Positive experience with this Edible Arrangements. Put in a last minute order and it was ready a couple hours early. It was an easy pickup and my clients were happy with it!
I bought an arrangement for an anniversary, and almost everything went well. I ordered online and picked up with curbside at the store, my only complaint was that it took awhile to answer the phone and there werent great instructions for curbside pickup. I arrived early by 15 minutes and called to see if it was ready, it was and I asked for curbside so he brought it out. Everything looked correct, and the amount of fruit we got for the price was good. Its possible things are improved lately, but I would definitely recommend ordering online unless you have questions.

The older man answering the phone shouldnt be. First of all, he acts like it puts him out that you have the audacity to call, then when I asked about a product that was on the website, I had to repeat it 4 times before he responded with never heard of it. He really needs to learn some etiquette and customer service or stay the heck off the phone. Wont bother with that place again.

Just ordered some chocolate dipped strawberries for my lady, and they did such a good job! Cant beat the free delivery, and I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about, but I had great customer service!
We got our girl the birthday one that Comes With a boutique of dipped strawberries. Our girl turned 16 so wanted it to be special. The picture makes you believe you’re getting dipped chocolate ones along with white chocolate with sprinkles. My fault for not reading that it’s a cake batter, which got all over the others because of the crumbs.
Worst experience I’ve had in a long time, I showed up to pick up my order around noon the guy said that they closed at three. When I got there the “closed” sign was in the window so I sat in my car and called the number provided on the door, I didn’t get any answer, I waited in my car for about 20min continuously calling the number (I called about ten times and left a message for a call back) finally I had to leave to get back to work. My husband calls a nearby store to see if they have anyway to contact that store and the response he gets from them is “yeah that’s been happening a lot lately”. I decide to call back around 2:30 and finally get ahold of someone, I requested a refund because there was no way I could get back there before they closed at 3pm, the worker gets the manager on the line and he was literally so rude to me the entire time, he would not let me get one word in, continued to talk over me and tell me how “next time” I need to order a day ahead to avoid problems like this. Sorry sir but there will not be a next time, I refuse to support a business that treats their customers this poorly.
The old man that works there needs to learn the proper phone etiquette and customer service. So rude and unprofessional I decided to take my business elsewhere. These people must of forget that we are the customers and they work for us not us work for them. But give it time when they are out of business, youll know why.

Arrived at 9:15 to pick up an arrangement that was to be ready at 9:30. I was rudely greeted by an older gentleman that asked me what are you here for. After telling him that I had a pick up for 9:30, he said well youre too early, sit down and wait. Now, I understand that I did arrive a little bit ahead of schedule, but the level of his customer service skills was at ZERO. This is supposed to be a nationally known business. Had there been an alternative business, I wouldve left and went elsewhere. Not a good look.
Went in to choose a get well gift, lady working was very helpful and nice. Forgot the address at home to where I was sending it so called back 30 minutes later and got an older gentlemen that was the manager. Very rude and short...never placed order. Sir, it looks like others have experienced this. You have lost my business...will spend my money elsewhere!
Went there out of my way at 1030 on a Tuesday morning. There was nobody there and a sign on the door saying they were doing deliveries. Not a way 5i run a business. Will not be wasting my time again.
I ordered an arrangement to be picked up at 5PM on a Friday (closing time 7PM). I arrived at 5:05PM to a closed store. I received no calls and the number takes me to an automated marketing response not, even a voicemail. Its hard for me to understand this level of incompetence. I will be requesting a full refund. Be sure to take your business elsewhere.

I ordered the Olaf fruit for my husband then called to confirm the man was extremely rude. I work in customer service and he was incredibly unhelpful. Then my husband got the order and half the stuff is missing not chocolate dipped pineapple no dipped strawberries! I paid 70$ for this. I’m sorry but they are terrible with customer service! Very upset.

Called to cancel an order and no one answered the phone... it was all automated. Said to call back during customer service hours... online said the store was open another 2 hours. If youre open, how is that not a customer service hour?
When you spend almost 200.00 on an arrangement, it would be nice if you got everything you paid for, someone would amswer the phone, or at the very least, someone called you back when you leave a message with customer service. No card with the delivery means the recipient didnt even know who it was from at first. Never again.
FYI...the operating hours arent truly that. They are open...but not operating. Went in to get an arrangement on Sat at 1230p. The website said they were open til 5p however, when I got there, there was one sad arrangement in the front refrigerator. When I asked if I could get something made up...the guy said that the designers dont work in the afternoon. Really? Needless to say, didnt buy the one they had and wont be back.
Watched one of their drivers Park in the first handicapped parking spot at Costco in coralville and proceed to walk just fine. He grabbed a flatbed cart to load up with whatever he needed. Handicapped alots are not special spots for lazy people. Edible arrangements obviously misuses handicapped parking spot.
Went to go and get a 99 cent smoothie as they were running a special and they were closed. Looked for the hours posted somewhere and they were no where to be found. Website had said open till 7pm. I was there well before 7 and everything was locked up tight. Post your hours somewhere so people arent relying on the internet to find out what the hours are

Agree with other reviewers. I called to place an order and the man answering the phone (manager)? was rude and short. Didnt seem like he wanted my business and taking my order was just a hassle.

Just Placed an order online and called to see when it would be here cause i need it before 5 pm, the guy on the phone ( Jerry or Jared) assured me that it would be here before then, but was very rude and had little to no manners, his tone suggested that i was bothering him some how, he then hung up the phone before i could even ask my other question.
