To say that somebody is doing their job is expected. To say that somebody goes above and beyond needs to be recognized. Ryan S provided the quality of customer service that is considered exemplary by someone who has worked in a customer service environment for all his life. When I call American Fence Company, I get an answer (Lisa is amazing). When I ask for a service, it is promptly scheduled and that commitment is seen through. Ive been through a half-dozen other fencing companies in the Cedar Rapids area, and American Fence Company stands above them all. My estimate from Ryan was intelligent, customer-focused and of high value. I will seek them again if I need services in the future, as dependency is obviously a virtue here.

I should have gone with lifetime fence. Quality of work one year later looks like I have done it myself. Plus the project manager is listed as giving this company a five-star review.

We have been wanting a vinyl privacy fence for quite a while .... we decided to go with American Fence Company ... we had gotten bids from 4 companies in the area and American Fence company was the best- they were very professional, courteous and answered all our questions .. Nate Andersen came to our house And gave us the bid- all within about an hour. There was no waiting for a couple weeks like we did for the other companies. Each time I telephoned Nate or sent an email he responded it seemed almost within minutes ... their customer service is excellent! And we absolutely are thrilled with our fence! We are so happy we chose American Fence Company to work with !!! Nate is great! And the crews that came to our house to install our custom vinyl fence were friendly and courteous.

They are currently redoing the bridge between Dubuque and East Dubuque. Drove past twice today and no one was working, like not even a truck in sight. From my understanding they way behind from the projected completion date.
