We were driving through on our way to St. George with a battery that wouldnt charge. Stopped at Auto Zone and they had just the battery at a reasonable price, and one of their kind staff installed it for us! Thank you for making our trip less stressful.

We had the check engine light on so we stopped by for a diagnostic. It was pretty busy, but we still didnt have to wait too long as Miguel was rushing around helping everyone seemingly at the same time. He was awesome! Very helpful and kind, he knew what he was talking about and was able to explain things to a person who doesnt know much about car maintenance. Miguel is Definitely a Rockstar and the person to talk to at this AutoZone!

I came in looking for bearings for my trailer. They didnt have what I needed on the shelf so I asked. I was told it would be to much work to go check everyone they had, to find what I needed. Ummm isnt that your job. You do sale auto parts wright??? Ill go elsewhere next time. Oh and the company down the road was happy to help...

I went in to get some screws to put my car plates on my new car. I asked for help and Brian was really nice coming out to check. I purchased The ones I needed and another gentleman came out with me to put it on. We realized you needed the 4 little squares where the screws go. So he went in and came out with new screws and those new squares purchased by Brian. Which I was so great ful cause I would had paid for them. All I know is that the customer service was amazing and made my Day! Thank you gentlemen for being pleasant and helpful!

My boyfriend and I we’re experiencing some issues with our steering wheel after coming down from the mountains today and so we went to Autozone. We were immediately greeted by Brian and he exemplified amazing customer service. The battery light also popped on as we were driving back and he knew that our main steering belt had come off and we needed it replaced. It was quick, efficient and he was an awesome help! Plus we all wore our masks and it was easily well done 😘😘 thank you!!

Terrible customer service. Team didn’t take correct action when I returned a part (that they said would be compatible with my car; it wasn’t) that completely ruined my car. Absolutely no communication between the shift supervisors and store manager which screwed me over in the end. This company does not care for you and does not care to fix their mistakes. Do not shop at this store, nor this company. Take your business elsewhere.

I’ve shopped at AutoZone for years. I have always been impressed with their selection and prices. However, Not impressed with this location. The staff isn’t very friendly at all. Felt Like a burden on the staff not a customer. This place could definitely use some training on how to treat customers and make them feel valued in their business.

Right now. The employees are very rude. My brother and I walked in simply and quickly to get sockets for his hitch and they wouldn’t leave us alone about masks. They condescended and harassed us. They didn’t ask or inquire as to whether or not we were able to wear masks and obviously couldn’t care less. We went over to O’Reilly and were treated much better and had a better experience. They treated us like adults and gave wonderful customer service. I will be giving O’Reilly my business from now on as they are friendly and treated me with respect and as an individual. I encourage everyone to do the same.

Came in and was initially helped by Rosalia, she was a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team member, she was very quick to get my part from the back and the rental tool I needed. Because I brought in my old part, I was able to preform the repair in the parking lot. Because I didnt have my tools with me, George was very helpful and understanding and let me borrow the stores tools and even gave me an extra hand when I needed it. Overall great and friendly customer service with smiles all around 😃

The two gentlemen that was working the morning shift helped my husband and I when we had battery problems and they even put a new one on for us and got us back on the road in no time at all they were amazing guys!!!!!!i tecomend this store to all my friends and family

Our check engine light was on, and Brian was very helpful and kind as we got it checked out and the issue fixed.

Staff is mostly helpful. I asked 2 different staff members about a repair and got 2 very different answers. One answer was complicated and the other way just going to take more brute force to accomplish. Both were going to get to the end goal accomplished, but people should be aware when asking advice from the staff here

Very friendly and helpfull

We were visiting in the Panguitch area and began our day with a dead battery. A friendly person gave us a jump start and because a new battery there would have been very very expensive, we drove to Cedar City for our new battery. The manager George was quick and efficient and we really appreciate the service that soon had us on our way for a day of sightseeing.

Amazing place for auto parts. Helped me find out what was wrong with my car using a code reader for free and I was missing a headlight and got it replaced for free because the item/package was damaged.

I had an experience recently on a family road trip. We live in SLC and went to Phoenix to visit friends. On our way back home our 2016 Ford Explorer notified us of a battery problem. Google search indicated the battery wasnt getting a charge and it was likely because the alternator had gone bad. We were on I-15 Northbound near Cedar and decided it would be smart to stop by Auto Zone for a battery check. I could have been facing an overnight stay at a hotel and expensive diagnosis and fix at a local dealership or mechanic. Auto Zone helped me identify the problem and fix it in the parking lot. 2 hours and $13 later we were on our way home thanks to their help. If you are in Cedar and need auto help, I recommend stopping here first!

Only computer parts finders. Have to wear a mask, even if you have health issues which make it too hard to breathe with one. Order online they say.

I really enjoy shopping at this AutoZone here in Cedar City. Cody, the manager, is great to work with and is concerned about customer service. All of the other employees are very very friendly and very knowledgeable as well. The store is always in Tip-Top shape and is very clean. The employees are very helpful and they are not trying to sell you the most expensive stuff but are only trying to help you get what it is you need.

This store was marked well for covid. They manager? Michael Hatch was the only employee wearing a mask ...its the current directive for business to reopen. Yet his co workers acted like annoyed to jump the hoops of covid protocols...even not wearing a mask... Mr. Hatch seemed frustrated by it as well. He was helpful and mindful of the amount of people in the store..locking the doors after 10 people.

Never thought Id visit twice in a week, but owning an older vehicle made it a necessity. Helpful and knowledgeable staff made both transactions painless. The parts fit and one was warranteed at no additional cost- just ask for the warranty at checkout.

They have treated me good at this location, for about 6 yrs .

Good people and helpful. A relatives car broke down and we fixed it in the parking lot and had to ask for a schematic of the engine configuration, they had no problem helping us out, the only problem I have is Im not totally sure the battery was no good because it was tested before I got there so I had to spend $69 on a new one and the old battery wad only 1.5 years old. Besides that one item they were pretty good people, I wished there were women there because my experience women are more helpful and usually know what they are talking about

The employees here are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They have always helped me find exactly what I need for my car. Their prices are cheap too. This is absolutely the best car parts store in Cedar City.

Was greeted by rude disrespectful staff. I will never shop here again. So, Ill take my business down the road to OReilly Auto Parts where they respect their customers.

I am medically exempt from wesring a mask because it will harm my health. The employee at AutoZone refused to serve me and his idea of service was to make me leave the store and call the number on the door. I was standing three feet in front of him, all he had to do is grab my part, instead I was forced to leave the store. I will never shop there again.

Timothy was such a big help. We stopped in for the free check engine light service for my aunts car. We didnt get great news but he was so helpful and explained everything for us.He also was such a gentleman with the doors (a small but big thing).

Wow, I am so grateful my check engine light came on just outside the town as I was passing through the area - I was greeted by wonderful staff, and was helped by Cody who helped diagnose and offer a solution to fix the problem. Not only that, I never felt discounted as a woman; Cody helped talk me through how to fix the problem on my own and did so in a very non-condescending way as I have sometimes felt in other auto shops.What could have been a stressful situation turned out to be pleasant and empowering one with Codys help.Thank-you!

Story time...I was driving around with my daughter, age of 1, and our car battery started dying. One of the employees came out and checked the battery and the let us know that the alternator was bad. He helped us out, even gave us a local location of a shop to have the work done. They helped us in a time of need and I would send anyone to this location to get help from those that seem to know what they are doing.

Seriously great customer service! I am a college student who isn’t great with cars and I went in with a question and they came out to my car, got it fixed, and I was on my way if a matter of minutes. Fantastic service!

Well great customer service they definitely go above and beyond to help you out no matter how dumb the question is the find an answer to it I want school is you beating your cars VIN number itll actually bring up the history for it well set up an account you learn a lot about your vehicle.

If you dont know quite what your lookin for...well, niether do they. And theyll charge you out the bottom for it and itll prob. Break on you 2x or more.

Tom was amazing!! I went in with a horrible battery issue. I knew I needed a new one as the smell was horrible and it was leaking. Tom let me know it was good we stopped as it was close to blowing up. He said he thought the battery had a short (which wouldnt surprise me as a different auto parts store first tested it put the cables on wrong). Tom got me a new one and installed it for me. Made it so me and my daughter were able to get home safely to Provo.Thank you Auto Zone for the quality and professionalism of the people you hire.
