I had a terrible experience at the CarStar Jordan Collision center. My car had a fender and bumper damage due to a minor collision with my garage as I was pulling my car out.I did an estimate with CarStar and the dealer to get two opinions. CarStar came up with an estimate that was 25% lower than what the dealer gave me. Naturally I wanted to save money and scheduled the repair with CarStar. I was also encouraged by the good reviews on Google.However after the disassembly, they told me it would cost me 50% more than their estimate. On top of that it would be weeks before the parts would arrive.I was really annoyed with the fact that their original estimate was way off and that the car would be sitting there for weeks disassembled.I asked CarStar to put the car back together. I had to pay for the assembly and disassembly. It would have been courteous of them to give me a discount since their initial estimate was way off. However I never got an apology nor anything to compensate me for financial loss and time.I am never going to use this place again nor do I recommend them to other car owners.

CarStar is a company that takes care of your car by performing exquisite repairs. My new car of 6 months was damaged, as was i mentally. It took a lot out me to deal with a hit and run driver on a new car. Thankfully Candyce Seipp was our personal go to representative and she had our back from the start. It’s unfortunate she had to deal with my insurance company. They were the complete holdup. I am extremely pleased that I got my new car back.

We like the quality workmanship which CARSTAR provides, but they take too long to repair the vehicle. They had our RAV 4 for 18 days to complete a $2,500 repair.Our rental car during that time began to feel like a member of our family. Our recommendation is to schedule your appointments more accurately to minimize the amount of time you have your customers cars in the shop.But overall, we were very pleased with CARSTARs quality of work, and we would certainly use them again.

Had Extensive hail damage on a 6 month old car, geico had me go there for an estimate and the process was extremely easy. They were up front and accurate with the Expected time to fix it. After the estimate, I decided to go back with them for repair.Once there as they got the car under the lights and began making the fixes they uncovered more damage, but worked directly with my insurer to handle any claims, making it very easy for me.The car looked brand new on delivery and all the windows and electronics worked perfectly. Happy to get my car back in such great condition with almost no pain on my side with administrative tasks along the way.

This is the second time I have had body work done on a car at this location. They do excellent repair work. Very professional staff. They worked with me on the cost which was reasonable. Would recommend to anybody.

I never received auto body work on my car, but I was quoted by CARSTAR for a pretty significant passenger door ding at a price of $1,500.00. My folks live in Pueblo, and recommended I get a second quote from Superior Auto Body. In addition to my door ding, I had a few other dents, AND a broken tail light. Craig was able to fix all four issues for less that $400, and in just two days. That means, a person with any auto boy work could potentially take a day or two to drive down to Pueblo, get an inexpensive hotel room at the Marriott on the Riverwalk, and enjoy a mini-vacation for a day or two while their car gets fixed, ALL for less than half the cost of getting it done at CARSTAR. Just saying. Insurance or out-of-pocket, it is worth getting a quote at Superior in Pueblo.

I took my 2018 f150 over The car star and they did an absolutely amazing job. Cant see any of the scratches, bumper completely replaced the fresh paint job on the front.Honestly one of the best auto body experiences of my life.

Representative Leah Curtis was 15 minutes late to my 9am appointment then she proceeded to accuse me of being dishonest about damage to a car thats not even mine (I had nothing to gain) and refused to assess the damage caused by the accident unless I signed to pay for a pre existing damage, nearly $300, so they could fix the clear damage caused by the wreck. I cant speak for the business itself but I felt that this individual was trying to nickel and dime us for no good reason and being accused of dishonesty is no way to get business. I am no business expert but I dont think its right to be 15 minutes late to a timed appointment then proceed to accuse someone of being dishonest and tell your customer you are not going to look at the damage, caused by the accident, which is covered under the person at faults insurance, unless they pay out of pocket based on an opinion of what happened at the accident with no evidence or facts to back it up.

Super professional, efficient, and responsive. While my car ended up being a total loss they made an otherwise painful experience very easy, transparent, and smooth. I would highly recommend their services.

I was given a date when the repairs would be done (they actually finished a few days early), they kept me in the loop with regards to parts and damage, let me know what stage of execution they were at and made my experience virtually painless! I went through this Carstar for my repairs after a minor accident. Hailey made sure everything was done to my liking, Thank you for that! The insurance company of the person who hit me covered all my repairs. But Carstar did an amazing job! There was a bit of over spray that had to be removed after the initial work they did. And they were more than willing to fix it along with buffing out a few other minor scratches. So thank you to the folks at Carstar!

About a few weeks ago, I accidentally hit a co workers car in the parking lot, so I ended up having some damage and dents on the front left of my car. I was recommended to go to Carstar to get an estimate and get it fixed. They got my car fixed so fast and they did a wonderful job. I love how they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Scheduled an online appointment to get an estimate for a scratched bumper, was told my appointment never got booked although I had a confirmation email. After about 15 minutes someone seemed to reluctantly help me out.They took pictures of my car, and said they would email the estimate over shortly. After calling them a day later, I still didnt receive an estimate and was hung up on after asking when I could expect the estimate. Very frustrating.

I was greeted by 3 of the most friendly ladies at the front desk and by the time I started to watch a movie, my vehicle had already been taking care of. I couldnt believe the customer service and appreciate them very much.

I took my 15 year old Jetta in to have some scratches, dings and paint work done and it turned out absolutely amazing. It truly looks like it rolled off the show room floor. Carstar was in touch with me throughout the process and their price only had a couple of small changes. Professionals that do top notch work!

My 2018 Rav4 Limited (Hybrid) front driver side door and fender damaged in the accident . Also there was a wheel and suspension damage. So CARSTAR replaced the door, fender, wheel and repaired the suspension. They did a good job on the body but not on the suspension.I have returned the car back to the shop after 2 weeks and they told me that the car is not safe to drive. 🤦‍♂️WHAT??? It means if i didnt realize the issue, something bad could be happen. I have family with 2 kids.In 2 days, they have fixed the car. But probably they found different issue on the suspension, which is not related to my concerns. The day after pick up, I called them again and complained the same issues. We made an appointment for test drive again. I showed up on time and we did the test drive with one of their technician. It turned out that another suspension part needs to be replaced again. Also when I was turning the steering wheel 45 degree back and forth, it was making a clang noise. I pointed out that as well. Without inspecting the car, technician told to CARSTAR case adjuster that we need to order another part. They didnt do full real inspection to this car. I had to pointed out all the issues that id observed. WHO CARES?Now, Ill be irritate, waste my time and bring the car back again. I dont know what is going to happen on 2nd time fix but this is just frustrating...2nd time fix didnt not work as well. When I picked the car, it was even worse. They did something, but I dont know what was it. They even did not aligned the car. The clang noise was in there. I complained to Adjuster during pick up. She called technician and technician told me that it SUPPOSE TO BE LIKE THAT. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😡😡😡 COME ON!!!Technician: Feel free to take the car to dealership. If they found an issue, have them to give us a call and we will take it from there. WHO CARES, RIGHT? How much time and effort I have to spend to make this things right. Anyways.I took the car to the dealership. Told the unfortunate history, and they accepted inspection. I paid $155 for it and it turned out that, whatever parts they used for the suspension repair, some of those are failing. And some other things are wrong as well. They estimated another $1400 for repair.I have called the insurance and escaladed the claim and told them that I dont want CARSTAR to do any suspension repair on my car. But they told me that unfortunately they have to fix under warranty. Reluctantly I have to accept this again. So i made another appointment with CARSTAR. During the appointment, I asked that your technician told me bla bla bla. How about dealer inspection result?Adjuster: We cant warrant parts. It can fail anytime.Me: But I brought the car back to you 2 times. And you guys didnt or couldnt fix it and told me bla bla bla... And I took the same car to the dealership. They found the root cause. Also you guys told me a lie, that it suppose to be like that How about that?Adjuster: No answer. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Just we cant bla bla bla...And i dropped the car off 3rd time. Lets see what is going to be happen.....I am so upset and mad... 😡😡😡

Made an appointmet for estimate on Hail damage. Estimate was very detailed staff was friendly. Sugested that I contact my insurance company and was willing to step in on the claim process. Office and shop appeared well organized. Lots of people picking up cars and appeared happy with work preformed.

I have been using Jordan Road Carstar for over 5 years. They have fixed 2 of my personal vehicles and have fixed several of my clients vehicles. I have never received one complaint and they people there are incredibly friendly. I received regular updates and my vehicle was fixed right the first time and on time. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with any repair shop. My car was in their shop for almost 6 weeks. For the first 5 weeks it sat outside in the elements waiting for them to do the repairs. When they did start the repairs they rushed through them and did not pay attention to details, both minor and major. Bumper fitment was way off, they had scratched parts they removed and put them back on without even attempting to buff out the scratches. The window tint in the rear window was scratched when they put the window down with the tailgate smashed in - (they would eventually accuse me of lying saying it was that way). I left the vehicle there the first time I attempted to pick it up and it took them an additional week to TRY to correct those issues. When I went back the second time they had corrected most of the issues, but there was still issues with the bumper fitment. That night they took my car back into their shop and I waited an hour while they attempted fixing it.I took delivery of my vehicle and continued to notice things that they messed up or missed. They installed the wrong window trim on the tailgate and that left huge voids where water would get in the tailgate. There were bolts left off of bumper pieces. I absolutely refused to take my car back to them (and they will NEVER work on another of my vehicles) so my insurance company had me take it to another shop. Beyond the amateur repairs, the customer service is what absolutely upset me. They only reason I went to Jordan Rd Carstar is because my insurance company recommended them - and it was a mistake!They are simply a volume repair shop - they crank out the cars without taking care of the details. Just trying to pass off sub-par repairs and collect the insurance payment.....
