Awesome place! Super patient and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the cool space and all the gadgets. I am new to this drone lifestyle, i got brand new parts and different colors to style my Tello drone. Also was introduced to NEW ways of taking a photo. The red headed gentleman was super dope and nice and made my transaction fun and talk about every gadget in the store.

If your hobbies include flying DJI Drones specifically, well then be glad this business is even in the great state of Colorado. I certainly dont like to wait for a ND Filter to arrive by mail for a, once in a life time photo opportunity, just to let that opportunity fade away. They have been having lots of flash sales, in the recent few months Ive had to go, which allowed me to save big money. When considering how expensive some camera and or DJI equipment is, yeah, in glad to give them a 5 star rating!

DJI Colorado and Multicopter Warehouse is focused on one thing: drones and UAVs. They offer sales from the hobby through commercial levels of DJI equipment and have drones, batteries, cases, blades and other accessories to make your flying happen. The staff are passionate about flying and about education for drone safety, fly zones and FAA compliance.Its a small little shop in an industrial park so its not flashy. Its also not completely visible from the road so follow your GPS. If you want serious input on drones and UAVs, come here and talk to the guys. They know their stuff because they fly the stuff themselves.

Great place for drones and parts

I would have given DJI Colorado 5 stars if it hadnt been for the rude Mr know it all at the front counter. I dropped $400 today and Im about to drop $8k for the Phantom RTK and Base Station so you would think he would treat me a little better! Everyone else there was very nice, friendly, and helpful though.

Well led employees.Great place and great products for everything Drone related from less expensive fun toy type drones all the way up to and including the ultra high-end feature film production drones. I personally fall in the middle of those two extremes and thoroughly enjoy my mid range drone. Its the single most impressive piece of technology that Ive every own.The DJI brand is the only brand of drones I would ever buy or recommend to friends/Family.This DJI Store is very clean, very well laid out, and has plenty of employees to get people taken care of very quickly.Highly recommended.

Crazy cool drone store!

This is a great store that showcases DJI products. Such a fun place to visit and try out some of the products. They usually fly a drone in a closed cage in the store, which can be a bit loud but is very cool. Would definitely recommend this store to tech enthusiasts or anyone who wants to see cool drones and camera equipment.

Came into this store on January 8 prepared to spend over $1000.00 on a mavic drone, but due to the male employee who was unfriendly, not helpful, and actually quite rude, I ended up going to Best Buy where I received 5 star service and spent my money there!

Stopped in to grab 2 sets of Mavic platinum props (which were cheaper in store than Amazon prime). Had a nice conversation with Zane about the new Mavic 2 and other platforms they sell, and tech in general. As usual I had a nice visit chatting with the staff and looking at all the great aircraft they sell.Now I got Gotta save my pennies for that Mavic 2!

My personal opinion about dji is excellent. They know what i need like customer i was looking for propeller for my drone mavic pro i was thinking about the one made with carbon fiver but they told me carbon fiver is not good when you video so i purchase the regular i like that . Not a hobbiest store. Was looking for fps drone parts, no parts to purchase. Was sent there by the folks at multirotor warehouse. They are apparently unaware the store is not for drone builders nor stocks parts we need nor do they offer any tech advice. Mostly the big camera toting drones.

Ive been to a few of the DJI stores around the country, this one is severely lacking. The employees here dont know where in stock items are located and cant always find them. The level of customer service apathy is quite high as well, made me feel like a burden even when i came in to buy parts and accessories.

Its a great store if you know what your buying. But too bad the staffs arent very helpful. Nice store but I wish the staff is as nice as the store. Customer service is horrible.

Great store, they sell all the same products you would see online. Stock goes fast for certain products though, would be nice to have an in store pickup option online.

BEWARE! This is NOT a DJI store, its a franchise so you wont get REAL product or warranty support from them. Think Apple Authorized Reseller instead of a real Apple Store.I made a point to purchase from this physical store in my community but when my device broke, the staff were QUICK to inform me I had to deal with DJI directly for warranty support. If they wont help me as a paying customer, then youre better off ordering online . . .

The “sales” person at the time of my visit was very unfriendly. Made my visit extremely uncomfortable. I will think twice of going there again. Sad!

DJI Colorado is a RESELLER of DJI products. When your drone falls out of they sky there is nothing they can do to help you except give you the phone number to call.....then better get comfy.

Went in with quite a bit of knowledge about the Osmo+ and ended up buying one. The staff was very helpful and made me feel right at home throughout the buying process. I ended up purchasing a few add-ons and look forward to buying more from these guys in the future!

So excited a DJI store in Colorado! Staff was extremely helpful in answering all my specific questions on their drones.

I wasnt impressed with the staff at all. I purchased a spark, they offered me the refresh plan, I asked how much it would be if I used the plan - they couldnt tell me. They said what they thought it was. The night before I purchased the spark, I asked to see a demo of the OSMO stabilizer, they couldnt figure out how to get it to work. I got home to register my spark refresh care online and it said invalid code. I called DJI support and they confirmed what the website was telling me and offered no additional support except call the store. I called the store and there was no answer. Called multiple times - no answer. Thats when I decided the write this post. I am not impressed and really annoyed that I cant fly my drone until this is registered and though Ive paid for it, can get a hold of anyone to correct the issue.UPDATE: Manager called the store and had them call and resolve the extended protection issues pretty quick after leaving this review. That impressed me. Using the rating from 2 to 4 stars.

Went in with intentions to demo and purchase a Spark fly more combo. Was told that customers are not permitted to fly the drones... What is the point of having an indoor cage specifically built for flying if people cant even try them??? Left empty handed and disappointed. I guess Ill just wait to try a friends before I purchase one for myself.

These guys are a ******* joke!My mavic did a flyaway and wrecked.Walked in to see how much it was going to cost to repair. $85 an hour on labor, ok I can live with that and respect that. The lies the team gave me on parts I didn’t need was total bs. It was going to cost me more in parts than a new one. About $100 dollars later on Amazon parts and YouTube and the drone is like new again. Straight up **** you guys! I don’t give a **** what you guys have to say! You sell bs lies! You reply by saying I’m not in your system. How would I be in your system if I walked away due to your ridiculous quote. Why would I have paid more on repairs than the cost of a brand new one? You say I’m mistaking you. Your the DJI store by County Line next to Panda. If you want to deny seeing me at least do me a favor and don’t rip off the next customer and try to sell them parts they don’t need!

Bought a Phantom 4 Pro and the DJI Mavic Pro here. Was amazed that they even had the Mavic in stock because it was unavailable everywhere else I had looked. Great store. Clean, bright and inviting. Friendly staff with knowledge of various parts of the industry. Some of them are FPV racers, others professional aerial photographers... all will take the time to chat with you about products, technics, etc. The store has many products for sale in stock--- however, just like any specialty store, sometimes items arent available for immediate purchase (i.e. Mavic when it was released 12/2016).Stop by and take a look. You may just get into drones 😎
