After starting training at a new gym, I was on the search for a protein powder of good quality that would meet my nutritional needs. I stopped in at the recommendation of other gym members to the GNC on the southwest side of Cedar Rapids. Rheise was the gentlemans name that helped me. Super knowledgeable, very helpful, and helped me find a product that would work with my dietary restrictions. Definitely would recommend.
