I bought Halloween items and they dont accept returns. What kind of store doesnt accept returns?! It also smells gross inside. I suppose theres a reason this chain of stores is going out of business. Theyll never get mine again.

We were told because of graduation they couldnt fill 15 latex balloons for us. Really? What makes graduation more important than a birthday party, an engagement party, or whatever? Wont shop Party City again.

As one would expect they have nearly everything you need for parties. Great same day balloon service. Not great male manager, hes terrible with customers and staff.

Stopped in Friday late morning for two balloons. Darrell was at the front and a line quickly formed. Darrell announced to the line more than once that it was just him as there had been two call outs. Guy kept his cool during what could’ve been a stressful situation. Great customer service 👍👍

They didnt have much in the way of 50th birthday items.

Service was great, but out of some things that I wanted in ribbons, bows and bags. I found options that worked.

Almost always find what I need for themed parties. I use the color options for plates and cutlery for changing out my table settings. Good holiday accents.

Terrible customer service. I’ve talked to them throughout the week to get information on things I was confused about. The person I talked too on the phone was so confused and didn’t help me. I went in person to ask more questions, and pick up my balloon for a gender reveal. I asked if they had the correct color and they had no idea. And they had the wrong last name. None of the employees had any clue on what they were doing. Will not be returning here ever again!

Tried to place an order online for the past 5 hours. Looks like I’ll be going to Walmart Highly do not recommend this location. Poor customer service.

Mini Disneyland. We stopped by before Halloween and honestly I don’t know if I’ve ever been in the store before and wow was it ever a hoot! They have everything from home decor to costumes to cards to wrapping paper and hundreds of other items. Staff was super helpful with obtaining a 20% off discount for us and would definitely visit again.

Looking a little sad, not much inventory on the shelves. Im sure the lack of parties and social gatherings is not helping, but no one likes to see to find gaps on shelves where the items they are looking for should be. Staff still friendly as ever, though.

Wow!! Was really impressed with the wedding section. There was a lot to choose from. Employees were very friendly.

The prices were too high and the employees at the register are way too slow! When you buy a lot for a party, be prepared to be at the register alone for about half an hour! I wanted to grab the items and bag them myself to get him to hurry! They were friendly though.

Its party City. If you are looking for party supply, this is the place.Stay away from purchasing the disposable helium tanks. Over priced and the helium kept the balloons floating for, I kid you not, 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the balloons floated down to the floor. A joke.The helium isnt Party Citys fault. Just the manufacturers.The 3 stars were due to the staff. Were here because we have something to celebrate. So at least act like you care. The staff were not friendly and acted like they had some place better to be.

I love this location. Excellent customer service, management very friendly and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and organized. During the holidays ( especially Halloween ) this store has a successful system of getting their customers their products, in line and checked out. Always great coupons, promotions and engaging customer attention when shopping!!!!! Definitely a 10 star rating!!!!!

You are not going here to save money, you are going here because it is likely theyll have the costume your kid wants (or doesnt know they want yet...). Great selection of other stuff too, but on the higher side of retail. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Everything you need for a party! After Party City & the dollar store, youll only need to get a cake for your kids birthday. Plenty of adult party themes, too. Great Halloween costumes as well.

Purchased balloons a week in advanced and added the balloon bags. When I picked up my order was told that my balloons would be inflated and fine when I took bag off. Got home 20 minutes later, removed the bag and the main balloon just fell to the ground. Completely disappointing.

I am writing this review because I have not had my problem resolved as of yet despite speaking with Darren, the store manager, as well as a representative at the 800 number who said that my issue had been forwarded to the District Manager for attention and resolution.On Saturday, I placed an online order for pick up at this store. On Sunday, as I was trying to check out at Costco, my card got declined. Upon investigation, I found that my Party City order had been run on my card 11 times! Assuming that an online order charge and payment is processed through the website, I looked to call the 800 number. Of course, only available Monday - Friday. Called 800 number on Monday, very difficult to find a way through the phone system to a person but managed to do so on my 3rd call. Representative told me I had to contact the store and that charges on my card were run at the store. Called the store and spoke to Darren. He seemed to try and make light of the more than $1,500 that had been charged on my card as opposed to more sincere concern. He then informed me that I had to come into the store to resolve this. Not very psyched about that since he only works until 4 PM. Plus, I am busy during the day with work and in the evenings with kids activities, etc.Then, I get a call back from the 800 representative saying that this has been forwarded to the district manager for attention and that I would receive a call. Today is Wednesday, no call. Tried calling 800 number but couldnt remember what I pressed previously to actually get a person. Called the store, seems like they are closed due to snow storm but no option to leave a voice mail.Party City, this sucks. You are holding more than $1,500 of my money that is not yours. This is fraud. If the money is not back in my account by end of business on Thursday, 3/14, I will continue as best as possible to be the biggest pain in your ass.

Right store to pick stuff for organizing parties. Be it birthdays or baby shower or any kind of theme based parties.The prices are little higher when you compare with online stores like Amazon. But you see in real on what you are buying.The quality of products is good here.

My daughter loved being her and picking out balloons for her birthday. We picked up a Pinkie Pie that was amazing.

I had a very expensive shark balloon for my brothers birthday. It costed around $75 to buy. So I went in to party city and got it filled it was filled very tight. When I got into my car I was driving away when it popped out of no where. I went in to ask if the could refund it due to the fact that they overfilled it. They said no and that there was nothing they could do. They made no effort to do anything about it. Just a sorry. No Refund! So thank you party city for popping my $75 balloon and ruining my bothers birthday it was his present so he didnt get anything for his birthday. Never going back there.

We like this store, all the cashiers are usually helpful and friendly but today the store Manager Molisa was rude. Asked her if she can acknowledge us we need help, she stepped up to my face yes mom, what! I only have 1 hour to go ... I politely asked her to step back. She was irritable, annoyed and unprofessional .

I usually go to the party city in lakewood, co but they were unfortunately out of the jelly beans i was looking for. Came to this location thinking they had the same and didnt. When i proceeded to ask the younger lady for help on where i can look or if they can i proceeded to get attitude. After i explained what the other location had and asking again if another one had the same thing i got a very dirty look and the response it must have been a party America. Weve never had that.I dont know how this location does training but i am very dissatisfied with the attitude and service.

Prices on the everyday party supplies are great, other items can be pricey. Had a good selection of graduation presents (frames, cups, small gifts with the grad year, etc) which I did not expect.

Everything is really expensive, $15 per large balloon, not including air... Gave four stars because the staff is really attentive and helpful to what you need, and know where everything is.

I LOVE PARTY CITY BECAUSE THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED. Like way too much, I had to yell at my fiance because he kept wanting to buy things.

With other retail stores nearby carrying the same items I need, I was next door at the Xfinity store, its ok.

I had 6 balloons filled yesterday for my daughters Birthday and was, As Always, asked if I wanted the High Loft balloons which Ive always declined. Well, for the very first time ever in my numerous experiences with Southglenn Party City, the balloons that I purchased there sunk in 12 to 16 hrs. I do believe that this was set up intentionally and will never shop at Party City again! A huge waste of money.

I went to get decorations for a friends 50th wedding anniversary. Absolutely very little to select. THey only had 1 50th ballon. I purchased 4 dual balloons, paid extra so they would last past 4 hours, only to have 2 of them dead within 3 hours. Employees are all young and act young. They eat their breakfast while helping you, stand around and talk, and generally arent too concerned about customers. Go on line cheaper and better
