I was over the moon to find this place! It was PACKED full of a WIDE variety of candy and chocolate! There was a lot of items that were original to the store that you wont find anywhere else. SO many great gift ideas! I had a hard time deciding which handmade fresh chocolate to buy but the friendly ladies there helped me based on my preferences. The prices werent outrageous. The decor above the chocolate was an experience in itself as they were vintage toys, signs and whatnot. This store is right next to the Parmount Theatre so that was awesome to come here before our show.

Just a little piece of Heaven! Pete makes you feel every bit as special as each one of Her handcrafted treats! The truffles are to die for!

Love this place, However, they are NOT OPEN, they are closed due to COVID 19. Google needs to get out more and investigate businesses in times like these to get PROPER HOURS OF OPERATION so people arent wasting time driving to a place just to find out google lied.

My 12 year old had a blast. So did I. SO. MUCH. TO. LOOK. AT! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We actually went twice in one day. Cant wait to go there for holidays.

One of the best shops downtown. They have really good Candys and gifts. They are a real business that is open real hours so you can shop at their store. Most of the other business downtown that have similar products are run like a hobby where the place isnt open most of the time. But if you are in the area its worth checking out.

Ive never had such delicious chocolate covered cherries before!! :)I stopped in again today for another chocolate covered cherry & the woman behind the counter (I think the owner this time) recommended the chocolate covered strawberries too. They were AMAZING! ...hit the spot after a rough call today. Thank you! :)

First of all the prices or WAY TOO HIGH. 1.25 for a chocolate covered cherry? I’ve had better out of a box. Secondly the place is small and overcrowded with unnecessary random pictures all over the wall that make the place look tacky and a little weird. I could see if the pictures were of things candy related but they’re not. My boyfriend, my brother and I went here today, I always wanted to check it out because they said there was nostalgia candy, which there really isn’t by the way. We went in and my boyfriend picked up a chocolate candy coin and looked out it then placed it back in the dish. Immediately a woman came up to us and accused him of stealing! Stealing a chocolate?? He’s not 4 years old! My boyfriend said she could check his pockets, she said no it was fine and she trusted him, but he turned out his pockets anyways, showing there was NO candy in there. She continued to follow us throughout the store and we made a purchase and got ready to leave when she followed us out and told my boyfriend to never come back! My boyfriend said he wanted to check the cameras to prove her wrong but she refused! AWFUL customer service, mediocre candy selection, and tacky looking shop. Enter at your own risk.

I picked a couple things out at the store during market after dark waited in line and the women kept ignoring me wouldn’t make eye contact and helped everyone else around me I fine threw my stuff on the counter and left. I’ll be calling to complain about it to the owner as well. Absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever meet. I’ll make sure to tell my friends about it.

The people are so nice and lovely, the chocolate is really good to ;) I recomend the sugar free malted milk balls!

I love this store. They have a great selection that ranges from nostalgic to todays connoisseur of sweets. You wont find treats that were marketed to be great, but ones that SHOULD be.

Best Chocolates in Cedar Rapids. I suggest the carmal chocolate ruffles.

WARNING: extremely rude saleswoman/cashier inside!!! She will listen in on your private conversations and rudely blurt out her store rules. Amongst all the candy, my daughter pointed out a stuffed Koala to me, up by the ceiling, because she loves koalas. Nothing on the top shelf is for sale!!! Then, my softspoken wife was quietly telling me a story about a memory of her sister having a koala just like that one when she was little, and at the end jokingly said she should take a picture of it and send it to her. Theres no photography in the store!!! Seriously? We were so disgusted, we just walked out.

Seems like they have to much stock. Hand made chocolates did not taste fresh.
