I went to this location on Sunday. I didnt even know it was there. Im shocked at these reviews. I wish I had gotten the names of the girls that were working. They were very kind and helpful. I was blocking one of the workers because I was mesmerized at all of the nail polish accessories. Lol. She just waited patiently for me to finally come to and said Excuse me. Im so sorry. They were so polite and I just hope these reviews dont keep people from going there. Give it a shot. They have everything.

June 3, 2020 I stopped in to make several purchases. I had a handful of items but my main reason for stopping in was to purchase hair color. I am accustomed to the ladies at the Sally stores being knowledgeable and helpful, this was not the case. The older black lady greeted me as she worked the register, she was friendly and she tried to help but she was not as knowledgeable about the products. She asked her younger white coworker, (who has brightly colored hair) about it and the coworker looked up at her and flat out ignored her! I was shocked and so was her coworker. I tried to find what I was looking for on my own, the first worker went on break. I headed to the cash register to make my purchases but the younger lady didn’t even make an attempt to come to the counter to ring me up. She also was the only person in the store without her mask on. The store has a sign posted that masks are “appreciated”, I would also like to see the workers following the same recommendations. I’ll never give Sally’s my money again.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The customer service is horrible. There was an older woman working there on 8/9/2020 around 5pm who would not provide the appropriate assistance. My fiancé needed to exchange some clippers today. When he opened the package, one of the guards on the clippers were completely shattered. So he put it back in the box to exchange it for another one. The sales lady said that the policy is that clippers cannot be returned and directed us to the receipt, however the receipt also says that if the clippers are unused, in the original packaging, and the receipt is available, that a return/exchange can be made. However, the sales lady kept saying all sales final as soon as the clippers left the store and we would need to come back to the location to speak to the manager to see what she can do. She was very rude, did not even attempt to compete the return, made us stand outside the door of the store, and completely dismissed our concern

Cedar hill Texas location. When calling and they finally do answer, I would expect an honest answer about the offering of curbside services. Instead I was repeatedly told “You can come into the store”. Then finally told that the person that does curbside is about to leave and won’t be back for an hour. Soooo much dishonesty and lack of customer service/professionalism. Not a good look for your company.

Came here Sunday June 23, 2019 around 3pm. The African American lady working in the front was so rude. I approached her to simply ask her a question about the nail polish and she was too busy on her phone. I said excuse me quick question and she looked up and was like “YES!” in an ugly rude tone with an attitude. I told her never mind and walked out. I don’t need to shop at a store where I’m going to be treated that way. She was extremely rude. She had no manners or customer service etiquette. She is a poor representation of Sallys. Customers are the ones that keep her employed yet she treats customers like sh*t. I don’t need to spend my money at a store where I’m going to be treated that way. Never shopping there again.

The cedar hill location is the most absolute unprofessional Sally’s I have ever been too there is a average size old lady that is rude as hell and very disrespectful I had another worker having to check her the way she was dealing with me I been there three times and everytime I go she is so rude to me i normally go in and ask who ever in the front where is something and I have never in my life ever met anyone that disrespectful I’m really disappointed because I love Sally’s I’d never shop there again

Dont like the change they have done to the store, they hardly have any products

They have a sign on their window stating they price match competitors (with execeptions) and when I went to check out the lady did not price match even though I showed her the price on my cellphone. She saw it, nodded, and continued to finish the transaction. Either remove the sign or follow the policy. Will not be returning to this location.

Extremely bad customer service. These people need some customer service training. You walk In And they dont greet you. Have an attitude if you ask them a question. Very rude and unprofessional. Especially that heavy lady.

Inattentive staff. They were more interested in their manager washing the windows.

It carries the best products for black women natural hair

Staff was nice. Not a lot of makeup options for WoC.

My daughters get everything they need, but the staff is just luke warm when asked for help.
