I purchased a truck from them and not even a week of owning the vehicle which is a 2007 Nissan Titan. The truck ABS came on went the next day to confront the business and the truck lost power and I almost had an accident. Than they tried to charge me half of the $1200.00 to fix the problem, I dont feel safe driving the Truck and asked for my money back, as always they refused and I was told thats not going to happen and they would leave the truck outside the lot for liability reasons!

If I could give 0 stars I would. While they are nice people, they disguised the many problems in the vehicle I bought so that I wouldnt notice when I test drove. 2 weeks after buying the truck I had to get the whole front end redone due to bad ball joints and control arms. The mechanic on the job said it was obvious they put grease in the joints to silence the squeaking and there is no way they didnt know it was a problem. Add to that a bad catalytic converter, wrong spark plugs, bad ignition coils, and its been 4 months and they still cant get my plates to me after multiple phone calls. Awful service.

FYI Dont post a review for these people until you get a car. I brought all my info to these people they told me I was approved for the car I wanted. When I got there, the sales lady kept trying to sell me something other than what I wanted and other than what I was approved for. While waiting, at least three other clients came in with complaints about cars they had purchased. REPAIRS REPAIRS REPAIRS!!! The cars look good but aparrently, everything that looks good to you isnt good for you. They probably need to be in the salvage business instead of car sales. Another thing make sure they shred your information if you dont get a car because they will make copies of your info and not give it back, which is also suspicious. After my accident I thought finding a dependable car would be hard but Moe led me in the right direction, now I’m back on the road safe and sound!

Brought my car to this dealership to be be fixed by a man named Robert. He is an exquisite mechanic however his boss Mr. Charles is not a particular favorite. Let me explain. On Dec 4th my car arrived to this dealership. Calls were exchanged my insurance cut them a check on Dec 18th before any work was done on my GMC Terrain. I was strung along about my motor arriving from Houston until Dec 31st. I was told I would be able to pick up my vehicle Jan 3rd. On the third I was told to wait until the 5th because somehow my car had locked my key in the ignition and it required a locksmith. The locksmith he called for services somehow got the old key out programmed another key and got THAT key stuck in the ignition. Mr. Charles then had my car sent to the nearest Chevrolet GMC dealership to be fixed on Jan 8th. Now Mr. Charles was decent enough to help out with the car rentals since my insurance only covered 14 days. But as of Jan 10th he said he was only going to pay for one more week of car rentals even thought he still hasn’t gotten my car out of the DEALERSHIP DOWN THE STREET. Mr. Charles also tried to open another claim on my insurance to fix what he is responsible for. He was dodging my calls for the next few days. I’ve tried to speak with someone inside the dealership such as Kevin (never available), AJ (listened to my problem said he would call me back in 15min but unavailable when I called back and hr later). How is there so conveniently never any management available to deal with a managerial problem. It is Jan 21st and I still don’t have my vehicle they have had it almost 2 months I’m paying a car payment on top of rentals. Now Mr. Charles is in the hospital and my car is in a limbo situation and no one seems to have any solutions.
