Which gave us time to look and try out the mattresses. Before our final decision the sales person had given us more information of how and what type of matress we were actually looking for. So far, excellent experience in purchasing a twin mattress for my Mother. Mattress and headboard will not arrive for about 3 weeks due to backorder, but I hope all will go smoothly!! I was disappointed that the company feels that our store at Arapahoe and University is too small to even carry the Matress covers. However the salesperson was very accommodating and was able to order them for me to arrive just one day late from when I would have liked to have them. We love our store and have made the long drive to the Parker store. Unfortunately we have yet to be able to choose another bed from them yet. We will be back to shop as our health allows. I was told I would get the mattress on the 14th as they had one in stock but now they wont deliver until the 28rh of July! Very unhappy so now Im going to mattress shop Again! If I find one that will be delivered before I will buy it.

This is the third bed we have purchased from this store. We needed to purchase an identical bed to the most recent purchase. Mr. Cuevas was able to retrieve our previous order so that we could order the correct bed. This was a rush order and they were able to deliver it exactly when we needed it. The delivery process was so easy to access with phone messages and texts. The bed was delivered and setup in the time frame we expected it. We are very pleased with this bed and the price was $250. less than the last purchase so that made it even better. The staff at this store has always been so courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. And they sell great beds besides. Thank you!

My husband and I went into this location on a whim to get a new mattress for our 12 year old. When we’ve done this before, we’ve been met with “he really should come in and try it” and while I agree to an extent, he could sleep on a rock and be fine. Charlie greeted us immediately and asked questions someone only extremely knowledgeable would ask us about his preferences. Not only did we find the ideal mattress for our son, but we walked out with a brand new (much needed) one for ourselves. The entire experience from beginning to end was so easy and talking with Charlie was like talking to a lifelong friend that truly just wanted you to be happy with your purchase. He didn’t lead us astray and made sure we left happy. I cannot say how crucial he is to the success of this location. I’ve already told several people about our amazing experience and plan to tell even more.Kind of bums me out we bought longer living mattresses because we won’t have a reason to go back and see him soon, but I sincerely hope this company sees what an amazing person he is. Not just an amazing employee, but an amazing person. He was genuine and sincere and I can only hope we conveyed how appreciative we are of everything he’s done.

I will never go here again! I went into the stores and bought 2 sets of Mattress. I get a call the day before my order was suppose to be delivered and was told they are on a 3 week back order so I requested a refunded. Its been over 3 weeks since my purchase and I have still not received my refund! And when I track my order it states it has been delivered. DONT BUY FROM HERE!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!

I got a bed here about a year ago, and it was great. The sales people here were great when I went here, and they were able to help me find the perfect bed. The prices were comparable to any other bed shop for the most part around the Denver Metro area. They are knowledgeable and seem to be friendly and care about the customer versus the actual sale itself. This place has been great.

The manager, Charlie, was so good to me. I was struggling working through the warranty process and Charlie went out of his way to help smooth out the process and make sure I found the correct replacement for my budget and comfort. There is nothing more important than a good nights sleep and having someone to save you time by helping to guide to the options that are a good fit for you is huge!

He asked why I wanted a new bed, what kind I already had, did I like to sleep on my side or my back and did I ever wake up in pain. He wanted to know which bed would be the best bed for ME. He explained why the bed I finally bought would be more comfortable for my arthritic back and knees. He obviously cares about his customers. The best customer service I have ever had anywhere. We bought our memory foam mattress here. The sales guy was helpful and the delivery was convenient. I suggest buying at the end of the month. They have monthly quotas and will work with you on price to meet their quotas.

VERY HAPPY with experience. I was buying my first King Mattress for our new home and chose this location as it was closest to my current home. Originally I was going to go to one of the other stores that I pass on Colorado, Broadway or Dry Creek as they have tons of signs and marketing while the one in South Glen seemed quiet from passing by. Anyhow, Jay met us with a smile and instantly gave me confidence he knew what he was talking about. After a good 30 minutes of learning and trying mattresses I let Jay know this was our 1st stop and wanted to see more stores. You could tell he wanted to lock us down but that he also had confidence in his store and let me walk without annoying me with a close that we werent ready for. He did give us some insights to look for and False discounting that many stores did. Well we went to Sears, Macys Home, Casper, 2 x furniture stores with mattresses, another Mattress Firm and low an behold - Jay was right. We didnt love any of the other products better and noone had the knowledge that Jay had regarding the product. I called Jay and told him if he could work with us as we were slightly higher than I wanted still but wanted him to get our business. We rolled into the store tired and grumpy from 7 hrs of mattress shopping and JT met us while Jay finished with another sale. JT was hospitable and super nice. Jay quickly finished up with another sale and took amazing care of us. We felt like we got a great value with our purchase but MOST IMPORTANTLY we felt confident in the quality of the bed and our overall purchase. Go check out Jay and this store, they have it going on and will make sure you get the perfect bed for you!
