I’ve tried many bubble tea places, and honest to god this is the best bubble tea I’ve ever had and their tapioca pearls were beautifully cooked. Everybody there was super nice, and they made my drink very quickly. I’m so sad that I don’t live closer, I will definitely try to travel more often to come here!

Lavender Milk Tea with Matcha Rolled Ice Cream!This place was definitely a 5-star place to bring my girlfriend on a bubble tea date. They allow you to sit inside, theyre super clean about the seating area, and they were really kind to some other people who had never had bubble tea before, which gave them a boost in my opinion.Kindness will get my business more often than value or taste, but Hi Tea seems to have all three mastered. Would recommend both old and young people!

I ordered delivery for a frozen coffee. I was not matched with a driver for thirty minutes. I realize this is not the fault of the store. However, they did not remake the coffee and when I finally received it, it was completely melted and disgusting at room temperate. Mind you, this coffee also had dairy in it. I feel like it would be common sense to remake an item that is no longer up to quality if it’s been sitting out for a long period? Who gives a customer a completely melted drink? Like at that point, it’s just decent customer service that obviously wasn’t in place when doing my order.

Cant praise this shop enough! The tea is unlike anything weve had before. So delicious, and with so many options! We try to make it a weekly stop.The service is wonderful! Grabbing a treat from here is a great way to improve any day.

I ordered a lychee black tea they gave me lychee milk tea at first then they didnt tell me they didnt have black tea so they gave me a powder form of black tea instead and it tasted like milk tea. It ruined my whole day.

The traditional milk tea was absolutely delicious! The matcha was not bad either, just wish it was a stronger Matcha flavor. I also think she accidentally started to make me the lavender version as it tasted a little off. Four stars because I was not impressed by the ice cream and I wish they had ingredients listed somewhere! Otherwise, the milk tea is amazing and I am so so happy there is a place like this nearby!!!

It was a nice place, had all 03 available ice cream rolls and would recommend some more add-ons wrt to toppings along with some other variety of flavors too. Shakes are good too and specially there bubble ones 👍

Took my partner and sister here, we walked in and got nothing but attitude the entire time, they were super slow, it took 30 minutes to get 3 drinks and we were the only people in there, didnt get the drink I ordered, got something completely different from what I said, they didnt rinse the cups at all after making a drink, they were handling the fruit and boba without any gloves, not to mention the boba tasted rotten, I will not be bringing my family here again and I am not recommending it to any of my friends.

Their drinks are delicious and very reasonably priced.

Passionfruit tea with strawberry boba is 🔥

I love bubble tea. My go-to is black milk tea with tapioca bubbles AND lychee jelly. Hi Tea has passionfruit jelly, so I tried that instead. It was perfect! Not too sweet at all w the perfect amount of creaminess. I wish the tea had been a bit stronger, but I could still taste some of the black tea astringency through everything. No nonsense service. Definitely would return!

We were unfortunate to experience an extremely high wait time. We had a party of 4 and we ordered one tea and 3 rolled ice creams. At the time only one other table was in the establishment and had already been served. The young lady serving us was very pleasant but did not have much knowledge of the menu or how to prepare some of the options. Not a huge deal so we ordered and paid. We received the tea right away and it was tasty. But we waited another 53 minutes to recieve the rest of our order of 3 ice cream rolls. She was the only one working and was getting overloaded with walk in orders and DoorDash orders. Management needs to be more vigilant on ensuring there are enough employees to assist during high volume times. We will go back in the future and hope to have a better experience.

First time here and it was amazing! We got the Passion Fruit Tea, Lavender Milk Tea and Oreo Chocolate Rolled Ice Cream. All were so good! Drink sizes were great, you get a 20 oz! The milk teas and ice cream are dairy free which is nice! Highly recommend this place. I look forward to when they add more to the menu.

Very happy with this establishment! Their rolled ice cream is unique, tasty and adorable (we got the Vanilla Oreo). They have a large variety of drink choices. Taro Bubble Milk Tea is my favorite!The staff is also friendly and accommodating. I would love if they added Blended Bubble Tea as an option on their menu. Looking forward to going back!

Finally a fantastic bubble tea shop in Cedar Rapids! Had the bubble milk tea and the flavor was on point and the pearls were cooked perfectly....something Im used to driving a few hours away just to get. Also had the strawberry rolled ice cream and it was delicious! They made the rolled ice cream on the spot. My new favorite place!

Wow!! They have a new taro milk tea flavor you can get hot or iced and its soooo good! The green milk tea was delicious. Strawberry yogurt had real strawberries so my little one was super into that. The cheese mousse...omg THE BEST!! Its a must try! So glad we have an awesome bubble tea shop in town.
