Wow! Speechless. Beautiful store layout, Excellent fabric selection, patterns, quilt kits, sewing machines, Long Arm Macho, Sergers, Accuquilt machines and Dyes.Most importantly, the staff are team players, they enjoy their work. There is no pressure sales. If anything, it is the reverse. Staff is extremely informative and made several suggestions to me how to save expensed. This allowed me to purchase other items I would not have been able to at that particular time. I really appreciate this.

I went into this store asking for polished cotton, which was a type of fabric I had seen mentioned in a historical tailoring tutorial. They didnt have it, but the woman I spoke to not only knew what might have been called polished cotton in earlier days, but also what the nearest contemporary equivalent might be. You dont get that kind of fabric knowledge at Jo-anns.

Absolutely loved this fabric and craft store. The girl who helped us was young, hip, trendy, and extremely helpful and informative. They offer quilting classes...and Im not sure what else. So many things a person can do with fabric.. from seeing to upholstering a chair or whatever. The possibilities are endless!

A fantastic quilt shop I was able to visit while in Iowa. Sew many fun choices! Loved their batiks, solids room, patterns, machine embroidery patterns & supplies. Something for every sewist or quilter!

I would suggest NOT shopping here on the weekend. We literally picked out our fabric within 10 mins of entering the store and had to wait almost 35 mins to get the fabric cut and check out. There was a 5 person line at the check out and only one cashier. Very frustrated by the time we left.

I made my first visit here recently to purchase a sewing machine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is such a wonderful selection of fabrics, supplies, and they had the exact sewing machine I was looking for. So glad to have a place that’s local that’s so awesome!

This company is GREAT!! I had a million questions regarding elastic since I was making over 70 masks. I didn’t want to order the wrong thing. I did from another company which refused to let me return it! They were very professional and the response time was very quick. Even when I had sooo many questions. I will def use them in the future for more sewing needs.

Went in during their big sale. Was warmly greeted, made to feel welcomed. Signed up for door prizes,shopped around. Had a pleasant time. Week or so later to my delight,I received a gift certificate!!

I bought a used sewing machine here for my wife. The staff here was very helpful, my wife loves the sewing machine and I saved tons and tons of money! Dont hesitate to come here its a great place!

If I could leave zero stars I would.Run far away if you are looking to purchase a machine from this store.I purchased a Baby Lock Cover Stitch on Friday, July 10th. I sew for my business, and needed a new machine to complete orders. Prior to my purchase, I was informed that this was a new machine and in great shape. Everything seemed great and I brought it home. Later that evening, I turned the machine on to adjust the tensions and to start using it. 10 minutes later I start smelling burnt plastic.I took off the cover plate where the lightbulb is, and it is tinged brown. As I was looking through paperwork, I noticed that the box the machine came in had a shipping label from 2018. I started to get even more concerned.Immediately Saturday morning, I brought the machine back to the store and was informed that I would have to wait for a technician to look at it on Monday. I immediately informed the employee that this was unacceptable. She expressed to me that she didn’t have the authority to process the return. During this conversation, I found out that the machine I purchased was a demo machine, which I was not informed of prior to the purchase. I demanded that the employee get on the phone to get someone to allow the return to be processed. During that phone call, the employee tried to sell me another floor (demo) model. At this point I was beyond the point of frustration and just demanded that they process the refund immediately.Today, July 13th, one of the members of management emailed me to inform me that the employees DID tell me it was a demo machine, and that it was explicitly written on my invoice. I was never informed of this, and was even told on July 9th via email that this was a new model.Needless to say, I will not be returning to Inspired to Sew. I strongly caution anyone that is looking to make a machine purchase to go elsewhere.

Inspired to Sew has a great selection of quilting fabric as well as quilting patterns and ideas. If you have an idea of a project, the staff there are usually able to translate that idea into fabric. In addition to fabrics and patterns, they have a magnificent selection of notions and embellishments. They also have an unbelievable selection of Bernina machines and their products. Not to mention all the classes they offer.

Wonderful quilt store. The staff is incredible. Took a two-day class here as a out-of-towner and never felt so welcome. Borrowed a machine for class which worked without a single issue. Staff all knew my name and greeted me. Cutting floor staff and cashiers couldn’t be more friendly. Wide fabric selection with reasonable prices.

At this visit I picked up my sewing machine after it was serviced. I have full confidence in their machine repair and maintenance. That is such a small part of the whole package. The selection of fabrics and ideas are too numerous to count. Sales associate are always eager to help you with your ideas as well.

The people here are amazing!! Wonderful selection, and the prices arent terrible. Very cozy (not as a euphemism for small) and just great atmosphere here. Has some pretty decent sales, all around a great place to check out if you are in any way interested in quilting

I stop in this store about once, maybe twice a year and have never felt welcome. I can relate to the reviews of poor service and unfriendly staff. When I’m need in something for a project, unfortunately this is the last store I think of going to. I would rather drive out of town before going to this shop in my own city. I’m now looking for a new machine and I won’t be looking here.

Unable to get staff to answer questions, inept staff cutting yardage, poor service at checkout. Been at numerous quilt shops around USA and despite the good selection of fabric, I wont be back due to poor service. Only excuse they kept repeating was its not usually like this but we have a great sale. Management - if you knew you were have a huge sale increase staff so the customers feel like its worth their efforts to come to your store. Still hand writing yardage and material numbers then hand key entering to get total sales. So much easier to use bar codes and easier and quicker for check out.

Carmyn was very helpful in picking out fabrics and determining amount needed. She ia always my go to person.

The products and quilt displays are great. A good selection and fun new ideas. The only downside is their prices are higher and their manager can be pretty grumpy.

Honestly, they were so friendly! They literally asked me what they could do to get me to go there for a $2.50 light bulb instead of finding it somewhere else. Everyone treated us like their most valued customer, and we had never spent money there before.They are Bernina dealers with a full selection of the newest Bernina products. Fabric and notions were high quality and well stocked. The Repair shop is a clean, bright space and I was impressed by the technicians knowledge and prompt service.This is a store that deserves your business. I will be a regular customer there!

They are the best Bernina repair shop ever. Other Bernina dealers have returned my machines covered in oil, or worse then they were when I dropped them off. Pine Needles has always done a great job.
