King and the rest of the staff were super friendly, very personable, and overall made the experience a lot of fun. King even managed to convince me to buy a new pair of Hey Dudes.

I love shoes but I’m also very indecisive about what I want. Carlos and Anthony were really cool about being patient with me trying so many on, and they’re both very stylish and helped me pick out a pair that go with my own style!! The whole staff here is always really friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience at this location!!
I went in to buy some new shoes a few days ago and Sam was the most kind and helpful worker I’ve ever met. He was so relatable and even picked out a couple other shoes that I didn’t ask for that he thought would look cute. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. Keep it up Sam

Went and bought a pair of puma slides today at the Lindale mall location in Cedar Rapids Iowa came home to put them on and only one shoes was in the box so this means the lady never checked the box to make sure both pair were in there! I am highly upset. I called the store right away and no answer and then I call corporate they do absolutely nothing at all but say take it back tomorrow and tell them the situation & I say well what if they dont believe me and give me the other slide and she states well you can call us back tomorrow. Well what is that going to do? How is there absolutely nothing they can do?! I have one slide and paid for 2!!!
