The came to measure on May 5th, slider was replaced on September 30th WITH NO SCREEN, still waiting for them to come back to finish and add trim..this is how it was left. Very unsatisfied.

Michael, the sales person was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything about the product before signing. The process and installation was seamless. The installers were courteous and quick. I have now inquired about doors. Thank you Feldco.

So far not impressed. Ordered bronze windows and they are brown. Trim is bronze. Today gutters are going up and I now have a third bronze color. The installers even asked why I didnt go with brown to match the windows.🤔 The field rep should check the colors out before making the sell to the customer. Nothing is as I expected it so far. The siding is a whole nother story. Nervous about the doors that are yet to be installed. Sorry Feldco...so far youve not lived up to your so called high standard. So doors were installed 2 days ago and 1 already isnt working properly. It will not close 😒 No surprise from my past experiences. October and siding still not fixed. They wanted to do a quick fix which always seems to include caulking and capping. Jake never returned either to complete some things he said he would. This company needs to personally inspect the work the people they hire to do it. I thought when I went through this company they had good workers. I believe I could have hired better.👎

Windows and doors are secure, easy to clean, glad I got them, guys found that my big window wasnt installed properly. Now I know it is with my new window. Would recommend to anyone needing windows and or doors

I was very happy with Feldco. Every person I encountered in the process was kind, professional, and competent. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We had a window knocked out by the storm in August and had someone come to look at replacing our window. We were told that Feldco would contact us within the month to schedule an appointment for measurements, but they never did. My husband called them and scheduled the appointment and they came in the first week of December. They said they would contact us within the month to schedule the installation. No one ever did, so I just called them myself and had a man laugh at me when I said I wanted to schedule my appointment NOW, even if it was weeks out, because they obviously were never going to contact us and I wanted my installation scheduled. If I had not already paid a deposit, I would cancel the entire order. I will not be working with them again. Totally unprofessional and not timely in communication.

Feldco is by far the best company to purchase windows and doors from, period! When we decided it was time to purchase new windows and doors for our home we made several inquiries to different companies for estimates. The rep from Feldco was the only one that came completely prepared to take us step by step through the process. Not only did he have samples of the construction and materials of the windows and doors, but he was able to explain the whole process to us. He was able to answer all of the questions that we had for him. When we decided that we liked what we heard, we started talking prices, we were expecting Feldco to be a little higher than most, but...actually we got a better product(s) for about the same price. We were so impressed that we got not only the 2 windows we originally wanted/needed replaced but we also replaced the front door, storm door, and the door leading out to our garage. We also have plans in the works on having ALL of the other windows in the house replaced by, yes, you guessed it, FELDCO. :-) I highly recommend this company. Not only was the sales rep friendly and knowledgeable but the guys that came to do the work was friendly and knew what they were doing. They also cleaned up after themselves to the point that they swept the whole carpet on our front porch! Thanks guys, saved me from doing it. ;-)

Why does it matter if insurance is involved or not if I have the money only I should know that... u give me a bid like anyone else if its in my range I will have u do it.. it just seems insurance is a question I continue to get asked and it shouldnt matter.. do I get better service with it???? Or do u up your prices if I have it????

Clearly ...read the scripted texts....most of the positive reviews on this site are fake.Although you may have a positive experience, beware, and get several other bids and options in line.As soon as they ask you Whats your budget?, send them packing. Their job is to give you options for all budgets, instead they begin with your budget, offer windows that are far less expensive without providing a full pricing catalog, and then rip you off for the difference.

We chose Feldco as our vendor for replacing our 40 year old windows. Our sales rep was awesome and so responsive to my questions no matter the time of day or day of the week. The installers were so efficient and courteous to my husbands work schedule whereby he needs to sleep during the day. I would recommend Feldco to anyone looking to replace windows.

Had a great experience with Feldco from start to finish! They were very prompt and the windows were installed 2 weeks after ordering. The quality of the double hung windows was definitely a step above from other places I checked out. I can already tell a difference in the rooms with the new windows, they stay much cooler and the outdoor noise level is also less. I’m so happy with my new windows and will be using Feldco in the future to have more windows replaced.

Had wood grain vinyl windows installed but Feldco didn’t think to tell me that they don’t make wood grain plugs. They instead gave me white or Grey plugs. Which looks stupid. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy

During sales pitch I was told and shown how fought the screens are supposedly. Screens in the windows are not durable at all. Mine have tears in them, some were even torn before installed. Screen door is drafty and during a hard rain, water comes in. Had to have the other screen door fixed by someone else as it was getting jammed and wouldn’t open.

The Product is a fair one but a bit pricy. The installation was not the best and it fell off the hinges and caused damage. It was put up again at no cost, but it was no longer the pristine door and door assembly it was. :-O

Feldco did a great job on our windows & sliding glass door. We were told by a few contractors that it would be too difficult a job. They finished the job in less time than they quoted us at, a lower cost than other companies, & assured us the job would not be too difficult for them to accomplish. They did a terrific job & were very friendly.

They are getting 3 stars because the quality of the windows is high and the job the installers did (when they were actually here) was well done.Now when the install was setup I was told they would be here between 8-10am. It was almost 1130am when they finally showed up. They set two windows then took off for an hour and a half lunch. They came back to start on the next one when the rain started. They said they would come back the next day at 8am to finish the job. It was 830am when they finally showed up.After they completed the job I noticed that the sliding glass door was not what I ordered(I wasn’t here when they finished it and my wife didn’t know it was wrong). And not only that but they put a hole in the sliding screen and now have to come back again to replace it.I will update after I call about the sliding glass door. Recommendation pending on what they do about that.The issues I had were promptly addressed and fixed. Happy with my windows and recommend.

The window & door installers did a really great job on my home, despite doing most of the work in the rain! And their prices were very reasonable compared to the other advertised window & door companies in my area. I doubt I would have been able to get everything done because of the costs of all of the other companies. The savings with Feldco was SUBSTANTIAL!

Very happy with our experience with Feldco. We had replacement windows done. Sales was great, installation went in without a hitch. We live next to a busy street and don’t hear the traffic driving by anymore. And our central air doesn’t run anywhere near as much.

I highly recommend Feldco for any windows and/or doors. They did a great job with everything. The payment plans they offer helps tremendously. 5/5 in my book any day.

Feldco windows did a great job at my home. We had wanted to enclose our 3 season porch for several years. We had 3 local contractors quote use pricing.We didnt see the value in their products.My coworker had Feldco replace some windows and a door. He was very pleased. He suggested i give a call to Feldco.From the very first call, to the end of installation Feldco was superior.I was hesitated at first because Feldco is based out of Chicago and fairly new in the Cedar Rapids market.But the sales rep is a wrestly coach at a new by high school and the installers are local as well.We bought our windows in late fall and we scheduled to have them installed in 4- 6 weeks. Well, we had a very very rainy fall. Feldco call every week to apologize about not getting out to do our windows.I total understood and they called every Monday with an update.thank you Feldco.Rick Hergert

We feel that Feldco had the superior product and gave us the best value. Everyone we dealt with from the person making appointments to the the installers, measurers, etc. we’re all extremely nice, courteous and a pleasure to work with, while respecting our privacy at all times. They all wanted to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We are delighted with our windows and would recommend Feldco to anyone with home improvement projects.

Extremely happy with my new windows, they look amazing and are so easy to use. Learned a lot during the sales meeting, staff is extremely knowledgeable.

Windows have been delayed 2 times I did get compensated for the first time. Have been trying to call then for 3 days now leaving messages to see what other compensations are in order for the 2nd scheduling misshap and no call backs. This is just pathetic. I will update if any changes occur but as of right now I would not recommend.UPDATE: Windows got installed, the 2 guys that showed up were very good! Professional, courteous, they did a great job cleaning up. 1 window was missing a screen but I was told a tech would be coming out to install it. If it wasnt for the scheduling mishaps I would probably give a 5 star rating, but they did compensate well for their mistakes as long as I kept calling them. Overall seems good

Installation has been rescheduled 3 times and installers were a no show no call. Asked to be called by salesman and management and no response from the salesman and no response from manager until I called him first. This is still not resolved. Waiting for installation and a discount. Have never had any company have such poor customer service. I regret choosing them. They will have to do a lot in the near future to change my mind.

I love my new Feldco Windows. They worked with us financially and they worked around our work schedules to install our windows. I will getting a new door from them in the future. I recommend Feldco to all my family and friends.

I got my delco architectural windows installed a few months ago. The replacement architectural winds were nicer then the originals. The windows are beautiful. I look forward to purchasing my new sliders next year thanks feldco!
