This Target has a one of a kind, star employee, named Gabrielle. She is kind, compassionate and knows her department. I will return to this store even though it’s further JUST BECAUSE OF HER.Thank you for being you Gabrielle.I also want to thank Kayla at Self Checkout for being so helpful. I currently have an injured hand and she went the extra mile to help me get my items bagged up. WAY TO GO KAYLA!

I love the atmosphere at Target! It doesnt feel stressful like other shopping places. Plus I love the sales they have! And it feels like they have better quality items. I was able to find these adorable cookie cutters that are dishwasher safe as well as the holiday sprinkles I wanted. However, some items that are not on sale can be a bit pricey. I wanted a generic rolling pin and could not find a cheap one. Still, I would recommend Target for most of your shopping needs :)

They were helpful when I couldnt figure out how to work my app to change from in-store pickup to pickup outside. Two young men carried out my TVs and very carefully loaded them for me. Prompt and extremely friendly.

Love Target It is my go to store. They have all I need. I only wish theyd have more check out lanes open. However I did use the self checkout for the first time & it was fun!

I’m currently switching all of my grocery shopping from Walmart to Target for the following reasons:I was created with a hello the second I walked in the door by an employee. As I’m learning the store I had to ask several associates where some items were. Not only did they tell me but took me to the items to make sure I found what I was looking for. The associate working the self checkout area in was so pleasantly friendly and helpful. I also picked up an item that I purchased online. It was so refreshing to not only have a friendly and helpful associate, but she answered several questions that I had. Target South Cedar Rapids, IA, are so pleasant and not afraid to go the extra mile. After being a Walmart shopper for years this transition to Target has been so stress free and wonderful!! Store and bathrooms were immaculately clean. Keep up the great work!!!This visit was 2/28 12:30PM CST- 1300 CST.Keep up the Amazing work!!

So like i shop here and its good so i got ya know the sugar cookies witht hyte frosting and i giving it to my class and there like these are goood but there not cooked all the way through and imlike um huh so i try it and yehs there not cooked so in upset cmon you had one job i expect better

That Target was SUPER!!! However, those produce prices during winter will cost you your first born. Wish they had a stronger grocery game.

I placed an order online. The order got split between both targets 😑. I went to pick it up and noticed the color was grey, not black like I ordered. I said I dont want my online order I want to return it. Then they told me they cant do that. That it would need an hour to process. I said I am refusing to take this order. I need a refund. They wanted to give me in store credit. I really dont shop at target so I declined. Two more managers later and the email showed uo with the barcode they needed. Never shop online with target because they wont let you return it same day. They want to waste your time and force you to come back. On top of all that. They couldnt even return the money to my card. Multiple failed attempts and i had ti take cash. Such a waste of time. Likely from outdated systems.

Timely pick up times and Target employees are great at getting what I have ordered. Im usually out of Target parking lot for pick up in under 5 minutes

It was eight o clock in morning & they were very willing to give me guidance to work threw my dilemma I had created on my own.This Target has always been fabulous as long as I could remember. Today, when the check out line became just a bit busy, a manager quickly opened a register to help with the back up. He was very pleasant and friendly. The customer service staff was very pleasant as well. Everyone is very friendly.

Target associates are always very helpful, courteous and professional. The store is always clean. Except for items and products in lines of business that Target cannot and should not be in, Target has what I want/need to buy. And, I just like shopping at Target.

The meat district wings I purchased at this location on the 19th of July and attemped to prepare today on the 20th of July were nothing short of rancid smelling. They stank of rotten eggs the minute I opened the package. They were dated for the 30th of this month for expiration so I assumed they were fine. Boy was I wrong. I dont recommend purchasing any of these wings if you dont want to get salmonella at all. I am very displeased I wasted the money on them.

Great savings, great associates. I was there during the great malfunction of 2019, the day before Fathers Day. What could have been a horrible experience standing at checkout for an hour with an 8 and a 9 year old boy was instead a laugh- filled time thanks to associate Rachel and her great attitude. On top of that, great prices + manufacturers coupons + cartwheel + red card savings make Target a bargain shoppers dream!

This Target is always out of stock of the items I come in for and the Employees are rude. I am done shopping here for good.

I was in Target earlier today and was having trouble finding something. One the workers, Kylie V., saw me and asked if I needed any help. She was very kind and polite. She had a smile on her face the entire time she was helping me. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back to this store.

The customer service was very prompt & courteous. We did not have to wait long to get help. The persons that helped take it to the car were very polite and helpful loading it in our vehicle, They also gave us recommendations on what to do once we got home with our TV.

I love the convenient of pick up and drive up. I love the employees....everything is quick and painless.

Was going to purchase a Kindle 8 was told it was 99.00 and then argued with me for 20mins asked for a supervisor and was told it wasnt in stock, and wouldnt write a raincheck for the miss quoted amount and refuse to sale another Kindle 8 minus the difference

They have increased efforts on customer service and it shows. I made it a point to tell the manager before I left. The team members have been encouraged to drop what they are doing and help out the customer. It’s really quite incredible. It seems like old time values brought back to life. It kind of reminds me of the mall Santa from Miracle on 34th Street, service above sales.

Awesome renovations and the store looks so much larger! I love the new layout and just overall better experience. Now if we could only have wine while we shop after work ! I feel like this has been piloted in other locations!

The store smelled really good. ...the employees were very pleasant.....you could tell that they were enjoying their jobs....The interior was spotless and well lit. Some of the prices were not as low as some competitors. ...but the overall experience made up for any monetary deficiencies. .....

The store is setup in a clean and neat fashion. There is never a very long wait to get checked out and the drive up option is great for when your in a hurry.

When I went to this target immediately I was followed around the store by staff and security. After confronting a security guard about why she was following me around she told said “I’m not” but she was constantly in every isle I was in. Then after confronted I was shopping around and put myCell phone in my purse and another security guard came up to me and accused me of stealing merchandise!! I have never been treated so poorly before this is ridiculous! I will never be shopping here again!

The service at target is so good and the cashiers are so patient when you need help. I had a great experience with the cashier Kearstyn and I will always try to go through her line. Everyone should go to target for their needs. :)

The store itself recently went through a remodel and is so fresh, so clean. However, the behind-the-scenes aspects stopped me from patronizing the place; I worked there for eight years, and made the decision to leave based on the way the new management was treating staff. The shopping is fine, and if you dont mind shifty managers its better than any other Target in Eastern Iowa.

Awesome home goods, electronics, toys, clothes, and seasonal sections. Grocery is lacking a bit. Starbucks, pizza hut express, and pharmacy are convenient. Red Card and Cartwheel help save some $$ too.

I visited the customer service desk because I had some manufacturer’s coupons for dog food. The target representative was very helpful in figuring out how to use the coupons and getting the best deal possible.

This Target is the best in town. The employees are very friendly and helpful. While you are there stop by Starbucks in the store.

The local Target store is well-cared for, clean, organized, and so is the parking lot. That makes a huge difference to me in shopping. The check-out aisles are spacious enough to bring your cart in and start unloading it, then pass the cart on to the end for bagging, without having to exit the check-out aisle to get the cart to the other end! Why would I want to fight with the space Im supposed to use to pay for my items? I just realized tonight this is another feature of the store that sets it apart from other competition. And I never have to worry about a scale in the self check-out telling me I didnt put the item scanned into the bag. Walmart kills me on this and I quit going! The item went in the bag!! But if its too light to weigh, Walmart stops you in your check-out process and requires an associate to push you through to the next scan. I almost never step into a store that makes me fight to do a self check-out.

Imagine a world where anything you could possibly desire is in the isle to your left or just down the hall. This incredible place of 21st century heaven is right around the corner at your Target. 10/10 would rate again. 10/10 would have a child with target.

I was looking for a specific item in the school/office supply section but was unable to locate them even though the website was showing there were 5 left. I asked a checker if they were able to tell me where they might be. She directed me to the same section I had already looked in but also suggested I ask Guest Services to look it up. The lady at Guest Services did not look it up but directed me to the same section once again. Both had told me that was the only place they could be since they had gotten rid of their back to school section the day before. I gave up and went to look for the second item I needed. Coincidentally, that section was right next to the clearance aisle of.....school supplies! I still did not find what I was looking for but clearly, they did not get rid of the back to school clearance items.

This Target is a clean, well organized and inviting store. Staff is friendly and helpful; shopping here is always a pleasant experience.

I love Target South. Ive never had a negative experience there and I almost always find exactly what I need.

I do most of my grocery shopping here. I do wish the veggies and fruit section were a bit better. I love the Sutton and Dodge meat brand surprisingly tender and fresh.

In the middle of construction, I have no idea where anything is and everyone is so busy trying to keep up with moving everything around theres no one to help you find all the stuff. It will look cute when its all done but until then, Ill stay away.

I love Target and this used to be my favorite store but just moved back to the area and they are remodeling so its a disaster right now. The new floor plans are more open and not something Im used to seeing in Target, looks more like Gordmans. Not sure Ill be a fan.

If you enjoy shopping with GESTAPO following you around and then cornering you at the door asking to check your cart and receipts. Worst Xmas shopping experience ive had in years. Soon as we walked in we were followed, bothered, questioned and when it was all done, not even an apology. Didnt even say Merry Xmas, or thank you. They definitely need to work on their tact with customers.

While I love their products and prices, I am tired of driving twenty miles to buy something only to find they are out of the item. I also have trouble finding departments since their remodel and yet employees are standing around talking to each other and not helping us find things.

First off, I love what theyve done with the store. Second, Ive been there twice this week and both times had excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful and accommodating!

I was profiled by an employee named Hannah, she accused me of stealing because I was a wearing a small fashion backpack(not a school bag). She suggested I leave my bag outside with her which was my purse, I declined,you wouldn’t ask someone to leave they’re diaper bag or stroller why should I leave my bag with personal belongings out with you, when you can count the items when I walk in and out the fitting room. I asked her if she wanted to check my bag when I came out she proceded with an attitude “no I will check your room as I handed to her the items that she counted.

All was good until an employee coughed on my family and myself without any attempt to cover it. He continued to walk down the aisle coughing. If you shop here keep you distance from the employees, especially if they have a name tag with Tim on it.

Used the in store pick up and was able to walk right up to customer service with no wait and pick up my purchase! I dont normally use this service but will absolutely use it in the future!
