I know there are a lot of one star reviews on here as of late, which urged me to do the right thing, write a good review when I receive good customer service. Let’s take a moment to see what’s good. I was helped my a kind woman today, 2 of my 3 shirts were ready. One somehow got lost in in the cue. She was knowledgeable on where to go check for my ítem. It all ended up working out. I, like others, didn’t have things exactly when school started but we compromised and made do. Navigating treacherous roads is called life and if you don’t pull up your bootstraps and just get it done (without constant whining), you will not make it to the finish line with a smiling face. Likely all of this is out of their control with manufacturers being out of supplies due to a world-wide shut down, life will take a minute to catch up. Now let’s just hope people are able to catch up too. Thanks for the help today, Educational Outfitters!
I understand a school uniform company is probably overwhelmed this time of year and understaffed like the rest of the working world today, however its virtually impossible to get the necessary uniforms for school or even a response from them about the status of our order. We ordered our school uniforms 5 weeks ago... school has started and we had to scramble to find clothing, mainly because we cant even get the courtesy of a response or ETA on our order. If you have alternatives for your uniform purchases, anything would be better than this vacuum.
Ive been waiting 6 weeks for 3 uniform shirts. There website said 2-3 weeks. I sent an email 2 weeks ago and was told they would ship in a week and a half, yet they still havent shipped. Very frustrated.I will update my review once I finally have the shirts I ordered.
I ordered my daughters uniform over a month ago and it still hasnt shipped. No response to emails. No one answers the phone or voicemails. My daughter will be starting school with no uniform.
I cannot say enough bad things about this company. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, you should probably place your order shortly after your toddler takes their first steps, in that case they may have your uniforms to you just in time for his or her graduation.
Went there within their business hours. Doors were locked. I could literally see people inside but they would not even respond when my kid knocked the door several times. Seems that they are not at all interested in customer service.
I ordered my uniform 3 wks ago only to go to the store this past Saturday and was informed that my order was logged in 8/28/2021 and it will be a few weeks before I can get my order. They did not respond to my enquiry and thats how I ended up going to the store. Zero customer service!
It has been over 6 weeks and we haven’t got the embroidery on the shirts yet. They won’t pick the calls. I have drive to them every time to find the status. They keep telling Sorry, 1 more week. Worst service!!!
The place is absolutely great. The staff is nice and helpful, the only issue is that the school wear is VERY expensive.
The only way to get a hold of anyone is through email! They are not taking any phone calls!
I made an appointment for a fitting and ordered uniform items on 7/28/20, which were to arrive on 8/18/20. They didn’t. I dropped into the store to check on them on 8/22. It took 20 minutes to find a bag labeled with my name. The embroidered hoodie I ordered still wasn’t ready. I was told they were embroidering for schools that started already. My school started on the 19th. I dropped by again today, 9/5, and of course, they’re closed for Labor Day weekend. Really disappointed my child won’t have his hoodie to wear on Tuesday when cold temps and snow are in the forecast.
Dont use their curbside pick up! The number doesnt work to call and then they dont text back! Waited 20 mins for just 2 shots to be brought to me! Then the big blonde had nerve to have an attitude with me and tells me I can always go in! Sure, let me wake the two kids in the car to go inside so u dont have to walk out or doing any work!!
I was recommended here by a colleague of mine and I have not looked back since. They ask all the right questions when they want to clarify and make sure that all pricing is up front (and quite reasonable too). On top of transparency and reasonable prices, the speed is unparalleled to anyone in else that I have used. They have my business no question.
Being a first time customer, I walked in not knowing where to look or how to find anything. We were greeted within minutes and a nice young girl helped us immediately and was able to answer all my questions. Very pleased with her outstanding customer service!
If there were other options for purchasing my childrens uniforms WITH logos, I would go else where. Lady I spoke with on the phone was snobby and rude, stated they only hold sales at the end of the school year (Among a few other comments and general tone/attitude)....cause that makes total sense. Lets buy our kids uniforms at a better cost and then give 3-4 months to grow....Any other school supply or uniform company has back to school sales, it makes sense. Its the Black Friday of the school year. People are more willing to spend more in the later part of the year to replace 1 or 2 items, if theyve gotten a good deal at the start of the year for the bulk purchase. Will deff be looking for other options, and presenting them to the school board.
Costly and taking 4 weeks to complete the embroidery. Quality is good.
