Finally talked my mom into getting a bed instead of sleeping in a recliner for the last 8 years. After my personal bad experience at furniture row I took my mom here. Jackie was beyond helpful and patient with my mom as was there for a couple hours going back and fourth between beds. She didn’t try and sell the most expensive one to her either. She listened to what she was looking for in a bed. Needles to say my mom finally is sleeping in an actual bed with an adjustable frame to help her get use to it. Not only was the purchasing experience extremely pleasant the deliver was right on time as well and very polite. Will absolutely recommend this place to anyone that ask. I am believer in Appliance Factory/Mattress Kingdom being the best source for finding wonderful deals & pricing. If they cant match a price, you get it at the lower price plus an extra percentage of the difference. And that continues for another 60 days after you buy. Wow! They found great savings on just what I needed & then the prices even went down from there. Thanks Scott for jumping in to work with me. Connie started off my kitchen redo with an out of box dishwasher with a scratch that no one could find. It is soooo quiet too! And I cant say enough for the knowledge that Tony had on appliances & finding my ultimate deals. Hes way beyond his years in knowledge & service excellence! What a great crew! Thank you all!
