I had a small dent on the rear deck lid of my Ferrari 458. I heard great recommendations from some fellow enthusiasts but still reached out to 4 different companies.Max was the only one willing to come to my home and some other companies had a repair estimate 4 times higher!It worked out that I could come into his shop and he came in early to accommodate me, fixed (not one, but 3 dents) to perfection in 15 minutes, and didn’t even want to charge me!A great guy and a great experience! I couldnt be happier with our experience with Hi-Tech PDR. Max took on a project many others passed on and the results were more than we were expecting. Our son hit the garage door frame and we didnt want to replace the entire rear door and definitely didnt want to make an insurance claim. Most people told me that PDR wouldnt be possible because of the location of the dent. Max not only fixed that dent, he was quick and I probably would have paid double what he charged me.

Hi, just wanted share some news that will make you seventy five dollars richer.I had massive chip in my windshield and it looked beyond repair compared to one had a month ago.In less than 45 minutes there was no more chip.Sorry I’m guilty, I really thought it was beyond repairs so didn’t take before and after pictures.Be wise save your money it’s certainly worth the risk.

I took my parent’s car in for the removal of 2 dents this morning, during a snowstorm. Max was very kind, and professional, and actually expressed his concern for my being out in the storm. These guys are amazing all around. I took my car in with a hood that looked like the dimples on a cheese grater. Bars came out and greeted me promptly, took the time to review my car, and offered a fair estimate. The fair estimate was particularly impressive because I explained that this would be a cash job with no insurance claim since the hail damage existed when we purchased the car. Bars is first-class! I was impressed that he spent time explaining the different types of dents I had and how he would be able to fix them. We left the car with him for the week and he called around 4 days in to report that he had already finished. When we came to pick it up, it felt like he had waxed the hood, too. Great service, and Ill gladly come back after any future hail encounters.

They gave my small dent a quick look and fixed it in 5 minutes. They scanned the care for any other imperfections and gave me some good advice for correcting small areas of clear bra bubbling. The dent is completely gone...like it was never there. Max did an amazing job! Despite it being an expensive, rare car, they didn’t even charge me! Waiting room is comfortable and has Wifi. Hi-Tech PDR is simply amazing! I dropped my car off and 5 days later, I was picking up the vehicle and it looked like a brand new vehicle. Great customer service working with Max and the crew. Highly recommend the company and service was the top notch from the moment dropping it off.

Max and his location are great. Here is why:We had a dent and broken rear taillight. Max was very honest. He told us to buy a new taillight ourselves, on EBay, to save money, which we did. He also told us that he might not to be able to fully remove the dent. We decided that we were okay with that possibility, and had him work on our car anyway.When we went to pick up our vehicle (a Toyota Sequoia) we realized that the dent was not fully removed, just like Max had speculated. But it still looked much better. When we went to pay for the repair, Max told us that there was no charge! Why? Because he wasnt able to completely remove the dent. Wow! We couldnt believe it. When was the last time somebody under-promised and over-delivered? I cant remember.We will definitely be going back in the future, should we need to.

Brought my Scion tC here for some heavy hail damage repair on every side of my car which they took care of perfectly and they were able to get it looking great again less than a week. Went by today to get a dent removed from the hood of my Audi S5 (ladder fell on it in the garage 😱). Max was able to work on it while I waited, and I was stunned at how the entire dent vanished. I honestly cant even tell where it was. This was my first time doing PDR, but Im amazed! Max was also more than fair on price - I got my car restored and for less than I expected.

Read a previous review and decided to take my BMW X3 M here for repair of a ding from a piece of highway debris that dented my front quarter panel. The dent was like a door ding with a slight crease and surface scratch, about the size of a quarter. Im pretty particular about having work done on my car. Max was a very pleasant person and the craftsmanship on the dent is the best Ive ever seen. After repair (~30 minutes), I could not find the dent or the scratch, was as if it never happened. Amazing! Oh, and Max is a car enthusiast and gets where we come from ... has a beautiful older 7 Series M with immaculate paint. Highly recommended!

First let me say that I love my car. She is my baby so I dont trust her with just anyone. Yesterday I took my MINI Countryman to see Max. My laptop bag dropped on her hood area and dented it. Wow! I had a 4 dent on the front quarter panel that other shops said couldnt be fixed via paint less dent repair. It was on a crease in the body panel just above the wheel, and the paint was scratched. Its gone now thanks to Max. Just got my WRX back from Max. He did an excellent job at an excellent price. I do nearly everything myself on my cars, this is the first time in years this car has been to any shop. Dent repair is a specific skill, almost an art. One of the very few things I wont attempt myself. I wont hesitate to go back if I ever need this type of repair again!

I recently visited Anastasia and Andre for a small dent in the fender of our Toyota Highlander. They customer service they exhibited was absolutely EPIC. Despite a limitation (beyond the techs control), Andre did an excellent and timely job fixing the dent. Best of all, they articulated exactly why more time would be required to attain 100% completion and were more than fair with pricing. I will return for any dents/hail damage and would refer them to anybody for the same. If every small business operated like Hi-Tech PDR, a more perfect world it would be!

We had two new cars hit in last months hail storm. Both cars were hit by golf ball size hail. We decided to see if paintless dent repair was an option. Hi Tech PDR was near our neighborhood and decided to have them take a look at the cars. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable. The staff also observed additional damage on both cars that the insurance adjusters missed. Hi Tech worked directly with our insurance company for the supplemental claims. Both cars were repaired to new condition without requiring paint work even the car with aluminum body panels. As other reviews have stated “These guys do great work”.

This was my first time using this type of service. I had a piece of truck tire hit my hood and dented it in several places. I was greatly pleased and surprised at the results. Max told me they got 95% of the dents out and then he had to show me where the 5% was along the edge that they couldnt get. He was upfront with expectations and pricing. They went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend their work and will go back if I ever need this type of service again!!!

Absolutely the best PDR shop around. Max is super friendly and skilled at removing dents. The only complaint I have is not fixing the dents sooner and delaying the repair, I hope you dont repeat my mistake.Just go to Max and he can provide you a reasonable quote and a fast friendly repair. I have a 2007 Volvo XC90 and Max fixed all the small little dents in no time. I enjoyed watching him work and especially the end result which is a car with zero dents. Great experience.Quick and easy hail damage estimate without appointment.Came in Monday to schedule repair appointment, and was pleasantly surprised the repairs could be done in one day, and their schedule was open on Wednesday. I had to go to the dealer and pick up the trim pieces, as it would take more than two days to ship from the dealer to HI-TECH PDR, (easy enough for me).I dropped off the car and trim pieces on Wednesday morning. I called early in the afternoon to check progress, and it was almost done, I explained I wouldnt be able to get the car that day because I couldnt get off work until after HI-TECH PDRs closing time, they told me it was no problem for them to wait another hour after closing for me to come and pick up the car.Upon arrival, I carefully inspected the car in front of the owner Max, who was proudly smiling, confident in his work.
