no visible blemishes, great shine.2) Worked well with Geico insurance. Were able to update estimates and get the necessary parts. They had the knowledge ahead of time to know what parts were needed to minimize shipping delays.3) Polite staff, easy to talk to. I was treated with respect and kindness.4) Car rentals can pick up and drop off here, a big convenience.Neutral:1) Communication: I had to initiate/call them for most information updates. But when I called the information was usually available for the status and what needs to be done. There was a one day delay, which was due to the parts needed which came from Mazda.2) [Possible Con] I dont know if this is part of having only certain areas painted, but I can DEFINITELY tell the areas that were masked off in the door jambs. There is a significant line where the areas were taped off.Cons:1) Poor matching on Mazdas premium paint job. They offered to have me bring it back in to look at it but when I mentioned that the front and rear bumpers (which were not painted) did not match the newly painted doors and quarter panels, the response was to blame the Mazda 3 stage paint job and claim that bumpers are hard to match. The color difference is the main reason for a 2 star review.2) They did not clean up the masked areas well such as inside the door frames. I had to scrub these well to remove a white overlay substance. It did come off though.Overall, I think this is a decent place if one does not have a premium paint job. Their work is decent. In their defense, I have read online, especially in Mazda forums, that their premium red paint is hard to match and work with. However, I do not think the vast difference between the bumpers and quarter panels is acceptable.

I wouldnt trust my car anywhere else but here at Liberty Collision for the precision of every detail for my car. It was brought in wrecked an Tom an his crew made my car look brand new again. Tom goes beyond the normal to make sure every single piece an part is perfectly fitting as well as every aspect of my car running smooth an safely again! And it looks amazing an beautiful again. Staff were very courteous kept us informed throughout the whole process work was exceptional.

Overall great experience. Robin in the office went above and beyond thought the entire process. My truck did take a little longer than expected but it was a big job and turned out better than I could have expected.

If you need work done on your car I HIGHLY recommend Liberty Collision. They did a great job on my car. Very professional. Very efficient. When I brought my car home I noticed a scratch in the same vicinity of the original damage. I took my car back and they fixed it within 5 minutes. Thank you Liberty Collision for the great work!

I recently had a repair done at Liberty Collision the staff is amazing they contacted me right away to schedule my repair that I had from an insurance claim. The quality of work and the repair time given was spot on, during the time my vehicle was in the body shop I received several calls for updates and the progress towards the completed time given. Job well done!

Liberty collision took great care of my vehicle and I from start to finish. Tom was the main employee that took care of me, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. (Receptionist, techs/mechanics). It was my first time in a car accident so I didn’t know much about insurance and how things worked. They walked me through the process with great explanation and detail. Tom took care of extending my rental car with Enterprise and my insurance company based on the estimated time that I would need the car. This made the whole process simpler and easier for me. Communication regarding updates on my car were prompt and informative. The updates included small delays ( extra work once the car is opened up or parts that did not fit and/or have flaws), and any other important information that would effect insurance or the “promised by date.” Tom ensured that every piece of my car that was replaced was a perfect fit, especially any after market or “used” pieces. I felt that he took care of my car like it was his and his standards were on the level of precision that he would provide his own family or fiends. Would recommend to my friends and family !

I hit a deer with my car. I took it to Liberty Collision Center on a recommendation from a former insurance adjuster. They were great to work with in all areas. They kept me informed during the entire process, I had my car back in 4 days and it looked beautiful. I would very highly recommend Liberty Collision should the need ever arise.

My 2019 F150 was rear ended and severely damaged. I took it Liberty Collison.They updated me as the repairs moved along. They dealt with the insurance company making sure my nearly new truck was repaired using proper parts. I was a victim of a hit-and-run when my car was parked on the street outside of my home. I really thought it would be totaled. Liberty Collision had it looking better than brand new once I picked it up from them. It really looked better than it did when I bought it off the lot 3 years prior!Besides all of that, they were friendly, courteous and professional. Several months later I had a very minor cosmetic need for my car. The gentleman at the desk dropped what he was doing and came out and fixed it right away (in the blazing heat of August) and he wouldnt accept any payment from me, not even a tip. Its very hard to find customer service of this level these days. I hope I never need them again for a repair, but if and when the time comes there is no doubt at all that Ill be returning to Liberty Collision!

I recently had my Honda Ridgeline repaired at Liberty Collision Shop. The truck is black and I was concerned not only with the quality of the repair, but also the ability of a body shop to match the black paint. Black paint is notorious for being difficult to match. However, Charlie and the crew at Liberty did an outstanding job with my vehicle. The type of repair I had done was part technical and part art form. This shop exceeded my expectations. Should I have a need for a future repair, Liberty will be my body shop!

This business is not the old Centerville Body Shop. The work done on my nearly new car was barely average. Im not going to give details but continue your search if you care about having your car fixed. The place has changed in the past 15 years.

Let me start by saying that Tom’s customer service is top notch. He always kept me informed with the status of my truck and went above and beyond to help in any way he could.With that being said. I consulted and dropped my truck off to the Centerville location for repairs. I was asked if it would be okay if my vehicle could be relocated to the franklin location for work to be done due to increased work volumes because of the storm. I agreed based off of reviews I had read saying they do quality work at all locations. I had to call to ask how my vehicle was coming along and when it would be completed. Job was strung along almost a month when I was quoted 2 weeks. I called once towards the end of my projected time line to see how my truck was coming along. I was told they are waiting on insurance to approve the windshield. I was told the estimated completion date would be the end of the week. The first time I went to pick up my truck (30 min drive one way) and yes I said first time. I look over my truck to find paint chips and bubbles in the clear coat all over the truck. I also found a good amount of over spray on the rear wheel. I spoke with someone at the store informing them of my findings and I was informed that they would handle it. I called the rep at centerville and I asked him if I could pick my truck up from the centerville location seeings how I don’t want to waist anymore time. He said that would be perfectly fine. I arrive to find my truck covered in dust and spotters from polishing compound. There was trash, plastic seat cover and a post inspection checklist laying on the back floorboard. No one should have to clean their car after having service. I have worked in a shop before and know that is not acceptable. Although I’m 6ft if you need to move the seat at least try to put it back close to where it was before not laid back like you were taking a nap. After closer inspection I have found body clips that are broken or missing. The window track is not installed correctly and there are still paint chips in the color. One of them being a mark I informed the rep of the first time I went to pick the truck up. There are swirl marks all over the truck. Due to the missing retaining clip the wiring to the tailgate is hanging down between the bumper and the tailgate. I was informed I could wash my truck in a touchless car wash. I went to the car wash the following day and due to the incorrectly installed window track I had water coming inside between the window channel molding and the glass. After making a total of 6 trips to the body shop with the first being the initial drop off of the vehicle I was done. I had to return a few times for things to be corrected. I still have small cuts in my leather steering wheel from when repairs were done. I am meticulous about my truck and there is no reason for this type of work to happen in a professional setting.

My wife’s V W Beetle got rear ended and we had Centerville body shop do the $2000+ repair job and they did a fantastic job on it. I would definitely use them again if I have to.
