Great help and is it really a autozone if the parking lot is not full of cars not getting worked on

Stopped in to get our vehicles battery tested today after needing it jumped. Lee was super helpful and cleaned the corrosion from our existing battery and the vehicle started right up! Thank you, Lee, for the amazing customer service!

Well the first time we went to AutoZone they gave my husband the wrong parts for his truck. We called them he took the wrong part that they gave him took it back up there to exchange it and then they tried to charge him a core charge for something theyve already charged him a core charge for and he already took the core in he was actually only trying to exchange the part that they gave him that was the wrong part for the right part. The employee argued for like 10 minutes until someone else had to come along that works there and explain to him that they had already spoken to my husband and just exchange the part.

Peices are way to expensive set of headlights wal mart 24.99 autozone for the same ones and brand 55.00doible the cost

Salesman was very helpful. He saved me a lot of time. Ill be back if I have any other automotive needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ended up getting stuck at this Autozone after my shift linkage disconnected. All I needed was 1 person to sit and press the brake while I moved the cable myself so I could get back into park. Was told “No, we’re not a shop” by an old white man. They didn’t even offer ANY sort of help, calling someone for me, etc. How do you watch a teenage girl stranded 40 minutes away from home, ALONE in CR, trying to fix her own car for over an hour when it’s a two person job. Had even made a purchase at Autozone that day too. My grandma has gone to get new wiper blades and employees offered to help her change them. Why wasn’t I helped with something as simple as putting your foot on the brake? I would start filling your life with GOOD karma, because what goes around comes around. F$&K you Autozone Blair’s Ferry.

Pulled into this auto zone to get replacement windshield wipers for the car. I was removing wiper blade and one of the employees was outside and offered to remove the other blade, also he went in the store and showed me the product he recommended to replace the blades. Great customer service!

Called before visiting the store and spoke with Howarde about purchasing a new battery for my truck. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what kind of truck I had and he suggested my options and prices as well. When I got to the store I greeted promptly and he went and got the battery I wanted. I paid for the battery and Howarde grabbed his tools and got right to work. The whole process took less than 20 minutes Extremely satisfied the level of service, would recommend this store. Ask for Howarde.

There is absolutely no good reason to go anywhere else for your automobile battery needs then Auto Zone. Nick, one of their parts experts, demonstrated an above average knowledge of auto service (I suspect he is way over qualified for the position but does it all for fun of it).Auto Zone inspects your charging system and battery before they will even try to sell you a battery. They have several levels of batteries, for any budget, and they expertly install it for you for FREE. Ive never got the run around at Auto Zone, good people.

Just left this AutoZone location in front of Lowes in Cedar Rapids. what a great experience! The store was busy, I could tell they were maybe short a person behind the counter, yet Olive was hustling and doing an awesome job helping everybody out with a smile on her face. Been a while since Ive come into a store and seen someone work that efficiently under stress with a smile like that on their face.

Great experience here. Had bought the wrong size wiper blades and didnt have the receipt anymore. They were able to look up the transaction and get me the right ones. Hassle free, friendly, clean!!

Each time I call an Auto Zone store, no one can help, they don’t have the part or parts I need. They are very very rude!!

This location had what i needed. It was cheaper than the other auto parts store and that is the reason i went there. With that being said, i will pay a higher price at a different store before i go back into this location. I stood there for 20 minutes worth 3 associates helping other customers. When i got my chance at the counter, the gentleman that was helping me could couldnt even get my vehicle right. Once that was straightened out he had no idea where the parts where in the store and waited on someone else to go get my shocks. Then, they only brought up one shock..... Who buys just one shock?.. It took another 10 minutes for someone to get another shock added to my ticket. They never asked for my name, phone number, nothing for warranty and when i asked then about my information, i was told they didnt need it for shocks...... Hummmmmm.... Dont go to this location unless it is unavoidable!

Never go back and wont recommend all I needed was a light bulb replaced. I stood around for 20 minutes while they continue to help other people. When I asked why the manager told me that they take care of commercial customers first. He is stupid and Im going to report him to corporate

Great customer service! I went to this AutoZone to replace a taillight bulb. After purchasing the bulb, one of the employees came outside and explained to me how to remove my taillight assembly. I will definitely come back to this AutoZone if I need any other parts for my car!

Needed a new battery just didnt feel like installing myself they installed it in under 10 minutes may have paid more but just dont care vs running a battery back for the core exchange and not having to wrench on it. Wonderful place thanks Auto Zone.

Incredibly helpful staff. I was going to buy some supplies to wash my car and the lady at the checkout saw what I had in my hands and then recommended a special deal they had that saved me over 50%.

The first gentleman that I spoke with here was not very helpful and seemed very uninterested. The second and third were able to diagnose the problem, recommend a fix and even got me a good deal on the part. Overall a great experience.

I went there trying to figure out a way to repair the hose running my windshield wiper fluid, when I pulled up to the store I popped the hood to take a look at what I might need. There was an employee on break outside but despite that it was his break, he immediately asked, what can I do for you young man? (Possibly sensing that I had no idea what in the heck I was doing) I told him the situation and without hesitation he said, come on in, I think we can fix that. He grabbed me a part that cost less than $3 and that I never would have even known existed and within less than 5 minutes he had fixed my non-functioning hose. I was totally blown away and couldnt be more grateful for his willingness to help and his knowledge of how to resolve the situation. His name is Herb and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Almost always my go to for auto parts. Today I needed parts for my mower that I couldnt get at the big box home improvement store and they were able to helpe with the correct spark plug and fuel line. I noticed while I was there, they have a display of some mower parts.

Good prices, fast service and they only sold me what I needed.

I like this AutoZone there is a couple really good workers that are passionate about customer service and I just try to always talk to them when I go in as there is a couple that should not be working there but you will find that everywhere all in all pretty good

The manager was not helpful for a steady customer I have been. Dont think Ill go back there. They shouldnt sell car remotes if there cant help me program it. I got it for my daughter for Xmas and the receipt is gone. Im very disappointed how your store manager handled thisNo customer service skills and not a people person. Very disappointed.

Absolutely thego to place for Auto insedentals. Recently got a quote of $360.00 to replace an upstream oxygen sensor on my accord. Stoped by Auto Zone, sensor $120/with tax and they lent me the tool for free with their tool borrow programe. Not a big deal to do. The shop I take my car to made it seem like it was.Well with this information I called a second shop, they quoted me $280.00. I told them about Auto Zones pricing and explained that I now knew how to do it myself. They dropped $100.00 off.I ended up having it done for me by the second garage but I never would have been able to negotiate with confidence without AuroZones helpThank you AutoZone!
