I went to HM Brown in person on May 3rd to start the process of buying a vehicle for my wife. I gave some parameters of what I was looking for. I was told I would be contacted when any prospects would be found. After 1 month, no response. I emailed and called and I felt the broker had forgotten I even spoke with him. I informed him that I could bend the parameters to widen the search and I even sent links to over 10 vehicles to give an idea of what I was looking for. Another month passes and by 4th of July I had sent another email to inquire the status. By the way, I can travel and I was willing to go national for a vehicle. Again, crickets on a response. After 3 months of no information, no response and no action, I had no choice but to take my money and business elsewhere. Within 1 week, I was able to purchase my wifes dream car by August. I was basically ghosted by HM Brown from the start. I dont know if they didnt take me seriously or plain forgot about me. Poor customer service.

Ill never go to a dealership again!

Daniel Worley is the most professional and patient individual I have ever worked with.I had a very complicated situation and he always got me the information I needed quickly and made it so easy. Even with these crazy times he wasnt bothered by it and he knew how to work through all of it. Ive never seen anyone go above and beyond like he did.

Holy smokes did I love working with Erich Hradecky. I previously chatted with a couple of Subaru dealerships and wasnt finding what I was looking for. A friend introduced me to Erich and this is what made him so wonderful to work with:1. I gave him a list of criteria and he found me a Subaru I didnt know existed. My dream car. We named her the UNICORN because she was so perfect for me and I didnt know she even existed.2. I spent maybe 1.5 hours total with Erich between test driving the car, having him appraise mine and coming into sign paperwork and pick up my new vehicle. SO CONVENIENT.3. I bought a car 10 years ago from H.M. Brown and had a wonderful experience then, so when it was time to look for my recent purchase, I knew to call them up instead of going to a dealership. Working with Erich Hradecky was exceptional, from beginning to end. My original goal was to buy a used truck, specifically a Toyota Tacoma, but as he started bringing in used ones for me to try, it became clear that based on the residual value of those trucks, leasing a new one was a much better route, economically.
