The Putter Lounge is family owned and operated and they are all incredibly friendly. They did an absolutely wonderful job restoring and refinishing my bettinardi bb1. I cant say enough about how highly I recommend this service. My putter looks basically brand new and after a few hundred putts the finish is still pristine.
Place is such a joke. Received a putter back looked great, however there was a nick in the neck of the putter. When I went to reach them they were shutdown do to covid. So no phone or email received. When I finally did get through to them. 5 months later they said that the putter was in great shape when it sent. I.e. we hurried to send it out in the beginning of covid and probably dropped it after the pictures. I have never used the putter and been sitting for an answer. To be told they can fix regular turnaround times and price. I have heard many stories about this place doing this same thing after the fact. Putter Lounge is a fraud.
Super friendly staff. The quality of work here done here is exceptional. Highly recommend if you need any refinishing/refurbishing of old golf clubs/putters. They can also mill brand new putters under their CARBON brand, and regrip (huge selection of top caliber grips), etc.
Steer clear of this company. This company totally screwed me. They ruined my putter, left it pittted and painted it the wrong color!! Instead of offering to fix it, they said they would refund only the wrong color, about $75 of over $350 spent! I said no thanks; either fix it as ordered, or refund money. They were rude and disrespectful. Now I have to pay another company to do the same job. I wouldn’t trust my putter with this shady company. I am disputing the credit card charge, and seeking a small claims lawsuit because “right is right” and this totally wrong!
I have an older Scotty Cameron Futura that had seen better days. They transformed my putter into something Im very proud to pull out my bag. I highly recommend the team at Putter Lounge and plan to get another 14yrs out of my putter.
I recently had a putter refinished from the Putter Lounge and Im blown away by the results. I love it. Im taking more putters here. If youre a golfer, and I mean a GOLFER...look no further.
Putter Lounge ruined my Scotty Cameron putter!! I paid over $200 to have it refinished and add some small customization. After the first trip to their shop, I got it back in about 6.5 weeks. The Tellurium insert had a dimple in it and the stamping of letters on the heel pad looked like the work of a hack. I called them and they said I could get a refund of $50 or send it back and they would try to fix it. I elected to send it back. After they received my putter the second time they told me they were going to custom mill the letters and face. After another 6-7 weeks I got my putter back and the letters still look horrible. On top of that their custom milling of the face looked like they did it with a grinder!!! I called and emailed them to try and have my money refunded and got ignored and hung up on by one of the owners a woman named Terry!!!! This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you have a Scotty Cameron that you value, dont send it to these butchers, spend the extra money and send it to the Scotty custom shop. I am now faced with having my beloved Scotty re-milled by a professional...............definitely not putter loungers!!P.S. I tried to give them no stars but I had to select at least one to post this.VR,Pete Waz
