Review №1

Mr. James Pace first and foremost! You purchased a 2001 Monte Carlo with 65k miles! One owner great condition! You purchased a USED 2001 auto for a very low price! And you still owe $500 down which we never received! Also due to your situations we decided help you out! When you where at your low point without a ride. But you sit and lie about how you where treated! I have all of your messages and the recording when you came into the office twice. In person. We have sold over 100s of cars and Our moto is A customer is Always Right............... Even if you have them on Camera ! We have all records and Buy nothing But The Best!!!!!!!!!!

Review №2

If I could give negative five stars I would .All I can say is if you buy a vehicle from this place make sure you see it in person and check it out thoroughly. It would be smart to get your very own mechanic to check it over for you before purchasing. I took his word and so far Ive had to replace 2 CV axles, some type of exhaust recirculation valve, 2 tires one of which he claimed he would reimburse but never did. And this was after he supposedly had the tire replaced himself, whenever I pick up the car he said Im going to be honest with you I didnt get a chance to replace that tire. After the night before he had told me he was at the tire shop getting it replaced.( I still find that very comical. Hes going to be honest whenever he has no choice but to be honest. Its a good thing he told me before I took 5 more steps and noticed that the tire had not been replaced myself) Also he claims he would fix one of the windows that would not roll up or down instead he backed out on that and the other window supposedly fell off the track the night before I took the car. Also brake lights never have worked. And I have a problem I am still trying to diagnose with a sensor. Also have to replace ball joints and tie rod ends in the near future. Back to the start of my review you may ask how a car like this pass inspection prior to purchase? That is the reason you get your own mechanic. Because evidently his will give a passing inspection to anything in trade for a Benjamin Franklin. Originally I thought the engine had a cracked head gasket because of oily residue in the radiator. I did contact him to apologize about the misunderstanding. Also inform him of my misfortune and how much work I put into the vehicle since purchasing it. And told him I paid $40 for the tire he said he would reimburse me on. And if he could do that any little amount would help considering Im having to pay payments and waste my time and money for a vehicle that should have been able to pass inspection without fraud involved. And never received any type of reply at all. Hard lesson learned, never ever under any circumstances salesmans word on anything.Good luck if you purchase from this man, hopefully your experience will not be as Unforgettable as mine.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆11/20/2016 Further contributed to this review after owners response. You just have confirmed everything that I said is true. Everyone knows that a down payment is to be made at the beginning of a car deal. I dont know of any sales person or dealership that would allow a down payment to be made or paid out after the loan has been funded from another Institution. I think you are forgetting what happened. I think if I were to tell you someone is getting me a loan for your car you are selling but they want $500 down that I do not have right now is there anyway you can work the deal and make it look as if Ive already given you $500 down so that I may purchase the car? I believe that sounds like a much more truthful story. Thank you for showing your ignorance and trying to slander me and at the same time showing that you, without a doubt are a shady person. And how do you know this is a one-owner car? You told me yourself you buy these from auction. And I have found wiring that was for a GPS system that was installed in the car. I am willing to bet it is the same kind of GPS system they put in used cars when they are from a Tote The Note Lot. I highly doubt this is a one-owner car.Anyways like I said prior, customer beware . Because if you have ever heard of a Shifty used car salesman he is the one.
