This morning I was desperate and tied up from doing important work that required printing and scanning. I received a return call from Eric, who was terrific. He listened so well, and when he realized I didnt have the answers to help him help me, he found a work-around and got me going again. I admired him for his patience, his efficiency and his willingness to stay on the line until I could be sure I could print and scan again. Ray and Sheldon have been excellent Service Technicians . They are efficient, prompt, and have always kept in contact. They are knowledgeable and have great communication in regards to our machine and the problems that exist. Ray has been with us a long time and has corrected problems others have missed. Today he was unable to come but Sheldon came and took the time to show us the issues with our machine and explained why we needed to replace a part. Great job guys! We appreciate you both!

Nate delivered my new up--graded copier on Feb 25, 2021 and was not able to get my internet connected to the copier. He worked also an hour and a half trying to get it hooked up right. He was not able to finish because the piece he had wouldnt work so he promised to come back on the following Wednesday. He did return and had it connected to the wireless in no time. he also took the extra time and made sure I could work all some of the new functions added to the copier. Eric and Sheldon went above and beyond to defuse a potential problem that occurred over the last week in our office and in turn saved me from having to individually work on 30+ laptops to correct a BSOD. When I first met Mike at ABP, I was in dire straits. I went to them for some help with an old printer of mine that kept eating the ink. I was ending up spending hundreds of dollars per month just on replacing ink! Mike, the owner, offered a printer lease agreement that saved me literally thousands of dollars! We continue to be impressed with ABP. About four years ago we had an unusual printing issue with our copier. Nate spent multiple hours over several days researching the problem, bringing in second opinions, and trying different solutions--he really took the problem on as his own and kept at it until he resolved it.We recently moved our office and must have adjusted some settings in the process, because our printing problem returned. Sheldon came out the morning after we called, and after some research decided the best option was to contact Nate and work together to get it resolved. Impressively, Nate had retained his notes from that first service call four years ago and offered to review them and come back out to restore the correct settings; Sheldon enthusiastically offered to come back with Nate so that he too could learn how to fix the problem.It is so unusual to find employees with this level of personal commitment to knowing their products and making sure they meet the needs of their customers. Clearly this company is doing something right.

Customer service-driven company with great prices. We were shopping around earlier this year to lower our printing costs. We have had good success with the equipment provided by for our uses and the technical support has been very responsive to our needs in cases of outage or other technical issues with our copier. At this time however we are still waiting on a meeting that was requested some time ago to assist us in managing several month of overages and what options or changes should we implement to bring these back in line.

On the ABP website you will find no names, no CVs, no familiar or real faces. But you will find fake pictures of fake employees, fake offices, fake office equipment. This is your first clue ABP Copy is a company operating on pretenses and pretexts. And so this, misrepresentation, should be your expectation with ABP from start to finish.Take for example the fake picture under the About tab. This picture shows seven individuals dressed nicely, all enjoying work. How insulting to the individuals who actually work at ABP? Andy Archer, who is all of 53 wearing heals, doesnt think his staff is good enough or maybe satisfied enough to be shown.How insulting to customers? ABP doesnt want you, customer, to know who works at ABP copy because that would be? What? Transparent?As it states on the ABP website under the fake employee picture. First, transparency in your selection that you will not find with any of our competitors. Really Andy Archer, you are transparent. And your competitors are not. Then show the world what Daddy gave you and not fake pictures, of a fake company, of fake office equipment, of fake employees.Andy Archer, how about you post a picture of your filthy, disorganized warehouse?Look at the ABP website yourself. You will be sold the world. But Andy Archer doesnt have the confidence or trust in himself to show you what he is really working with: Daddys money. Daddy phone call. I have not once regretted my decision to switch from our previous copier and printer vender to ABP.First, I must represent to you that in the Title Insurance Industry, being able to deliver our product to our customers by contract date is critical. Home sellers and home purchasers can walk away from their contractual obligation to sell or purchase if our product is not delivered to them by contract date, not to mention the commissions lost by Realtors and lenders alike. Coping and printing is critical.When Brittany Morrow first approach us, we assumed we were getting good service and we really liked the Kyocera products we had. Because of Brittany’s diligence, attitude and after she brought in the owner of her company, we decided to make the move over to ABP.Not once have we regretted our decision. I landed on ABPs page after some random Googling involving lease rates from 2012 - I was trying to figure out if our current company had taken advantage of my predecessor by charging way too much. The chat box popped up with the can I help you? and i thought it was likely a robot, but I was getting nowhere with my search so I gave it a shot. It wasnt a robot. It was Eric - a real person! And I told him what I was trying to find - and also that Im not in Colorado and Im stuck in a lease so I wasnt going to be looking for a new lease but that didnt bother him - he saw a need for help and thats what he was going to do! He listened to what happened, and then did research to try and find out if my predecessor had, in fact, been taken advantage of. He figured out that our current supply company had been horribly unethical, explained what they did and the loopholes they probably used to do it, and even through the chat box I could tell his jaw dropped at the severity of it all. He was appalled and said that the CEO of ABP would never stand for something like that, and wouldnt allow his employees to, either.If I were in Colorado I wouldnt hesitate for a second to trust these people. Not only would I have zero concerns about a fair price for good equipment, but I would enjoy doing business with people that are just NICE.Colorado - you now know where to go!!
