Everything was so easy especially with me driving four and a half hours out of state. It’s not often I’m surprised at how well I’m treated or have such a enjoyable experience that I want to write a review to tell people about them. Just worked with Fast Forward Cycles today on a bike. This is the third bike I have purchased from them over the past four years. I wanted a bigger more comfortable bike however I couldn’t afford my dream bike at first and it took a few steps to get there. I can truly say from my first couple bikes that I must of gotten a pretty good deal because I was able to ride them for a few thousand miles and was happy with how they retained there value when I was ready for the next move up. I’ve had friends that have bought a bike from somewhere else thinking they got a good deal but soon after they bought the bikes decided it wasn’t for them and we’re disappointed when they found the retail value was way less than they thought. The sales guys at Fast Forward have been so much fun to work with. They kept me on track with what I told them I wanted the bike for and every time I’ve been super satisfied. Very knowledgeable too. When you’re looking for a new bike you really should give these guys a look.

Although their insurance doesnt allow anyone but them to test drive the bikes they did offer to take us for a ride. They were super nice and offered financing and a warranty option also. They went to extra lengths to make sure we had a new battery, full fluids, and everything was good to go before we left the shop. Highly recommend.

The entire experience from inquiry to delivery was top notch!!! The showroom was full of clean cruising classics, as well as, some one of a kind bike that catch they eye. I have had the bike a couple weeks and have to say the bike is amazing - worth every penny!!! I recommend dealing with these guys, I TRAVELLED OVER 4 HOURS and will do it again in the future.

I did a lot of looking on EBay and also cycletrader s and Fast Forward had the most fair price for the year and model of motorcycle I purchased. I made the purchase from over 1500 miles away. First of all I was unsure about pulling the trigger on a big deal that was 900 miles away. Taylor gave me everything I ask for such as additional pics and all info he had on my bike. After a few phone calls and emails I was at ease and knew I could trust Fast Forward. Taylor made the process easy even arranged the shipping for me. Walking into Fast Foward Cycles I knew the experience was going to be like none other Ive encountered while looking at motorcycles. Most dealerships that sell primarily Harley-Davidson advertise a no pressure sales system, and promise an amazing buying experience, to which I have witnessed a lack in that very promise. Although a lot of dealerships are a fun experience, you are more than likely going to be gently nudged toward finding a motorcycle to purchase. Whether it be through a test ride, a friendly start-up or a deal like no one else, the no pressure, promise found at many dealerships is mediocre at best.Fast Forward completely fulfilled that promise. As I walked through the large double doors on the relatively small showroom youre greeted by a plethora of powerhouses dripping in chrome and begging to be bought by the right buyer. They had a huge selection of used bikes that are in like new condition and some that had many committed miles ridden by obviously obsessed owners who only let them go because they found a new ride better suited to their current riding style. Harley riders love their bikes, theres no doubt about it, so even well used, these bikes evoke a sense of brand appeal like none other can.What I wasnt greeted by was an overly eager salesman ready to pounce at the first sign of interest in a motorcycle. Instead, Taylor, the owner of the place, walks by and says if you need anything you guys just let me know, I wont bug you. Now, if youre the type that needs constant attention while picking out your ride, the staff at Fast Forward are more than willing to help answer any questions, level the bike while you throw a leg over or simply start it up so you can hear that chrome laden monster growl as it wakes from its slumber. But, Taylor likes to keep it simple, its your purchase and hes there to facilitate, you can spend as much time as you need ogling over which bike you might take like to take home with you and never hear a peep of pressure to buy.I would recommend anyone thats looking for the best priced machine and excellent customer service to go check out Fast Forward Cycles and talk to Taylor or one of his staff to help you find the right fit. You dont find this kind of sales approach very often these days and I can guarantee you, as a satisfied customer, you wont find better prices. Trust me, I looked for over a year and almost every time Fast Forward beat the price. I cant say enough good things about my first Harley experience, and no Im not some fake reviewer.
