Had a tire blow out on my bike, so I came here to have it changed. Im 200 miles away from home. I got here they had plenty of tires in stock and said that Id have to bring in just the tire (off the bike) and they loaned me a motorcycle stand and just held my drivers license until I could bring it back in. Pulled the tire they changed it and I had it back on the bike in about 30 minutes total. Great customer service from Beau! I got greeted as I walked in. I will definitely come back to this store
Tons of amazing products and super helpful staff. This place is also so clean you cant find a speck of dust anywhere. Asked a question about helmet to a young sales guy and was blown away by how much information he was able to give without looking anything up or having to ask for help. Seriously i dont think you can find a more knowledgeable staff in Colorado that actually takes pride in knowing all the little details.
Update: Within an hour of posting this, the owner called to offer to make it right. The guy definitely shows he cares about the bikes brought in as much as their owners. Definitely recommend giving them your business and bike.Price is good for tire mount if youre cool with scrapes on your wheel and weight adhesive left behind.
I’ll start off by saying that this an amazing motorcycle gear retailer, with a wide selection in store and I think we’re lucky to have them in the Denver metro area. Even more lucky that it is owned and operated by Don & family still. I hope they stick around for a long time to come. Overall very good vibes and friendly, knowledgeable staff in the store. I have been shopping there for all of my motorcycle needs since moving to Denver in 2011 even though it is about an hour drive for me it has always been my go-to.With that in mind, I do believe there has been a decline in reliability or quality in the service department and customer service in general. My last two visits for tire mounting have resulted in me having to remove the wheels and drive back due to errors the shop made. First, it was a bad tubliss install and then most recently they installed my new rotational rear tire on backwards. They offer to correct their mistakes eventually, but it is such a major hassle to have to take a day off to go do this entire process again and again. I go home with full trust that they’ve handled the job, but then find out mid-ride that something is wrong, which is not a great experience. With that in mind, I will not be returning for tire purchases and mounting there anymore. It’s just not worth risking another bad experience. That being said, it’s still an excellent place to shop and I highly recommend it! Maybe just steer clear of the service department or thoroughly check their work BEFORE leaving if you can.
Performance Cycle is by far the best motorcycle accessories shop I’ve been to. They have so much gear and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I stopped by on a cross-country trip to change my tires and they let me borrow a few items to get the tires off in the parking lot and got me on my way really quickly.
Staff were knowledgeable, and friendly! They presented the way a person would who enjoys their job, before they burn out and hate everything. It was refreshing to have an experience where they seemed to just be genuinely pleased to be working where they work. The prices are also good when comparing to online ordering and they have plenty of stock. I highly recommend this place!
Just had the best shopping experience! Needed a new helmet for my son, and Stevie spent so much time with us to find the perfect fit and set us up with a sweet 6D. Rory, in parts, was also awesome and helped my son pick out some lenses. He walked him through all the color choices and helped him find the perfect ones! Great selection and AMAZING staff! Will come back every time we are in Denver!
An outstanding inventory of helmets, jackets and pretty much everything you need for motorcycle safety and attire. I met Dale, an associate there who help me pick out the right helmet. He was knowledgeable, played no favorites and took the time to fit me in the helmet that worked best for me. I came back days later and Dale remembered who I was, my name and I was looking for a jacket. Again Dale took the time and listen to my needs, my expectations and my budget. We went through a number of jackets and we found the right one that fit me and more importantly it was in my budget. Dale has excellent customer service, a great sense of humor and knowledgeable.
The largest motorcycle accessories and equipment in the Denver area. I enjoy my shopping time here. I bought my helmets, gloves and mobile phone holders here. I compared the prices on the Internet. They are slightly more expensive, but this is reasonable. They Rent and labor are required, but you can enjoy the items you buy immediately. This place is very large, and each district is classified very clearly. You can easily find what you want!
Great shopping experience. Quick flat repair. Almost everything one needs for your riding fun.
Recently purchased a bike. There was an issue, but not with performance. The staff did their best, even dealing with me, to accommodate my needs. They were always pleasant and professional. They were also very knowledgeable and expedient. I couldnt ask for better customer service.
Absolutely amazing store and some incredibly knowledgeable and kind people! This place is a dream 😍
I thought I was going to a great place to get my motorcycle gear, until I went to Performance Cycle Of Colorado. This place bar none has it all. I actually had 3 different people give me advice on equipment I was looking at. They all gave me different insights as to where and when, even why to use certain equipment, which made picking the right ones super easy. And when they were done with the advice they had, they walked away and let me decide what I wanted, didnt force me into something I didnt want. So with anything having to do with your motorcycle, its simple, go to Performance Cycle Of Colorado.
I love this place. Its a bit of a ride from my house but well worth it. They usually have what Im looking for. Staff is friendly, prices are decent.
Good service. Willing to charge my battery while I wait. Large variety of parts and accessories!
Dave was the best sales person in helping me out. I went in due the my husbands Alpine Stars Tech-Air 5 air vest being deployed due to my granddaughter sliding off the back of the Harley while out to breakfast with my husband. (she wasnt holding on to him with a good grip). Not knowing what else to do I went back to Performance Cycle to have them send the vest to Alpine to have it repacked- Dave walked me back to the service area and stayed with me while we figured out what to do for the servicing of the air vest. Unfortunately I have to send it it as they are not authorized to do the re-packing. Later that afternoon I went back with my husband to purchase a new helmet for him (our granddaughter was wearing his primary helmet and it impacted the road so needs to be replaced). I saw Dave again and he helped us out finding a new helmet and talked us through what type of blue-tooth system to put into the helmet for future communications between riders and telephone calls. If you ever need anything here I highly recommend you seek out Dave as you floor sales person. He is very knowledgeable, has a great attitude and wonderful people skills. When we outfit me to go riding I will definitely be back to see him.On another note.... I also highly recommend the Alpine Stars Tech-Air air vests. It actually saved my granddaughter additional injury from her fall. She ended up with just a raspberry on her butt but nothing else. I know if hadnt been for the vest even though she wears full gear she would have sustained injury hitting the pavement at the force she did.
I visited the showroom today to get a new helmet. Its a significant and important purchase and Dave was there to help. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He made sure I got the right size of helmet and put up with all my goofing off. Im very grateful for the attentive help and I feel 100% confident about the helmet I bought. This is a great store to visit if you can get here. Its massive and has so much stuff to choose from. All of the employees I encountered are friendly and I cant wait to go back for some more cycle goodies.
I’m lucky to have this place as my local shop. Best selection in Colorado and the most helpful staff to boot.
I called about getting a tire ordered and put on my bike. I explained that Im RV traveling and dont have the means to remove my wheel myself. The guy on the phone didnt tell me that they dont have the means to do the full job. They referred me to Woodys, who were thankfully able to get me right in. All in all it was just the inconvenience and gas cost of bouncing around Denver.Otherwise I was happy with the price and ease of ordering the tire online and picking up in store. The salesman on the floor helping my girlfriend size helmets was incredibly helpful.
Used to be a good store, had all I needed most of the time. Unfortunately the business is lacking more and more as time goes. I cant recommend it like I used too. Take it as you will, its time to find another store. Would I return, not based on what I have experienced.
Best motorcycle gear shop in Denver area. Staff are always great and helpful. Huge store with lots of gear, parts, and tire services. 😃
Whatever you need, this place not only has the product, but has someone knowledgeable to help you find it. Amazing shop.
Very helpful and informative for purchasing helmets and correct sizing
I went to Performance today to pickup some parts for my boyfriend’s bike. Even though I didn’t know what I was looking for, all of the employees were extremely helpful and patient with me. I was impressed with how kind everyone was. They even talked to my boyfriend over the phone explaining each part to ensure I was purchasing the correct pieces.I have been here a few times and always receive the best customer service.
Once again unbelievably shocked how wonderful this place is.. ordered some cheek pads for a helmet that were not in stock. Showed up to the store earlier then expected and hand delivered by a guy driving home that lived in the area. Thinking it was a delivery service, nope just a happy employee that works in the shipping and receiving department. Huge shout out to the guy that drives the white 4runner. You made my week bro. Keep up the great work and please have more bbq’s cause that was an awesome time with awesome people and the burgers were fantastic
Spent a lot of money on two helmets. Call no pressure from the salespeople. They let me try on every single helmet I wanted. They had at least five major brands of all three types of helmets open-faced and modular. I would recommend anyone needing any style a helmet to try here first. Thank you performance Cycle
They always have a good selection of parts and gear. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. This is my preferred place for motorcycle parts and gear.
Absolutely love this place! Always helpful friendly staff that know what they’re doing! I’ve had parts on back order at times or last minute parts they have gone out of their way to make sure I get them and in a timely manner! I will keep coming back as long as you guys keep it up thank you!
Ive been in this shop several times and have spent quite a bit of money on helmets and riding gear. I keep coming back because theyre a local business, the people are friendly and helpful, and they have great selection and prices. Highly recommend.
This place is great, awesome selection and super friendly staff. I recently bought a new motorcycle and I needed all new gear. Evan helped me out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got the right gear I needed and spent enough time with me to make sure I got the right gear. I will absolutely keep coming back here for anything else I need.
Excellent help on the phone and open Monday. Also had Multiple tires in stock when nobody else did. Price was exceptional got me back on the road. Will use them again and reccomend to friends
Great inventory, but not a wheel shop (nor do they claim to be) an associate, Joe, pretended to inspect my wheel bearings and spokes, and told me they were good to go, even put a zip tie on two spokes but...I rode that wheel 5 miles and it broke a spoke, punctured the new tube and wheel went out of round. When I brought it back another associate said they do not have a wheel truing/lacing etc. tech, and suggested Woodys for all things wheel related. Thank you for the good advice and honesty. Turned one bad experience into a good one when you dont lie to the customer. Woodys confirmed the wheel bearing was bad, and helped on the replacement. Performance did not offer to replace or redo the work (25$) after I spent close to 300$ there. Could have been better.
Want to personally thank Joe and another gentleman there whose name I didn’t catch, for taking the time to fix my helmet today. The parts guy at another Scheuberth dealer could not be bothered with it, let alone get out of his chair to look at the helmet. When I described that the shield would fall to the half way mark while riding, he kept telling me it’s a known issue and I would either need a new helmet or ship it back to Schuberth for them to repair the internal wheel mechanism, had nothing to do with shield. l went to performance cycle, they not only had a new shield in stock, Joe took the time to install it for me no questions asked! They went above and beyond and it was nice to see real customer service again….problem solved! Thank you guys,
Love this place!! Everytime I go in or call to see if something is in stock the staff is on it. And on the rare occasion they have to call you back...they actually do! Unheard of these days. The organization and ambiance of the inside and outside of the building is fantastic! Very inviting and easy to move around when they are busy while keeping social distance. And, the biggest thing is you can tell that the employees like their jobs! Everyone is happy and helpful. I literally roll my eyes if I have to go anywhere else. I always call Performance first! Prices are competitive too. Highly recommend👍
My husband and I wanted full face helmets after years of wearing half helmets. Dave made sure that our helmets were the perfect fit. I was very specific on what I needed from my helmet and he was very knowledgeable about patient.
Really cool motorcycle gear store! The manager was super helpful with helping me find a good fit and safe helmet!
Tom was super helpful! Went home with great gear and good experience!UPDATE: I have to change my review. 5 starts to 1 star. We most likely will not return into the store. The return policy is rigid AND not explained to us. The policy is written on the receipt, which we did not ask for upon purchase because who takes receipts anymore when you give the store your name and cell.Nothing against the employees, except being overly adamant about buying a pair of riding pants we werent sure would be the correct size anyway. If anyone understands policies in general, I ensure you I do. The policy is not the problem. The problem that lead to changing my review is the lack of customer service and the misinformation upon our original purchase. The issue is not resolved and we still have pants that were $345 and do not fit and the store will not take back because, they will be at a loss because we cant sell them again.Again, policy not the problem. There is a huge chance for an improvement in customer service and informing customers, even during a busy time. You CANNOT forget to inform a customer of a rigid policy.
We recently purchased some street bikes and needed new riding gear. I stopped into Performance Cycle and was blown away by their selection. Even better is the customer service from the staff. Dave, Tom, and Evan are phenomenal at helping to make sure you get exactly what you need and do a great job of listening and making suggestions. The prices are as good, or better, than online sites, and they will special order any items that might not be in stock. This store is heads and shoulders above any other motorcycle parts and accessory dealer. Do yourself a huge favor and make the trip to see them!
Dont sign up for a credit card at Performance Cycle. You cant use it to order online and when I went to the store the card said declined but it was a brand new card with Preformamce Cycles name on it and Just activated. I called the card and everything fine on that end so I called the store. They are not set up for the card they are advertising and pushing for.
Ive been coming here for years and they never disappoint. What a selection! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff as well.
Huge selection, great staff and they’ll price match
My buddy and I did a mini road trip down to Performance Cycle today from Boulder. I used to shop at their old location on South Broadway so was stunned by what their business has evolved into. Essentially a one stop shop for everything two wheeled and quads too! The cherry on my experience was the sales person who helped me. His product knowledge was incredible and facilitated my decision making and saved us time. Hats off to you Jordan (no, I dont want the pink helmet lol). 5 star experience.
Someone stole my credit card info and tried to use it at Performance Cycle. Not only did employee Lance notice that something was wrong, he even tried to figure out who I was and let me know about the situation. His quick thinking saved me some serious money and time. Thanks Lance!!
Performance Cycle and its employees are by far the best and most knowledgeable staff in the area. Every time I call or visit and ask for a part, advice, recommendations about my bike, I leave feeling very satisfied with my decision. They have an enormous selection of accessories and clothing suitable for all needs. Speaking directly with the employees has always been a positive experience, and will recommend Performance Cycle to any motorcycle enthusiast!
I live in Colorado springs and choose to drive an hour to purchase my gear and parts from this place because of their level of knowledge and professionalism is second to none. I have special ordered parts numerous times and they always give me a better price than I can find on the internet. They appreciate your business and treat you like you are the best part of their day.
Parts counter guy was very helpful and informative. Best place to go for motorcycle gear. Great selection, great staff.
Just like others have stated, this place knows their stuff. The staff is extremely knowledgeable with their products and eager to share that knowledge with us customers. Prices were great too. They had sales on items in the store that beat the online prices of their website as well as others. Stop thinking about it and just go visit this store if you need any riding gear.
Always friendly and professional. Also, usually always have what you need. What’s not to like?
It pains me to write this but my negative experience was easily avoidable. TL;DR: The return policy is rigid and outdated. The customer service opportunity was summarily dismissed.About 2 weeks ago, I completed a long-delayed trip to the shop and was blown away by the selection. I was helped by a knowledgeable young guy in finding what I was there to look for. The mission: new gloves, new jacket for my wife, and a pair of riding pants that Ive put off buying for years. The issue started with the pants. I tried them on and sat on their demo bike but felt like they were a little big. The size down was out of stock but I would have waited if not for the pressure to commit from our helpful sales associate. I brought them home thinking, Ill try them again, take them for a ride, and if they dont win me over I can take them back. WRONG.Remembering that I bought these pants under pressure from a sales associate despite being a little too big is an important point here. Motorcycle gear is supposed to be snug so it doesnt twist the D3O pads out of the way when you go down.I didnt simply guess at what it should feel like. Ive never had riding pants before and I was told the pants were a good fit. It wasnt until I had them in the real world that I knew for sure they werent going to work.I took them back and was flatly told they couldnt be exchanged or returned because I had ridden with them (twice). The shop wouldnt take them back because they couldnt resell them used and they couldnt send them back (to the manufacturer) for cleaning and re-tagging. I was offered employee discount pricing on another pair, but I was stuck with the ones I bought. I offered to pay a restocking fee for the exchange but there was no movement from the staff. No returns once theyve been worn (on a ride). Now, REI will allow customers to wear a pair of hiking boots on a hike and return them dirty and sweaty for a full refund. It might be unreasonable to expect a motorcycle gear shop to offer that kind of service but theres no reason they cant offer a more customer-focused policy. Their solution? They told me to buy another pair at a discount and sell the brand new pair I just bought. Sorry. I dont need another pair, I need the right pair, and a customer service team I can trust to help me find them. The bottom line here is that under pressure from the staff, I bought something I shouldnt have. I brought it back within 2 weeks to find out it couldnt be returned. After an $800+ purchase, $345 of which were the pants, the store was not willing to help me fix the problem they helped to create. Instead, they printed out the receipt from my purchase so they could wave the fine print in my face.
The employee we talked to was very experienced with knowledge of best equipment to get for beginner intermediate and experienced riders. Im a new rider with no equipment and left with all the equipment I needed fully confident that it will protect me as much as possible in case of an accident. You can get everything you will need here for your motorcycle. From PPE to tires, fluids for your motorcycle and other important hardware for your bike. Definitely coming back here when I need something for my bike or myself when it comes to riding.
Good knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced. Always helpful. Best selection of motorcycle accessories in the state.
A little far for me, but I still come down here as needed. Customer service is ok. Some guys want to help and some guys just like to stand around and talk bikes with customers.Product lineup is pretty good, theres a good selection of gear, parts, tools, and accessories.Just need a shop up north of Denver.
Huge selection. Lots of accessories and parts. Hard to beat in the metro Denver area.
This place impresses in scale, variety & quality of merch, and a very helpful staff. Amazing to see a family owned company so on the mark!
Stopped into look at some new riding gear. Tom helped me out in the jacket department. His knowledge on the product line, and ability to match my use-case with products was excellent.Tom was able to draw on his own experiences and lessons learned to greatly reduce my own learning curve when looking at gear.
First of all I’m a new father and it was my day to take care of my son and we had to go pick up my new M9RR’s the task isn’t so easy with a 5 month old, I was then greeted by a very nice lady that introduced herself as the owner Bernadette and don I believe was her husband. Well she could clearly see I was struggling to do my shopping 🛍 it’s so hard to try on boots, gloves, pants, carry tires and a baby bag all at the same time so she offered to watch my child I trusted her to do so and it made my shopping experience so much better I wish there where more trust worthy caring Establishments that existed like this one... so you now have a very loyal customer for the life of my motorcycle riding... so I wanted to say thank you ma’am and sir you are appreciated..
Love this place! Reasonable prices on most of their inventory, very helpful and friendly staff. When I need parts, accessories or gear for my motorcycle I rarely shop anywhere else!!
Don and his team are always very helpful and friendly. Great selection and prices
Great store, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Im on the opposite side of Denver and will totally be coming back! So worth it!!
Store, products, and employees are awesome but location caters to southern side of metro Denver. Will only use them for major purchases because of the near 30 mi. one way drive.
Performance cycle is my favorite motorcycle shop in all of Denver. They have everything and I mean everything. Ive been able to outfit myself and my bikes for everything from road use, dirtbiking, road racing and even get things for my lady to be able to ride. Its an adult candy store and I have to do my best to not blow my budget everytime I walk in there. I do wish they had a location up on the north end of Denver as the drive is a little far from Westminster. But that keeps me from spending far too much money there. Highly recommend for all your motorcycle needs from gear to parts
These guys are top notch. Their techs are all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I find their prices to be very competitive, even with Amazon, and their selection of apparel, parts and tires is unmatched.
They where great with helping me and the wife chose a helmet. From style to fitment. Really took their time to show us without wanting to sell the most expensive ones.
Went in to explore and try on a bunch of different gear to gauge sizing. Tom helped me out in multiple sections of the store and did a great job helping me size up helmets. He will probably save me several hundred dollars when I do decide to buy a lid by giving me my best head shape and fit recommendations. Turns out my current helmet was sized too big! Thanks, Tom.
If you need moto rider gear this is your place. You can try on gear and helmets and the prices are actually really good.
Excellent customer service!!! I will highly recommend this place to everyone. Again, I cant stress enough how well they took care of me. Thank you Christian and good luck with all your bikes!!!
Been going to Perfomance for 30 years, its always been great, but current staff seems like the best they have had in a long time. Dallas really was super helpful personable, cant say enough good things.
We love Performance Cycle! Beautiful store and a great selection of products, including gear for adults and kids. Its a family run business: we love chatting with Don, Lance and the rest of the Waddill family. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Christian and the service desk team.
Christian and the rest of the squad are very knowledgeable and are super helpful when making decisions between parts, gear, and overall services on my 450. Love this place. Thanks everyone! WON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE
Good customer service, have what i need every time i go in. Store is HUGE and fun to just shop around in
The clerk was very helpful in the purchase of my helmet, and even installed the communication system for free!
Nice store, friendly staff to help find the right boots for me.
This place has all your basic motorcycle needs. Unbeatable tire selection too. They were also extremely helpful giving me details on the different tires I was looking at
I love sharing good experiences at a business with others instead of always seeing negative reviews. So….I needed to share today’s last minute experience at performance cycle and it shows why their name comes up often.Went in to get a new helmet for a com system I purchased yesterday. New year, new bike, new com….why not a new lid? Anyway, the older gentleman (read well aged and experienced) in the helmet area (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was extremely helpful and made the daunting task of selecting one amongst a sea of many a really easy process. As soon as I mentioned my budget he didn’t scoff or pass me off, he instead immediately took me over to 1 of 3 I had been eyeing on their website. Then we addressed what I was looking for and what helmet I was coming from. Not once did he insult any brand either. Which is rare from my previous shopping experiences at other motorCycle Gear shops. He simply explained benefits I was gaining and the different safety ratings I was gaining over other products I was looking at. Not once did he try to suggest anything over my budget or to take me to the bleeding edge of my budget to squeeze out every last penny. In fact, we went $100 under my budget and got twice the helmet I’m coming from. After asking about some of the other options in my budget, we went and tried them on. The whole time, he wasn’t downplaying any of the options but he was explaining trade-offs between the two I was really torn between. In the end, I decided on the second helmet we looked at and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Zero buyers remorse, no regrets. All that said, 10/10 experience, 5 stars, two thumbs up, etc etc. I strongly encourage giving them a chance if you haven’t to earn your business.Oh, and this was all 30minutes before closing. Not once did he look at a watch or a clock or try to rush me. Just simply delivered an amazing buying experience and I had to immediately come here and share that experience. Ride safe all!!
Great prices and inventory for all your motorcycle and ATV needs.
I absolutely love this store and they have a very large selection, however, some of the kids they hire really need to learn more details about the products. While most of them are nice and helpful, they just dont have much knowledge about what they carry.
Love this place! Great selection and competitive prices. Staff is knowledgeable and more than willing to spend the time with you. From parts to gear, this is my favorite place to shop! If they dont have what you need/want in store, they will order it in. I have used this shop a lot. I always get my new tires from here. You cant beat 20 bucks for them to install (you must remove the rim from ur bike. FYI) and balance. I have compared many items they have to a lot of different online stores, including Amazon, and the guys are rarely beat. So not only is it cheaper, but everyone likes instant gratification! No waiting on packages in the mail!
Very helpful employees. Great place for apparel.
Good deals on tires and MC Parts and apparel
Great selection, knowledgeable staff, low pressure sales staff, great for all types of riders. Its nice to have a big store with a wide selection. Online shopping gets old, especially for moto gear.
I was in the store for the first time yesterday. Kyle met me with a smile (under a mask of course), and proceeded to spend over an hour with me. I was in need of everything head to toe and he was knowledgeable across the board. Looking forward to going back!
I love that this place is here! Its a great resource for everything you might need! Ive always experienced exceptional customer service every time Im in. Whenever Im looking for a new accessory or part I always check here first.
I went into the store with zero experience on what to buy. I got advice and help from three seperate employees. Bryan especially, he walked me through the differences between all the helmets and spent over 40 mins making sure I got the perfect one for me. They were all super nice and this shop will be my go too from now on!
The last place I called out of 5 local dealerships and they had all the parts and accessories I needed to get on the road again, in stock! Over a week wait time for brake pads, chain and sprocket set for a 2004 Yamaha R6S; but not at Performance Cycle! Friendly, fast and they offer a military discount too. Have you found the gargoyle?
Charging 40 bucks to pur sena on a helmet? 😂 GREEDEDIT* we did purchase the sena 50s from you guys. When i went to have it installed you guys said it was the 50r so we cant install for free when in fact is the 50s. Tried charging me for a model i dont have
They have all the right gear, helpful people, and can order basically any part you need. Plus it’s an awesome place to look around, great decor.
You cant ask for better people. I spent 90 minutes here on my lunch break trying on jackets/boots. Brian was super helpful in explaining the difference in products and was super patient with me. Went home with a jacket and a plan to return.
I am a new rider and visited here a few times now. The staff are amazing and really helpful, not only are they great and helping you they always keep your safty in mind when suggesting a product. Prices are on par of not better then online and the selection is huge.I had a great experience with the return policy as wellI Bought a shoei helmet at close to 800. They explained the return policy to me very detailed.. (dont take any stickers off, dont ride with it, dont have it in direct sun light. Take it home and wear it for 45 min and if a size change is needed bring it back) I had them install a coms system I bought as well... after 45 min of wearing it at home i knew it was to small ( I was border line between medium and large).. broght it back the next day with out issues. They switched the com system to the new sized helm for me and everything.
We love this place! It is the best spot in town to get anything from street bike tires to everything motocross! The selection is hands down the best in the entire state of Colorado. We also love the entire staff, as they are all knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. If you need a helmet, they are helpful to make sure it is comfortable and get your exact fit. Need a part, the staff at the parts counter are subject matter experts! We will always shop Performance Cycle and continue to support the shop and you should too!
Good friendly helpful staff and really nice place going to
There really is no reason to go anywhere else for performance motorcycle parts and equipment. Their customer service is over the top and keeps me coming back again and again. No need to comment on prices, definitely the most competitive around!
They give great service and are open on Mondays unlike most other motorcycle shops. Very reasonably priced.
