What an amazing place!Jay Cruz was our salesman and he was amazing. There was not even a hint of pushing. No trying to sell me a car I didnt want or trying to push me to buy the car in the moment! He was friendly, professional, and not a salesman!They gave me a full tank of gas (Who does that anymore), an emissions inspection certificate, and a certificate to get an alignment done. I really thought all these 5-Star ratings had to be some sort of scam or paid reviews but they’re not. Erin and AJ are seriously awesome people. They know their stuff, work effectively for you, and are constantly on the go. I didn’t get the car I wanted but it had nothing to do with them. I have done some public auction business before years ago and was looking into doing auction business through a broker/dealer and I did a background on this company and realized the were charge with 8 counts and fined 20,000 by Colorado Vehicle Dealer Board. After review of other negative complaints on there website, I have serious as to do any business with them. This is a public record report and done by a google search, you may want to read the report. Im staying away from P.A.B., Im learning more about P.AB and their management. Too many red flags, I would go near them if you paid me!

Im usually a CL or private party buyer, but recently had an awesome experience with David Taylor. He did all the heavy lifting and made the whole process just about as painless as possible...and all for a great deal. I wound up getting a way nicer vehicle than I was expecting for my price range. He also had the vehicle inspected so the day i took my truck home I knew I was driving something that was 100% ready to go. Highly recommend and fun to work with too!

Love this place. The lady who helped me was the best. And I saved $10,000 on a new SUV car with only the 17 miles. It had hail damage. But it is a white car. So not too noticeable. Nissan Rogue 2017 brand new from dealership.And again, the lady who helped me was super awesome, professional, and super cool.I love my new car. It has all the extras. I was going to buy a car through Copart and I’ve never used a broker before. I registered through PAB and was waiting for my auction date to come so I could give my 400 dollar deposit. I felt a bit sketched out. After doing some research I read on other reviews that PAB has scammed people for their deposit. Now I will not be doing business with them

I have worked with AJ and PAB Salvage for over 5 years now. Alex and Erin are the best people in the business and really know their stuff. Every time I am in the office the phone doesnt stop ringing. They are swamped with customers and always take care of you like you are their only client. They always get my paperwork to me on time and if I have any issues they personally call or text me and get it solved asap. Its hard to leave the office when I go in because they are so friendly we just end up chatting and laughing. Its been 11 weeks of poor communication and failed promises. I understand that things can go wrong, but my contact refused to reply or respond to me if he thought the news was negative. I was promised delivery of my car 4 times in the last 2 weeks, and it didnt happen. At this point I dont even know whats happening because Larry wont return my calls. All I wanted was an update. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Worse than terrible!!! Id love to be seeing these crooked clowns in court. They said that they could bid on a vehicle that I wanted on an online auction site. It required a business license to submit a bid, and Preferred Auto Brokers said that they would do it for me with only a $400 deposit which would be returned if I was unsuccessful at winning. Great! No loss for trying, right? Well they didnt even have the courtesy to let me know that they didnt win (or place?) the bid. It took several calls to the auction site (CoPart) for that. Now they refuse to return my cash too. I know the way to the courthouse and how to file a claim. Maybe Ill see you there Preferred Auto Brokers! ....YOU ARE WORSE THAN TERRIBLE!!!! My girlfriend decided she wanted a used Toyota Tacoma and I referred her to David Taylor from preferred auto brokers. After evaluating her needs and budget he spent hours searching for the perfect vehicle. He was able to negotiate an unbelievable price on a brand new 2013 Tacoma for the price of a used 2010, additionally he was able to secure financing at %1.65 apr ( almost interest free for 60 mos) making the truck very affordable. When she woke up this morning she asked what kind of mudflaps should I get? If you are looking for a hassle free car purchase I would highly recommend these guys, and Dave in particular, you dont here that very often when it comes to automobile purchases!

I was referred to Isaac at PAB from a co-worker, who has purchased several cars from him over the last 20 years. I can see why. The experience was painless, and dare I say, enjoyable. He took my wife and I around to multiple dealers on a Saturday, and we test drove everything we wanted to look at, without weasely salespeople pouncing on you the minute you step on the lot. Isaac had great insights into the different models and pros/cons of each, basically like a personal shopper. After a day of thinking it over, he found the exact car with the exact options we wanted, and got us a fair price, IMHO. Signing the papers took mere minutes. I would recommend the broker option to anyone looking for a car and does not want to deal with the haggling. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

I had a horrible experience with Preferred Auto Brokers.I purchased a car in August and did not receive the title until a month later. They made an error on the title that rendered the car unable to be registered, and Barbara, the purported manager, was extremely rude on the phone and reluctant to correct the dealerships mistake. The delays incurred late fees in my home state, and the dealer tag ran out on the vehicle during the ordeal. I was left with a vehicle that I could not title or legally drive until my home state department of motor vehicles office explained over the phone to Preferred Auto Brokers how to fix the problem.I have bought about 10 cars over the years and this is by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. My advice is to avoid doing business with this dealer.

I was not looking forward to going through the ordeal of buying a car, but thankfully, Isaac Bouchard made the entire process exceptionally convenient! Too bad I cant leave more than 5 stars. I first went to a dealership a few miles down the road, and drove the same 2007 nissan. The first car I drove was terrible, dirty and they didnt even inspect it prior to putting it on the lot andhe tried to sell me that lemon.At PAB, the the car WAS perfect. It drove like an almost new model. Easaya ( pretty sure thats not how you spell it) was so informative and helpful. He even filled up our tank before we picked it up. I did months of car shopping before I finally decided on a year and model, and this guy didnt hassle me or didnt appear dishonest in any way. I felt comfortable and assured the moment we shook hands.They also try to find a vehicle at auctions that matches your your needs if you dont find something on their lot. They do not advertise and have business only by word of mouth so go, support these guys. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a car here 2 years ago, every turn they tried to put me in a suv that was out of my budget. After finally working out a deal because my family needed a car, I never recieved the gas card I was promised which isnt a big deal, the spare key or the drivers side seat handle. All easy basic things ive tried multiple times email, call, facebook message to get them with no results.I dont like to write negative reviews but i believe i have given them the opportunity to fix this situation. I worked with one of the partners of the firm who said she would get back to me once again that was 5months ago. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

I worked with Issac at PAB, He got me my exact car, a 2012 WRX limited, went of his experience when picking the car. He weighed all the pros and cons of every vehicle in +/- 5K of the price i was going for and we landed on the WRX. Everything he said and suggested was correct, especially after the fact. It was a great and easy experience working with Issac and PAB. I have given his name to anyone i know looking for a great vehicle.

AJ was inattentive during the auction. He went out to lunch and didnt pick up his phone. As a result the auction was lost. When AJ returned my call he was rude and unapologetic. Will not be doing business with them again.

I would give zero starts if I could. We bought a car 3 months ago and still havent got the title. And the last car I bought it took over 2 months to get the title. Choose someone else
