Throughout every step of the process with servicing my F850GS, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff from technicians to the manager were courteous, professional, and enthusiastically helpful. They clearly care about riders and will do everything in their power to help them out, even when circumstances outside of their control arise. My bike is my only form of transportation, and the team at BMW of Denver is the only shop ill trust it with!
Awesome experience and everyone is so kind! Thanks! Meant to add, we did end up getting a GREAT bike!! SOOOO much fun to ride! Alex was SO HELPFUL!Accessibility: curb-cuts and ramp entry to building; elevator insideParking: out front and 1 accessible spot availableOptions: motorcycles, gear, helmets, hats, partsStaff: GREAT!!!!!Restrooms: yes, 1 large stallAnimals: probably not...Kid Friendly: yes but cautiously because its full of BEAMERS!
My husband started working with Alex and Pascal almost a year ago when he was looking for a bike, then he ended up finding the bike elsewhere due to availability. As I was looking at a bike, we reached out again to Alex. Alex was great with answering all my questions and stayed in great contact throughout the process. I would highly recommend purchasing here! Great experience!
I love the service department. Go out of my way to make it to this Denver dealer instead of using my local dealer. These guys and gals are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, fast and do an incredible job. I wait for my service and hang with music, wifi, coffee, water and random food offerings by the folks who work there. Working from the dealer is better than in my home office. 💯 Awesome
Traveling from out of state and one of our guys burned through his rubber on both tires... the folks here got us in quick and got new rubber slapped on and resolved an over heating issue that had been plaguing this particular bike. If you need anything we highly recommend stopping here staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful
I am a BMW owner of a few years now and a recent transplant from Arizona to Colorado. I called the BMW dealer for their expert customer service and the fact that I needed a service appointment. I spoke to Carlie who gave me a very poor customer experience. Not only did I advise her that I have been in the state for a week and needed guidance/information on the BMW dealership that could servicey vehicle. The unprofessional demeanor that was displayed when I was told that the establishment was a motorcycle dealer and the utter refual to assist a long time BMW owner is not what is whatbwe pay for and expect from the BMW brand.
My wife and I were headed back to Tennessee on day 18 of our cross country trip to the Pacific Coast when we broke down about 30 miles East of Denver. With the help of some motorist with towing choices we were able to get the bike towed back to BMW (Motorcycles) of Denver. The next morning I went over and explained our situation. Linda was great to work with and they got the bike in, despite their heavy schedule. They confirmed my suspicion of a bad drive shaft and also let me know my final drive was going bad.Taylor the mechanic was great also and he pointed out the issues. They located an after market driveshaft and over nighted a new final drive from the East Coast. They got us back on the road in a day and a half. They were diligent in getting us back on the road and made sure we were set as far as accommodations and comfort. I recommend them highly and truly appreciate the service they provided to us. Note I only mention two names but everyone there was attentive and a pleasure to work with.
Nice BMW shop with helpful staff for the BMW club of Colorado 100,000 foot ride and a nicePicnic dinner after the event was over
I am frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience with BMW of Denver. I found them helpful only until the point I paid them for a new bike this April. When I was unable to register the bike in Wyoming with the paperwork they provided they were very slow and unhelpful. They made no effort to try and help me solve the problem they created.
Hello I would just like to give a shout out to the service adviser Scott helson and Boomer for getting my brothers bike in on a cross country trip last minute and taking care of his fan failure on his GS you guys are top notch Ive been there twice now in a month and Im from Florida what does that say about their service well done guys
I recently purchased a new motorcycle from BMW of Denver and found everyone at the dealership very friendly, personable, and professional. Pascal Ollinger patiently explained the particulars of the model that I was interested in and that I ultimately purchased. I could tell that Pascal is a motorcycle enthusiast. Closing the deal was also a pleasant experience. Granted, the great price on a new model greatly enhanced the experience 😊. Coming back for an install of some accessories continued the impression of very friendly and efficient parts and service departments at BMW of Denver.
I think this is the finest bmw cycle dealer by far friendly staff great service the only place for bmw motorcycles! 5 dtar for sure!
I cannot say enough good things about BMW of Denver! If there was a way to give 6 stars, they certainly deserve it.I was new to buying a bike from a dealership and of all of the ones that I visited, BMW of Denver was the best, by a long ways. When I first started looking at the inventory (which was great) the sales team did not pressure me in the slightest but offered me a water and let me know if I needed help to ask. It was the right blend of presence without pressure. I was fortunate enough to work with Alex in sales and he was awesome! He listened to what I was looking for, asked me pertinent questions to help refine my quest and even helped set up the correct order of test rides to allow me to learn about each bike and effectively compare it to the next!Salespeople can stereotypically push you to the crown jewel so that nothing else can compare and then try to convince push you to the limit of your budget. Alex did not do this in the slightest! He was attentive and understanding, and made the experience so much better. He helped me find the right bike for me at the right price for me! He even helped me understand the cost and benefit of accessories to help my budgeting!I have also had the pleasure of dealing with the parts team and the service team. Both have exceeded my expectations for customer service and responsiveness. BMW of Denver has earned my respect and loyalty and is the only place that I will recommend to anyone searching for a new or used motorcycle. From the receptionist, to sales, parts, service, and finance, BMW of Denver is exceptional and the shining example of what an excellent customer service experience should be like!!! It doesnt feel like I have business contacts there, but that I have friends that are excited for my adventures and want to help me enjoy it as much as possible!
Great showroom and dealer. Pascal from sales was great.
Alex was inviting, knowledgable, and was very supportive of answering our millions of questions and made the process as efficient as possible. It was a blast and a pleasure despite our hesitations of spending the same amount as a new camry. The S1000RR M edition was worth every penny and is even user friendly for all skill levels and this would not have been achieved without Alex. Would be a pleasure to work with again!
Alex, in sales was awesome to deal with. I test rode some of the finest motorcycles ever manufactured...BMW. Had I known that these bikes were so comfortable, nimble, and powerful, I never would have wasted money on the bikes I own...
BMW of Denver is awesome. I had my bike (under warranty) towed to Foothill BMW and what a disaster. I live in California and was stranded. After 4 days of nothingness from Foothill I paid to tow my bike to BMW of Denver. Everything about my experience at BMW of Denver was excellent. A human answers the phone in a friendly voice. I was working with Daryl in service and he fully understands the stranded rider. They were able to diagnose the issue within one day and order the parts. Daryl was fast, but also honest in setting my expectations so I can make decisions about my life. This shop understands the motorcycle rider, great customer service, and I highly recommend them.
Awesome dealership. Great service and wonderful sales staff. Highly recommend this BMW dealership if youre in the market for a great bike. They did my service in record time on my R1200R. She runs like a top.
Greg facility. Nice people. BMW is the pinnacle of technology.
The folks at BMW of Denver are fantastic. I crashed my bike significantly a couple of months back. Over $19K in damage total. The insurance company wanted to total it, but I love this bike. The entire parts and service team worked with me and Geico to keep it from being totaled. They rebuilt my bike back to like new condition and made the process painless. They even went out of their way to make sure I had the bike back in time for an upcoming riders course. These folks are amazing. If youre interested in getting a new bike or looking for a place to take your existing bike for service, you can feel good about this place!
I bought my 2018 1600 GA from a resale dealer up in Ft Collins with 800 miles. I just took the bike into BMW to have the 6K mile checkup and the transmission recall done. When I picked the bike it looked like it was new again. The bike was clean when I took it in but when I picked it up it looked like it had a complete detail done on it! No more boot scuffs on the bags and all the little marks on the tank were gone. It looked like a new bike that just dolled off the dealer floor. Very impressed and highly recommend the great service department!
Excellent experience! My salesman Martin was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the bike. I also felt it was very no-rush and no-hassle on my part. They were able to get me exactly the bike I was looking for at a good price. I would definitely recommend BMW of Denver to anyone looking to get an ultimate riding machine. They offer special post-purchase accessories pricing and oil changes for life, and if you look a little thirsty, someone, somewhere will ask would you like a bottle of water?
My experience with BMW motorcycle shops in other states has been less than stellar. This BMW shop is 5 star in every category. I bought a used 1150 and the sales staff was great, the interactions with the paperwork and payment staff was great, I ended up needing some service interactions after my purchase and the general manager made sure I had the best possible customer experience. The service desk had the last 50k miles of service docs on the bike and gave them to me after redacting the prior owners information. The showroom is beautiful, you get 30 days of deep discounts on gear after purchasing a bike from them and dont forget to go upstairs and look around at their additional bikes, helmets, clothes, and accessories. Ive been referring my friends here ever since my purchase.
Alex was so helpful, he answered all my questions and helped me to buy the right motorcycle.
I had the best experience with Scott in service. He took the time and was very detailed in explaining things to me. It seemed like it was his mission in life to make sure my bike was running the best it could!
Daryl and the staff went above and beyond to get my bike running. They genuinely cared about fixing my issue. I Will not take my bike anywhere else.
Great experience! Pascal was enthusiastic, knew his stuff, rides an S1000XR himself, and has ridden most of the bikes he sells. He was quick to put me on the motorcycles I was looking at with a great curvy test route. Once it came time to talk numbers he was helpful in giving me all options used and new, showed me the inventory in person, and offered more test rides. There was absolutely no pressure when I walked out to reconsider my options and finances since I was originally looking at a cheaper bike but fell in love with the GS. I will be back!
Matthew in parts was extremely helpful in locating and coming out inside to assess my needs for cabling for my phone. This was my first time at this store and I will definitely return for all of my future parts and service needs!
Very friendly and helpful
Boomer and Alex are awesome
Friends:After almost a year of having my 2008 BMW R1200 GSA motorcycle engine cut out between 4000 - 4200 rpm, the Service Manager of BMW of Denver - Stephen Rumnock told me how to fix it over the phone. The engine now runs perfectly.Stephen did this as a Good Deed not knowing I have been approved for a BMW Financial Services loan to purchase a 2017 BMW R1200 GSA motorcycle from his dealership at a cost of about $24,000.Google my name to Learn more......Arthur Gerard Michael Baron von Boennighausen
This is probably the number 1 or number 2 dealership Ive dealt with. Over the 13 motorcycles Ive purchased in my life this ranks among the very best. Everything could be done online, the whole staff was very pleasant, quick to respond and put another BMW dealer I was working with first to shame. Very happy to have worked with these folks and they will be the top of my list for the next time I need a new motorcycle. Alex Gest was great, thanks for your help and making this so easy.
Professional, friendly service team.
Great dealership. Not at all pushy or trying to make a hard sale. They ultimately worked with me a lot on getting a fair trade value, enabling me to purchase a very popular bike. The process was seamless. Free oil changes for life is also a nice touch.
I accidentally reviewed this dealership and it was not this dealership. Unfortunately I can’t figure out how to delete it. I don’t want this dealership to suffer for another. So I’m giving the business five stars because I don’t want to suffer because of another business.
I was from out of state Had trouble on my ride got me in and fixed quickly great service
Friendly Staff, great looking bikes all on the 1st floor. After-market equipment & clothing upstairs. Nice motorcycle shop!
👍
This shop ROCKS!!! It was a pleasure meeting everyone here. They are very knowledgeable and quick to getting any questions answered. Test drove a 1200gsa today and it quickly went on my want list. Thanks for all the help Alex!
Best BMW motorbike dealership in the Rocky Mountain West. Selection, parts, knowledgeable sales staff, they have it all. The Building is gorgeous, and parking is beyond easy.
My first time to this dealership.. I have to say it is outstanding, super friendly people. Alot of bikes to look at. I needed an oil filter for my bike and the parts guys were nice prompt.. I was impressed with this dealership!
The BMW experience is top notch here and it is what won me over.
Purchased my bike here just under a year ago and have been back a few times in preparation for my first long road trip. These guys have been first class every time. While out on my trip and having trouble, I called for assistance and Darrell (spelling?) was great!!! Thanks to them, I finished a great trip and will be better prepared for the next one. These are my go to people from now on.
I had a great experience here. I was newly endorsed for a motorcycle and looking to get my first bike. I was debating among many different manufacturers. After going in to test ride a new G310R, Scott Hellzen in sales helped me make my first purchase. Frankly, it was the friendliness, professionalism and great customer service from him and all the other people at the dealership that swayed me to just getting the BMW over Honda or Kawasaki. They also worked quickly and did a good job at the initial service. It was a great place to get my first bike, and I can confidently say I will get my next bike from them too.
Rolled into town on a rainy day and a wornout set of tires. The staff got me warmed up, on new tires and on my way in no time at all. Excellent friendly staff, comfortable wait in a pleasant space. Thanks again to everyone, you will see me when Im next in Denver
(April 29th, 2020 UPDATE):Everything here is amazing. I have to remind myself to check with them first when finding parts for my bike. This is literally the best dealership (in general) in town. Thank you!(ORIGINAL REVIEW):I love this dealership. The staff is so friendly and patient with you. I couldnt imagine a friendlier and more understanding motorcycle dealership. These guys are absolutely the best. Thank you, I will definitely be recommending this dealership to all of my friends and family based the way I was treated here. Some places I go to just brush me and my needs off but not you guys. Always go to BMW of Denver. They will help you out and make everything better one way or another. This is the only place I will be getting my future bikes serviced.
Pascal was very helpful.
These guys are fantastic, by far the best motorcycle buying experience I have had. I went in on a Saturday, not intending to buy a bike, and the GM Bill said why dont you take the S1000r for a spin. I love how they let you test ride the bikes and that is what sold me. After 5 minutes on the bike I was ready to sign ha. Even though they were extremely busy, they made me feel like I was the only one there. I worked with Tally, he came highly recommended from a buddy of mine and I now know why. The guy knew the bike inside and out, he was super laid back and friendly as well. They didnt have the color S1000r I wanted but told me they would have one the next week. 2 days later I got a call to come get the bike, Tally had the paperwork ready and I was in and out in about 30min including signing over my trade.Just a great all around experience. If you are looking for a new BMW bike go see these guys.
Awesome privately owned work environment. Professional yet makes you feel like you are family. Definitely recommend! Best selection of BMW Motorcycles by far!
Ive bought 8 bikes from BMW of Denver since 2002. I guess it would be safe to say Im quite fond of them... Their straight forward approach to doing business mixed with a sense of humor, makes for a great experience when buying, or having a bike worked on... Theyve never left me hanging, and have always made things right... Kudos to the whole gang!
Excellent customer service! Linda and the whole BMW Motorrad of Denver are extremely courteous and professional. The service technician was very attentive and corrected a previously unnoticed issue. The prices on the accessories (gloves, etc.) were reasonable priced -- on par if not better than what I saw online. It made the hour drive one-way from out of town worthwhile. This was my first visit and Ill be a repeat customer.
So over the weekend i was heading down to meet Bill McConnell and his team to look at a s1000r. I was running a little late and ran out of gas on the way. I ended up showing up about 10min before closing and they were still very welcoming. I took the bike for a test ride and ended up purchasing it. Bill, the general manager, a salesman and the guy who had to do all the paperwork for the purchase stayed over an hr and a half late to help me. No rushing at all and answered all my questions. Was one of the best experiences ive ever had buying a car or m/c. Id recommend them to anyone wanting a BMW motorcycle.
Fantastic Sales. Fantastic Service. Fantastic Facility.I live 10 minutes away from a different BMW Motorrad dealer in Colorado Springs, but take all of my business to BMW Denver because they value my business and treat me and my wife (who also rides BMW) accordingly. Other dealers would be well-advised to emulate BMW of Denver if they have any sense for the value of customer satisfaction and retention.
So I just bought my first motorcycle this week and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. From calling into the store and talking with Alex Gest, to Eric Redinger providing an awesome closing experience. On top of the customer service, they gave me a good amount of advice on roads to try out in Denver and even motorcycle courses to help improve my general riding or racing skills. If youre nervous or unsure about getting a motorcycle, go check them out, they arent pushy and they will give you honest answers.
Great, friendly people. While touring in Colorado, I needed a service and tires. They got me in with minimal notice and took great care of us. They even fed us sausages and beer to the music of a live band.
Had new tires put on my 1100. Good price and timely manner to install. Great service and friendly staff
Possibly my best motorcycle buying experience in 45 years of riding. My sales guy, Tony King, listened to my desires and considerations and provided good options. The friendly and knowledgeable staff provided a friendly, no pressure environment. No high pressure up selling during the buying process was a real plus. If Tony didnt know the answer, he went and found someone who did. The clean, open showroom and relaxing environment made this a very enjoyable experience. A big thanks to Tony, Bill and Matt for all their help and service. I highly recommend BMW of Denver.
The night before my headlight burned out, took my bike first thing in the morning, asked to have it changed and service adviser said : we will take care of it right away, we dont want you to drive in the dark, its a big hazzard. 20 minutes later and my bike was done, and on one of their busiest days of the week. Thats the kind of service that brings me back to this place for over 10 years now. Great job guys
Great service!Everyone is so nice, that it makes you want to go back again.Congratulations to all the BMW of Denver staff!
Sales staff is very friendly and not pushy. Bill, the GM, is a very nice guy. He recognizes and greets me when I walk in. Service department was awesome working with me for repair work. Its always a pleasurable experience when I walk in the doors!
Only place to go for service in Denver. Came here for my 600 mile service before long road trip. After spending $23k for a new GS, purchasing dealer could not fit me in (wont hurt my feelings if you take it somewhere else). Had a few concerns/questions. Did not get the I have the same bike and thats just the way it is, want reflectors (part of recall) - go to Walmart and get some, coolant level a bit low - close enough, etc. that I got from the other dealer. Darrell and crew truly put the customer first, handled warranty, recall and service issues with absolute regard for customer satisfaction. Could not have asked for a better experience. It costs me about $50 in tolls to safely get to BMW of Denver. Money well spent and plan to continue exclusive utilization of BMW of Denver.
While riding north through Colorado Springs, I was sure I heard an unfamiliar noise from the front end of my K1600GTL. I called Darrell Pfluger in the service department, advised him of my concern and he suggested I bring in the bike first thing the next morning. I was at the dealership a few minutes before opening and Darrel took my info and the next thing I knew, Matthew, a tech from the shop was on the bike. In short order he was back but could not replicate the noise. Matt checked out the rest of the bike and within an hour of arrival I was on my way witha greater peace of mind. I appreciate the quick service and great attitudes to help a traveling biker. Many thanks to these guys for their help.
Took my 2003 f650cs in to have its 12K maintenance and was treated very well. The service was done in one day. The bike now runs great and little things that I hadnt asked to be fixed were, like the clock and the kickstand. Im very pleased with my experience and will do all my motorcycle maintenance there in the future. Heck, maybe Ill even buy my next bike there.
Bought 2 GSA 1200s and sales and service have always been great. Their prices on tires and mounting are very competitive so I took my Tenere in for tires and they notified my pads were dangerously thin so I went home and replaced. They saved me money and some aggravation.
Linda,I wanted to send a quick Thank You for the prompt professional services I received at BMW of Denver yesterday. I was warmly greeted when I arrived for my appointment and my service ticket was promptly completed - most importantly you listened closely to all of my requests. You and Darrell provided wise advise in preparation for my upcoming 4,000+ mi ride - anticipating and discussing options to reduce risks of a breakdown or being stranded during the trip. All service was completed ahead of the agreed completion time allowing me to begin final trip preparations earlier than planned.Based on recommendations provided by you, Darrell and Matt I feel well prepared for my upcoming adventure. As always Kelsey handled the financial end in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Please share my appreciation with the rest of your team. Thanks again - Ill see you when I return from my trip to the northeast ... MSD
Great place, lots of selection, incredibly helpful and friendly staff.
The sales group and the service group were good to deal with. Being able to test drive a bike is a great plus. I guess the saying goes, if you ride it, youll buy it was true with me. I bought it.The Title department could use a little help, as there were errors in the title paperwork that required a return trip to the dealership. In their defense, they did make it right on the second try.
Ive been a customer of BMW of Denver since the 80s through all of their locations. The new location is fantastic, great displays, nice shop. Carry some used bikes but very recent model years only (in the event youre looking for heritage BMWs). Very helpful and friendly staff.
The general manager was very rude and arrogant. Not only that he was disrespectful to the people that where doing work on their parking lot, he was over heard making racist comments about Hispanics. I will take my business else where. I cant believe someone like him is allowed to have any authority at a prestige place such as BMW.
Long story short, I was stuck with a different bike from a different TERRIBLE dealer. I called BMW of Denver and got Martin Leece. We did 90% of the deal over the phone, and he did everything in his power to hook it up with the bike. I got a 2016 S1000R that they had to order out of state. They made sure that it was in immaculate condition before releasing it to me. The service department also installed a lot of parts in a very timely manner. Definitely will be coming back for more from this place because they made me feel incredibly welcome and got everything done faster than they said they would.
I must tell you when most dealers know you arent buying anything that day they arent too interested in visiting, they tell you to come back when you are ready. Hellz took the time to take me out on the two different bikes I was looking at (to buy later) when it was 102 outside and spent several hours with me helping me figure out what bike was right for me. I didnt buy one but in a few months that will change and Hellz and BMW of Denver will be where I buy the bike at! The facility was clean and nice, my son waited for me on my test drives and they gave him water and entertained him for me. DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN BMW OF DENVER, thank You!
Been shopping here since 2004. super service! wonderful people! theyre like family to me now. committed to always delivering super service. theyve always gone over and above my expectations to resolve any issue that ive encountered. im a customer for life. I feel unmotivated to ever try another shop. they have a lot to do with the reason that i ride a bmws. keep delivering super service! its love baby! :-D
Great same day service appointments friendly staff. Ask for Continental Tires received michelins . Was very pleased with the staff other than that.
The best motorcycles on the planet! Great service. Awesome people! Tons of gear.
Very nice dealership. Excellent staff. Great buying experience.
In from PA and needed some quick service and parts. The staff was very friendly and really bent over backwards to get me back on the road during their busy season. Thanks BMW if Denver!
Very nice place and carries a good variety of gear. Great staff. I have spent a few hundred dollars here and I am from Canada.
This buying experience has been the best motorcycle purchasing process I have ever gone through. Petko and his team facilitated my purchase from Montana without a hitch. I never felt any pressure and all details were taken care of during the day of pickup. Also, during test rides of 4 different bikes Petkos advice and observations were very helpful. I will definitely return for future purchases.
Best BMW Dealership West of New York!!! :) These guys are superstars. From sales, to parts to service, this dealership is excellent!
BMW Motorcycle Dealership recently moved into new building. Great setup. Service department is great. Done a day early on last service. Good selection of new bikes and lots of pre-owned Bimmers.
I highly recommend BMW of Denver when you are in the market for your next bike. All of the staff that I came in contact with was friendly and made me feel welcome. My sales advisor Petko Petkov made my experience everything I expected it should be: efficient, professional and enjoyable. If you are a boss or just want to feel like one; go to BMW of Denver!
Just rolled out with a new s1000rr, I have never had such a pleasant and great experience at a dealer. Tim and Bob did a fantastic job. If you are in the market for a BMW motorcycle look no further then BMW of Denver.
As always, great people, great service! My mechanic Tara went out of her way to look over my RR in detail. I bought it out of state and supposedly had the 6000 miles service done, but the oil was black by the time I got it. Tara identified some things that needed to be looked after (e.g. oil leak) and explained the issues and implications. She recommended the next steps, and offered good/bad/worse scenarios. She is super professional, easy to interact with, has a ton of knowledge she shares freely and I felt taken care of. Its a plus that a female was working on my bike (gender is irrelevant, but still great to see the gender lines getting blurred). I will be back!
Parts, service, sales are top notch, and they have a pretty good table tennis player too!
Friendly and knowledgeable bunch of guys. Beautiful showroom.
Stopped in here last year on a road trip to have some new tires put on my 1200GSA. The atmosphere was awesome and the service department had me in and out quickly after dropping in without an appointment.
Great shop, Alex is one of the very helpful sales staff
Great staff. Always a pleasure to visit!
This is the best shop Ive ever been to! Such a helpful team of people from service all the way through the sales department.
CALLED IN AT 8:30 ON A RIDE FROM KANSAS CITY TO MONTEREY TO GET MY 600 MILE SERIVCE OF R1200RT, LINDA CALL BACK AND GOT ME IN AT 1 PM BACK ON THE ROAD BY 3PM VERY CLEAN SHOP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREATHAD FREE CUP OF COFFEE GOT A COUPE OF EXTRA ITEMS FOR MY TRIP HOMEWILL STOP BUY ON NEXT CROSS COUNTRY TRIP
They dont have any parts in stock, even for regular maintenance. They sent me the wrong parts, even after asking if they were compatible with my bike, then made me pay for return shipping for the wrong parts and shipping for the new parts. Then somehow in between Monday and Tuesday they lost my apartment number, so only when I call on 3 days after the new parts were supposed to be here do I get the answer....Never, not until you call to ask where they are. My bike has been laid up for all of July, now into August.... Just wasting the riding season, waiting on parts.
Super helpful and they seem like they enjoy helping you take care of you road monster.
Beware of the service department! Took my 14 R nine T for left cylinder knocking noise and brakes squeak. They did fix the knocking noise issue, even though it took them 3 weeks to do it, but when I got the bike back both wheels had paint damages. I believe the technician sprayed the brakes with some sort of chemical that damaged the rims paint. I contacted the service manager, Steve, and he assured me they will fix the paint damages. Got the bike back 2 days later. The wheels looked fine until I washed the bike, all the paint damages reappeared. Apparently they used Magic Oil to cover up the paint damages, one of the service advisers actually told me that once I called them back. Contacted Steve again, and he basically stated that the damages were not done by the dealer and most likely I am responsible for it by using a wrong wheel cleaner. I dont use wheel cleaners at all, just spray wax. He took some pictures of the wheels and promised to contact his manager to see what they can do. Havent herd back from him since then and its been a couple of months. I even contacted BMW of North America but they werent able to do anything. I will submit a complaint regarding this issue to the General Attorney Office, hopefully they can help me.
Great knowledgeable staff & service. Highly recommend!
If I could give the service department a negative rating, I would. I bought a bike from Petco, super sales guy but the ppl in the service dpt desk are horrendous. No idea what they are talking about, and refuse to say that they dont know and will find out, oh no, they will argue and get your blood pressure through the roof. My bike, bought new, is more trouble lately than it is a pleasure to ride. Dont buy anything here, they would want to service it and there your trouble starts. I had to go online to find a Puma and then only got my bike repaired. They light bulb goes out 6 months after my purchase, they replaced that and now five months later, the same issue. I paid for the first replacement $80 and now another $80 I guess. I do wish my Yamaha dealer would work on my BMW
