We received a quote much lower than other competitors. The two men that installed the new door were exceptional. They explained the how and whys to me and were very good at soliciting my opinion on some of the installation options. They were done in half a day. Raynor installed a key pad for our garage door in January. It stopped working six months later. They installed a new one for me the next day at no charge. Their technician was very friendly and professional. They definitely stand by their products and provide great service.

Randy went above and beyond installing my commercial door for me. Couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. He even helped remove concrete with us as well. All done in one day start to finish including removing 8x10 worth of concrete wall. He even bought the concrete guy lunch. Started early in the morning and finished at 11pm. The guys came out on one of the coldest days possible to take out our old garage door and install a nice new one. They even replaced the jambs and wrapped them in metal. Before we purchased the house something had chewed on the jambs, this should keep it from happening again. Friendly, polite, and fast to answer all our questions.

Of the 5 garage door installers I contacted in the iowa city area this is the only company I found willing to install a craftsman opener I had already purchased. They showed up on time every time they came to my home, were correct to the day as to when the new door I ordered would arrive and they immediately contacted me to set up the installation. Furthermore the installer was polite, clearly explained what needed to be done and how long it would take, the resulting work was exceptional the door is correctly balanced and near totally silent.as of this writing I would consider my experience with raynor to be literally perfect, and I would recommend their service to anyone.
