I understand you’re understaffed and may be busy but you need to take things serious and be considerate when it comes to MEDICINE.Very rude and really don’t care . They never answer the phone! Wait times at the least busy times is well over 20 minutes just to speak to someone no matter how often you call! They’re also supposed to text/notify when prescriptions are available and they don’t even though it’s automated. Don’t use this location! Idk how they’re able to keep employment there.

Whatever is wrong at this location pharmacy they are not in a hurry to fix it. The drive thru has been down several days, the staff is unable to take calls, and 1 hour wait in line. Im going to find another stuff store and suggest the same for you. Good bye

This pharmacy needs to replace their staff or shutdown completely. They are rude, unapologetic and inefficient! I called in a prescription Saturday and it still wasnt filled until Tuesday and thats only because I had to call and go off because the pharmacist told me she would have it filled in 15 mins the night before. They have had a sign on the drive-thru the says its broken for a whole entire week. I was on hold for 30 mins and no one ever answered the phone. When I went inside the store the automated phone system started at 5 calls on hold so the way up to 9. Seven people working the pharmacy and not one person answered the phone. The biggest inconvenience ever. They will never handle my daughters prescriptions again

If you have prescriptions at this pharmacy, Transfer them now! This store is unprofessional and had more customers in the pharmacy section of the store then in CVS. After having a painful procedure on their eye, my family member who couldn’t drive or come to the store waited over 4 hours for the prescriptions…… and we are still waiting. According to the app, the prescriptions were “in progress”; however I called the store to see if they had an estimated time these would be finished and waited on hold for over 20 mins before I hung up and drove to that store. Once I arrived to the store, the you g lady at the counter informed me that it would be over an hour before the prescriptions were ready. This is after I went to the drive through which had a hand written sign stating on a piece of cardboard that the drive through was “broken”. Taking into consideration that these prescriptions were for pain and swelling following an eye surgery, the clerk could have appeared the least sympathetic. According to my family member, this is the norm for this pharmacy. Save yourself the time and go to another location.

This past three weeks cvs has been horrible Ive been trying to get my prescriptions i was on the phone holding for one hour so I called in the store the guy that answered told me their phone was not working Sunday I went in to get my refills no medicine the phones were ringing off the hook I asked the lady behind the counter she replied our phones work we are not answering them I still havent received my medicine and as of today this Thursday they are still ot answering the phone so I have insurance i. Going to move my prescriptions

Simply unacceptable, bad and lousy service. Rx are never ready at the time they say they will be. They give you a time, and you go to pick it up and they still say its not ready. Always backed up, and always behind. I thought it was just this location, but the location on cedar ridge in Duncanville is just as bad. I just cant submit for all the CVS pharmacy, but these two flat out suck when it comes to filling rx

Customer Service...Samuel the cashier is incompetent, I bought a can of raisins in the 31st of Julydid not open until the 2nd of August. When I opened the can the raisins were dried out with an expiration date of Sept 2021. I took the raisins back had the wrong receipt but had my debit card from which the purchase was made. Samuel kept saying I need the receipt I ask if he could look up the purchase on My card since it was a couple of days ago. He kept saying I need your receipt. By that time I hot frustrated and told him to keep the raisins. From now on I will make a purchase and open the can in the store before I leave.

They do a horrible job keeping Pharmaceuticals in stock. You would think they would have better inventory control on regularly prescribed medication and keep it in stock and available vs send people all over the metro or to the competition.

I scheduled a COVID test at this location. I began receiving text messages the day of to confirm my appointment (I had been to other CVS locations and never received these texts) and then subsequently indicating that they had earlier availability if I wanted to come earlier, but I could not. Five minutes BEFORE my appointment, I start receiving more texts asking if I have arrived yet and letting me know that after 5 minutes, the system will automatically cancel my appointment. However, the website explicitly states there is a 10 minutes grace period for the appointment. Maria cancelled my appointment after 5 minutes and I arrived one minute later as she was leaving the outside testing station (to go to lunch early, although lunch wasnt for another 15 minutes) and stated there was nothing she could do because the appointment was automatically cancelled in the system and there was no other times available that day. She left, and I spoke to the nurse practitioner inside the MinuteClinic who THANKFULLY was able to fit me into the schedule later that day, after Maria was supposed to arrive back from lunch.Thanks to the individuals staffed at the MinuteClinic inside, I was able to get my test that day. Regardless, COVID should really be taken more seriously as testing/awareness could be a life or death situation.TL;DR - Maria lies to customers and cancels appointments without justification so she can take an early lunch. She honestly shouldnt be employed in a position as vital as this.

I can understand working at a busy establishment since I work at one, but I have been waiting to be helped for 40 minutes. This is no exaggeration!!! I had to call my insurance company over the phone while waiting so they could help the pharmacy tech with entering in common information that they had in person. They had my insurance rep waiting on the phone for over 17 minutes before he came back and told me he could no longer wait on them. Finally after 45 horrible minutes in line I am finally getting ready to check out!!! I promise I will never come back to this joke of a pharmacy company.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacys in Cedar Hill Tx. The staff all very under trained. No one in the pharmacy knows what they are doing. They are all very unprofessional an will lie to your face about why your meds are not ready .The line in the drive thru is always long .Then when you enter the store to only wait in a longer line they are all back there laughing an playing having a great time. This place needs to either be shut down are all staff fired asap.

I literally am in front of this CVS location writing this. I got $10 extra bucks back from my pampers purchase and tried to use it on my extra purchase and it wouldnt scan and she couldnt get it to work and told me to call customer service. How is it that you all can print the coupon but not use it??? That is some bs and now I have to wait until Monday to talk to customer service it get it resolved. DO BETTER CVS this is ridiculous. It was also a long line behind me because of this and she didnt call for back up or have one DO BETTER.

I’ve given this location so many second chances but I’m done. There are too many other pharmacies to put up with constant ineptitude. I used CVS in Flower Mound for two decades and never had the number of issues I’ve had in the past two years with this Cedar Hill location.

Not a very good experience so far. They didn’t have my meds. They had to order them. They are saying I have the wait a week to get them because of the type of meds they are. I’m having a hard time understanding why after 10 years I’m experiencing this issue. I called and they left me on hold for 20 min...I ended up driving to the pharmacy and waited in line while still on hold. Too bad we can’t post pics since I did screenshot the time I was on hold with them.

I would just like to share a recent experience that I had at this store.It was Christmas Eve around 5:30pm, and the cashier that I had gave me $20 less than what I was owed.First, she did not offer to give me my receipt. Once I told her how much she gave me, she never asked how much did she owe me, nor recount the money she gave me. I could have been mistaken. But she immediately went back into the register and gave me the remaining $20. She also never apologized. Now, I’m all for an honest mistake, but the way she handled the situation led me to believe she was well aware of what was going on.I called the store today to report the incident to a manager. He said that there have been multiple complaints on this particular employee for the same thing. He also told me he was sorry and he hopes that next time I would have a better experience, but his “hands were tied”, which I thought was strange.Now, I’m definitely not one to purposely cause trouble or anything, but I would think CVS would want honest employees representing their company. Being in customer service myself, I do value a good experience, and definitely do not condone robbing people during the holidays when everyone is trying to make their loved ones happy.An overall disappointing experience, but because this location is so close to my home, I’ll most likely be back. Hopefully next time will be better.

Went here around 7:30 pm for pictures I sent online Thursday. Received a reminder call Sunday to pick up the pictures. This was my first time at this CVS and Rick who claims he is a manager was horrible. Rude, short, and just did not care about customer service. I asked him about the pictures he said they were not there, so I asked what else can I do to find them he said nothing resend them! Problem is they were part of my sons school project. So I called the Grand Prairie CVS off Lakeridge which is usually my store. I had them check to ensure I didn’t send it there. They checked and also told me I can check my email to see if I was sent one. Thing is they were helpful and considerate. If people are nice to you why be rude. So Rick tells me the store manager will be there Tuesday I will call.

Your ONLINE service is POOR😠I sent over pictures to be printed after 4pm yesterday. The email I received said my order would be ready within an hour for pickup. I came by your facility at 10:42pm & my order was not ready😡. 6 hours & my prints were not ready, hadn’t even been printed. I generally stop at this location quite a bit, because I live in the area, however, I stopped in on Saturday September 23rd, and was very disappointed. I went to the refrigerated section for a drink. I saw that the Arizona teas were on special for 2/1.00$. But I saw that there was a sign in front of the Lipton bottled teas as well that also said 2/1.00$. So I got two of the Lipton teas and went to check out, and was told that they were not on sale. I showed the manager the sign, and I was told that someone ( Im sure an employee) put the sign in the wrong place. Which I totally understand, but the sign was there in front of the Lipton teas, so I told her that I still wanted the teas, but I wanted them at that price. Suffice it to say that she DID NOT honor the price. I felt like that was bad practice on behalf the store and that manager. And for that reason the likelihood of me patronizing the store again is very slim. The fact that you would not honor your own store signage, and act as if someone other that your own employees had moved the sign, just didnt sit well with me. I realize that Im only one person, but if this is your practice and policy then this could soon become a larger problem. There is a Walgreens on the next corner. After submitting my review I started to read some of the other reviews, and now it all makes sense. This type of practice and behavior is the norm for this store, and that is sad and its shameful.

Ok they make you check yourself out now, that’s fine watever, the checkout machine yells at you the whole time and locks up “help is on the way” yet the help is goofing around in the back of the store with his new airpods on full-blast, so you have to go find him, then he doesn’t speak to you or offer any actual service as he begrudgingly sets the machine right and never turns his favorite song off from his headphones

I waited in line for 36 minutes 2/8/18 from 6:30-7:06 pm and when I got to the front of the line, the pharmacy technician put a couple of black pieces of cardboard in the window with a note that said please come in the lobby. The line of cars behind me was at least 5 deep. When I went inside, acting assistant manager Senior told me that the pharmacist had the authority to do that because they were short-handed. I will not use this pharmacy again and I will be calling and emailing their corporate office tomorrow due to this absurdly horrendous customer service experience.

I’ve been standing in line to get my medication for 15 minutes, and there are still 5 people ahead of me. There’s obviously not enough staff, which is infuriating. I’m here to pick up medicine because I’m sick. The last thing I feel like doing is standing here while one person checks out everyone. Bad management all around.

I give up. Poorly managed, always understaffed. The staff they do have is slow.. At least 5 minutes per customer (even when using the express app)Today, the drive through is closed, I think due to staffing. They write a note on white paper with yellow highlighter. Totally unreadable. A ball point pen would be better. They should send someone to Walgreens to buy a sharpie.Inside the line is 14 people deep. Thats over an hour wait. Why doesnt corporate send someone from another store? Im done.

I love the service at this CVS. They seem to always have plenty of people working, which is nice. Even if there is a long line, the service is much quicker than going to Walgreens across the street where they always have about 2 people working!! Takes FOREVVVERRRRRR to get service there.

I get excellent customer service from CVS at 385 E. Belt Line Rd; Cedar Hill, Tx 75104. I have been during business with them for 10 yrs are more. I tried Walmart and Walgreen: lines to long, communication with pharmacy not really friendly, short of staff. Then I tried CVS, I was hesitant, best thing ever happy. They treat me with respect; provide good advice, etc.....For me they go above and beyond the call of duty. They only problem I have sometime is not CVS, but my Doctors Staff did do their job and the insurance provide. And they were still friendly, when I tried point the finger them. Even when I come in with not feeling and having a bad day, the say Mister_____ I look up, they made my day. Even when they have someone new, after a couple of visits all is good. They give me respect and I communicate it back to them. All of my visits transactions mostly come through pharmacy. Clifford has given suggestion, advice, and excellent interpersonal skills. The whole Pharmacy Staff gets 5 stars. To my wife it is always MRS _____ and Mister_________. I have 35 yrs in schooling, education, and job career in excellent customer service.

I visited this CVS on 2/6/2018. The staff was rude and impatient. I was in there almost two hours being shuffled from line to line, referred back to my manufacturer of a coupon I was trying to use, only to be told that my 30 day supply of albuterol would cost me over $1000 and to speak to my insurance. This was ridiculous to me, so while waiting in the other line to purchase the items I could, I decided to go online to look for another CVS, as I had decided I would never come to this one again. While in line, I reached the pharmacy in Red Oak and inquired about moving the prescriptions they mentioned the one in question and I said that cant be right, my prescription plan shows it should be no more than $30.00. She looked again and said, oh, they entered a quantity of 75. 75!!!!! I spent almost two hours going back and forth and they NEVER looked to see that they entered it wrong. When I finally made it to check out, I advised them what the other location clearly saw, and the pharmacist had an attitude. No one EVER apologized for their error. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The cashier Mistie was beyond rude and unpleasant to both the elderly man in front of us, and to me and my husband. She refused to offer to look up the elderly gentleman’s cvs card or sign him up for a new card, she gave me a hate look when I offered to let him use my card, then told him that my husband and I were “ready to go” so he needed to hurry up. Worth an email to corporate for sure.

Victoria and the pharmacy manager, Clifford, are beyond unprofessional. They lack decent, proper customer service. Clifford treats his employees horribly - talking to them like they are trash. Ive seen this practice from him several times. My insurance gives me no choice on using CVS for my medication. Ive finally had enough from this store. I now have to drive further to get my prescriptions filled at another cvs, wasting my time and gas. This location and most its employees have no clue what good customer service is. Thank goodness Ill never have to interact with Victoria or Clifford ever again.

Ive always preferred Walgreens over CVS. Their prices are usually a little higher and they dont have too many things that I particularly come here to get. The employees are always great, but its usually hard for me to find whatever it is Im coming in there for unless its medicine.

Poor Customer service, called to get amount of prescription and was quoted 100.09 and when I questioned rep she advised me to call my physician and have them brake the order up. Made call again after I left message with my physician. Called (CVS)to verify amount of prescription again, quoted 3.00 co-pay. Next called placed on hold for 20mins without my consent. I’d rather drive an additional 10 mins to get Satisfactory Customer Service. This facility was given 4 chances to get it right😳

I already wrote a Yelp review about my prior experience with them. After complaining to corporate Clifford, the incompetent pharmacist, called me 2 weeks later. He basically begged me to try them again and stated that they havent had a complaint in a few months. The fact that he was compelled to mention that, speaks volumes. Well I figured I was due 2 refills so why not?? Afterall, its literally 2 minutes from my place. Well in true ghetto cedar hill CVS fashion, they were once again unprofessional. They felt the need to have jokes amongst themselves and the same ghetto girl from the previous experience felt the need to mock me. I have never in my life seen a business act in such a way. Ive gone to CVS for as long as I can remember. The McKinney, Frisco, and Desoto ones act accordingly unlike Cedar Hill. Its a shame that I will never do business of ANY kind with CVS again. I only hope that all those FOOLS receive the same treatment from a business that they have felt the need to show me not once, but TWICE!

They do not even deserve a star. The drive thru pharmacy worker was terrible and I was treated horribly. They also messed up my prescription that was transferred by another CVS and Inwss told by the Cedar Hill pharmacy it would be ready but when I came to get it long after a couple hours it should have been ready they had it still on hold and did not even process it yet. i had to call the other CVS and they said they shouldve taken care of it because they called the Cedar Hill pharmacy at 10am and it suouldve been ready when I got there at 3:30. i had to wait over 30+ mins for my medication. Very unprofessional and will never recommended this pharmacy to anyone

Very good place to coupon at. My favorite people are Ella, Carissa, and Randy. Hands down very understanding and they have no problems with couponers. I travel 45 mins every sunday just to coupon here because all other cvs (mesquite) around are rude and dont treat people with respect.
