FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!Went in today and was planning to buy the nightmare before Christmas Jack door knocker. It was marked at 24.99 along with all the others on the shelf. When we took it to the register it rang up for 39.99.We corrected the cashier about the sticker Ed price to which she told us we were wrong. We went back to the shelf and grabbed 4 others. All of which were marked at 24.99. The cashier refused to sell it to us at the price that they themselves marked it at. She quickly called the other employee and told them to go change all the prices, but we already snagged pictures of what it was marked at.I would not recommend this place unless you want to be screwed over.

Prices are outrageous... $30 for a costume for an infant. That infant would only wear a costume for 2hrs on Halloween.. thats it.. lower prices and people will actually shop here.. 2 infants = $60 plus in merchandise for 2 hrs of wear time.. UNREAL... like Samantha said before me.. price gouging on items.. was this price now this price... it very common to see Halloween stores change price right before your eyes...

Order online or go to Party City. This pop-up operation is a scam. My daughter got a custume here and wanted to return it. I forgot the recipe and was told I needed it. No worries. I came back today to return the item and was told...yesterday was the last day for returns. Really? Dont waste your time or money here.

I had an online cut side order that I came to pick up, so I parked in the curb side spot and checked in. After 30+ minutes of waiting in my car AND calling the store with no answer, I had to go inside to retrieve it. Very unhappy with the service currently.

I ordered 5 costumes here for the family and I found out I ordered the wrong size for my baby but they refused to exchange it for me. The package is not even open and I had just picked it up when I tried to exchange it. Im never buying halloween costumes here again. Youre better off going elsewhere.
