We have tried to bring many of our commercial vans and they are always too busy, act like they dont want to do it, or blame other Ford dealers. We just needed our back up cameras settings changed and they literally said well bring it to the Ford dealer you got it installed at. They couldve had a ton of business with our entire fleet but Ill never go back. They are always arrogant, standoffish, and rude.

We will only bring my truck to this location for service/ oil changes. I stopped by for an oil change and Anthony took care of me. He was courteous and explained all major maintenance items on the list since i just hit the 50k mark. On too of that, he asked if I was aware of a recall item that they were waiting on parts for, and said they will make sure to keep me in the loop my next oil visit. He was very detailed and clear, rewind to my visit to Phil Long Ford ( no association to Groove Ford or this Quick Lane) and the individuals I spoke with were condescending and arrogant in pointing out that my asking about the same recall notices that I clearly couldnt understand the complex letter that was sent. I mentioned this experience to Anthony and he was like oh no, we will never treat you like this and im so sorry that you encountered that. Even though it wasnt his job to apologize for the other dealers arrogance, it made it that much more special with how friendly he and his coworkers have always been to me. I have never had a bad experience at this location, and let my review lead you to the real professionals in the denver area. Budget a bit of time for any service because they are busy, but well worth your time to service your vehicles here.

Stopped in on August 5th hoping to get a quick oil change as I was in the middle of a road trip. He was very quick to get me in and was very personable giving me suggestions on sites to see while in the Denver area, I believe his name was Walter. Would definitely return again if ever in the area

Went there on October 4, 2019, they did not have my oil filter or the correct oil. Fine, re-schedule me. I return a week or so later for my 4 pm appointment. Oh, we are stacked up, it will be about an hour. Fine,I will walk around, which I did. Return around 5:30, car still sitting there. They finally get the car in around 7 pm. I watched as they work on my car. One of the mechanics, who was probably 18, didnt know how to unscrew the filter! He had to ask another mechanic. Ok, fine. So I finally get my car around 7:30. As I was leaving, I heard a scraping. I thought it was my brakes. I bring my car to another mechanic, he tells me it is not my brakes, it is the two covers under the car, to protect the engine. He said most of the bolts were not installed. And the covers were dragging on the road. One was pretty destroyed. So a few days later, I return to Quick Lane. Of course the manager is too busy to meet with me. So I need to find his manager. As we walk over to chat with Anthony, I tell this other guy (who was quite helpful) that Anthony will say oh, I am too busy to chat, so sure enough, as we approach Anthony he literally is running away from us saying, I am too busy to talk. The second helpful guy says this is a management issue which must be code for a customer is unhappy. So Anthony reluctantly comes over. I explain the situation. He agrees to look at my car. They look at the underside. Another manager comes over and concludes that I hit something and about 8 bolts holding the two covers on my car miraculously fell off! I am like, huh?? This third guy says it was not his mechanics fault and they will not fix it. Anthony returns my car to me and has to say, oh, this car is falling apart, what do you expect? or something to that effect. Absolutely the worse oil change experience ever. So it is going to cost me about $300 to buy and install the covers from Mercedes. (This is Dad, not Sophia, btw). I may need to sue this company to get someones attention. This place is short on experienced mechanics. When I asked Anthony earlier if I could speak to his manager at one point, he says to me laughing, I am the manager, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT ~ he actually says that to me!! Groove needs to get better help. It is not clear to me how the two companies are related. I get the sense that Groove does not own or manage Quick Lane.
