Very confused how she is still in business. Purchased several services on Groupon and scheduled with her. Showed up for the appointment and doors were locked. I called her twice, texted several times, it is now 45 minutes past when my appointment was scheduled for and I have yet to hear anything from her. Honestly taking it as a blessing in disguise after reading through reviews. Not to mention I had to get a sitter for my girls and drive 30 minutes to the salon. My wedding is this weekend, so I was more than happy to head straight to a reputable tanning salon and made sure to let them know what had just happened and what a joke of a business this place is. Do. Not. Give this lady your money.

Went for a Mani and pedi with my daughter, I also got my eyebrows and lashes tinted. Love!!! Jesse and Kim were amazing!

I am so mad. I feel bad because Jessie was nice, but what a hack job. I went for a brow tint/wax. I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and evened out. They were basically shaped how I wanted them, and I said I didnt want rounded eyebrows, I wanted them arched/angled a bit, basically like they already were. My eyebrows are now almost non-existent. They are not even close to looking even. There were a ton of little strays left behind, and some places she waxed just broke the hair, where it then left more stubbles. Its going to take a lot of time to get these back. Dont go there. The lighting was awful, the place was really dusty. She was taking a class during my appointment, listening to a lecture but not paying attention to anything. I just ended up saying ok, Ill leave it so that I didnt lose more of what little eyebrow was left. I went to a different salon immediately after and there is NO fixing this mess, just daily eyebrow filling for me for a while. Just avoid this place, seriously, its in your best interest!

AMAZING SERVICE! AMAZING STAFF! Finally made the leap and decided I was going to try some waxing. Checked Groupon and decided to go with Radiant FX and I am SO glad I did! I was so nervous about the whole experience, since Ive never waxed anything but eyebrows before, and had read so many articles about how painful it is your first time... Either those ladies have never had children or Jesse is THAT GOOD! There were a few uncomfortable moments but nothing that made me want to jump up and run out of there and Jesse kept me talking and laughing that next thing I knew we were done and I was setting up my next visit. Also, Radiant FX is a one-stop shop with AMAZING pricing, which is perfect for us women (and men) on a tight schedule and not a large wallet! DEFINITELY CALL AND CHECK IT OUT!

Jessie is amazing! My friend and I got Brazilian waxes today. She got them done quickly and did a great job. Also super friendly and inviting atmosphere.

I have very sensitive skin, plus Ive had a few bad experiences in the past, so of course I was beyond nervous. However, I left there with my skin feeling & looking amazing. Kim did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable & relaxed. She talked me through everything she did and every product she used. Kim is so passionate about what she does and I appreciate that the most. I will definitely be returning for my monthly facial & skin care needs.

I went in for a much needed pedicure. I thought I would try a new place. I loved how unique their place is. Kat did an awesome job and remembered I had a tender spot. I will definitely go back again.

This was the most unprofessional experience we have ever had with these types of services. We ended up having to leave without having any services provided. The staff were all late, dressed completely inappropriate, and did not even address the fact that they were late. The building had broken windows. The sign was broken. Completely disgusted and bummed that we lost out on our girls weekend.

This is the best salon the ladies treat you so well an the owner is a peach just love her... Stop in an you to will love them an there many services

I had an appt today for a manicure and loved it. Jess was my specialist and did a wonderful job. I most definetly recommend Radiant FX to everyone:) I will be coming back here everytime!

I called for a dip manicure. Luckily, I thought she could fit me in that same day since I was in a hurry and my normal nail salon closes on Mondays.I arrived on time to find both the front and back doors were locked. This should have been my first sign, but I pressed on. After knocking on the front door someone opened the door to ask if I had an appointment. Somehow I thought they would know I was coming?The person that answered the door said I could wait and pick my color. She had me wait in a dark cluttered and somewhat creepy room. There were no more than 12 dip colors to choose from. About 15 minutes late, my manicurist arrives. Although the manicurist apologized for being late, she went on and on about herself and her troubles.I will tell you that I had a pedicure first and that went okay. The next problem was that once the pedicure was over, the manicurist realized that she had failed to wrap my nails to remove the previous dip. Not to worry. She wrapped my nails and spoke about how she didn’t realize there was dip on my nails that would need to be removed. Seriously? How many dip patrons come in that don’t already have dip polish on their nails? This can’t be rare to remove the old polish prior to adding new polish. Dip or gel or lacquer, all polish needs removed.So, the manicurist was in a hurry as she had other appointments later in the day. She took the wraps off my nails and angrily attempted to manually “file” the old dip off. My fingers were now bleeding because she kept filing my flesh as she hurried to remove the polish. Next, she used acetone which stings in open cuts. I tried to smile and hold the conversation.The dip procedure was going from bad to worse. She had created a gooey mess on my nails that was lumpy and would not harden. In her wisdom, the manicurist decided to add more layers.Meanwhile more customers showed up for their appointments because this process ran for 3 hours.Finally, she said I was done. I was just thankful to get out of there. As I paid, she could see the polish denting and smushing off of my nails. I even gave a small tip since I felt sorry for her long tales of woe that I had to listen to for 3 hours.I had to go directly to another salon, Diamond Nails to get this ugly messed removed and new dip applied. Diamond saved me and gave me a huge discount on their service and even apologized for Radiant FX.Maybe there are other services that Radiant does correctly, but don’t go for the atmosphere or the dip. It still makes me sick to my stomach to think about that horrible afternoon.

These are my gel top coated nails on Sunday after my Friday evening manicure! I didnt pick any of this off. So they basically lasted me an entire day. They werent even dry Friday night when I got home; I smudged two after I lifted something. I had my hands under the light for at least 5 minutes each! It shouldnt have taken more than 2 minutes. This was a Groupon purchase. It was supposed to be a spa manicure/pedicure...there wasnt any massage or lotion on the hands whatsoever. I should also mention that I was there for almost THREE HOURS for a simple mani/pedi. The owner did my mani/pedi and it seemed like her first time ever doing it. It shouldnt have taken more than an hour. I wanted a french manicure but it looked ridiculous so I asked her to just paint them. Ive NEVER had a problem with anyone doing a french manicure on my nails, regardless of the length of my nails. Its always looked really good when done before. I had treated myself to this mani/pedi but it was a complete waste of time and I was sorely disappointed.7/29/15 *Update* I tried calling to get my nails fixed yesterday and was told the owner (who did my nails) would call me back. I have yet to hear from her....The above review was written last night (7/28/15).
