I didnt appreciate that after waiting 10 minutes in line, they let the person in back of me go ahead because he had an online order. The main issue was the order was not complete. We were in a hurry but saw only two people in line. Therefore, we stopped in real quick. The gentleman that was taken ahead of us apologized. I would understand if they had an online order pick up window but they dont. Everyone should be served in the order they arrive. We ended up walking out without ordering.

Delicious ice cream and shake, very light and not overly heavy at all with great prices. Workers could be nicer but honestly that just seems to be the case with pretty much any customer service job post pandemic. Will definitely be returning

Blown and battered and not in a good way on route to the flying J I detoured to rest my arms and allow momma to calm the f down. And here we were..i had a delicious double scoop cone and momma had a banana split and a much more pleasant mood.

Good ice cream, good customer service, the lady working there in the mornings fast and friendly,They open at 11am the only downside is I was craving elotes con crema, ( corn in a cup & cream) and I was informed they werent ready it was going to take 45 minutes to an hour for them to be ready so I asked for nachos with jalapenos again I was informed that the cheese wasnt ready I was a bit disappointed if you going to open your business at whatever time you should be ready!! prepared in advance so you dont have customers walk away

Customer service was disappointing. Two ladies were working but one of them was rude when taking our orders. Not only was customer service bad but I end up getting food poisoning. Although food looked good I end up sick with food poisoning in the hospital. I will never be returning.

This wasn’t it, fam. I had rice pudding ice cream and the rice tasted really old. My sister had a cheesecake sorta milkshake and thought it was good. It was kinda a overwhelming and confusing experience.

Whats on their menu! They never have it. I just move here. 3 times went there. I guess they arent the same. Agua. Never have what I want. Always out of it. Maybe you need to stock up on your supplies

AH-MAZING!!! Seriously, Im visiting from Ohio and never have experienced such amazing flavor and yumminess... I swear Im going to go there every day until I leave. Everything from the ice cream, every single type of paleta bar.. (you cant call these popsicles because there is no way that this is comparable to a regular popsicles)...The frozen bananas...agua frescas aka fruit drinks are legitttttt! The Raspados aka fruit ice slushies 10/10, I also got fresa con crema aka strawberries with sweet cream and granola yesssss....ok Im going to stop because I am going to embarrass myself but I have already tried so many different things from that place and I am going to try the sherberts tomorrow! So the only thing that I can think of, of somebody not liking that place is if they get the wrong flavor that might not suit them. But theres nothing that could possibly be bad at that place. If you dont like the flavor or sweet treat then next time try something else!!!!! Need this place in my life everyday!!!!!

Came to this michoacana because it was the only one in the valley that closes late and I was craving some tostilocos LOL but I walked in with a friend and literally got skipped twice by two lady’s, but than Gloria acknowledge us by asking if I been helped and I answer no, so she end up helping us with her great customer service and not like the other two that just kept starring at me and my friend and didn’t even acknowledge us! But I want to thank Gloria for her sweet personality & good customer service!😊

Sweet baby Jesus....an icecream joint thats open till 11pm....serves everything from elotes to something with a Z I cant say correctly... Paletas of every flavor you could possibly want, some you might not... Can get busy, even late....The service is fantastic though and youre always greeted with a smile....

I had a few but important issues with my last visit. First, I asked for nachos and I was given apparently the leftovers as the chips were almost only crumps. I told the attendant about it but she pretended not to hear me. Second I was with my family and my daughter wanted water and they did not have a free cup of water for her. Any place I go they always have free cups of water. I spent almost fifty dollars and they sold me a two dollar water bottle... Third, the place was busy and only one person was doing all the work... forth, The restrooms are not clearly marked, Im not even sure they have restrooms... Im not sure if I will return.

I always enjoy going to La Michoacana. Their ice cream is one of the best I have ever had and it shows. Be prepared to get in line if you go there on a weekend night. Lots of families and children. Very family oriented. Great atmosphere. They have some unique flavors and you can sample every and each one of them. I tried the avocado one. It was pretty good. My favorite flavors there are: coconut, raisins and rum and strawberry. Delicious ! They also have popsicles and ice cream bars. And if you don’t want anything sweet they have some Mexican savory treats as well. Totally worthy it!

What an awesome place! The owner and crew were very welcoming and made our experience one to remember. You have got to go and try it for yourselves. Everything is made fresh with fresh and quality hand picked and personally selected ingredients. This is not just Ice Cream... this is La Michoacana!!!!!

It was my first time here! One of the best ice creams hands down! It is on the sweet side but not too overwhelming. Michoacana also offers other types of treats such as chicharron preparado, mangoneadas, esquites, and much more. Has public restrooms, a plus.

Cookies and Cream (Oreo) ice cream has been my #1 favorite ice cream since I can remember. I am absolutely blown away by there mix. Loaded with Oreo cookies. I mean LOADED!!! The cookie to ice cream ratio was off the charts. Totally spectacular. Unfortunately I live in south Florida so I am only here a short time. I am going back tonight with out a doubt. If I could put some in my pocket and make it home, I would. That is how good it is....

Ice cream had a bit of an off flavor. Strawberries in the strawberry cheesecake where slimy. Very clean place.

They dont use hair nets at all and when you find a hair in the food, they blame it on you saying its your hair 😠 the owner didnt want to give us a refund either.

This place is AMAZING! I have been to a lot of ice cream shops and eaten my fair share, and this place wins, hands down. They have scoops, paletas (Mexican ice cream bars) in at least 50 different varieties, fruit parfaits and lots of other tasty treats. And to top it all off, the staff is so friendly and helpful.Just GO, don’t wait. You will be amazed and if you only like Vanilla, it is the best I have ever had!

My favorite ice cream place in the valley. You can keep your foo foo overpriced places on Palm Canyon. This is the real deal and with such interesting flavors. My only grip is the crummy spoons that bend while youre using them but I usually bring my own from home

A early evening craving sent me on a search for ice cream and stumbled on this gem. I had the strawberry cheesecake and pistachio ice cream that were delicious and inexpensive. Service was fast and friendly, i dont speak Spanish but that was not an issue. I couldnt believe how busy it was at 8:30 pm (evidently Im not the only one with late cravings). I regretted not getting more to go!

The service was exceptional and the food was great as well. We got a raspado, but it didnt have enough juice, one of the servers was very polite about it and gave us more syrup, it was exactly what we needed. Would definitely come back again

This ice cream is so good. Its really creamy and thr taste is phenomenal. You should try the coconut and the mazapan (form of peanut butter) really smooth and creamy.

I love this Ice Cream shop! There are lots of different flavored ice cream choices! I already tried the Ferrero Rocher and Horchata flavors. Flavors are so creamy and delicious. They dont offer water so I end up buying $4 bottled water. Overall, this shop is great and I want to try all flavors of ice cream someday!

Amazing ice cream and popsicle flavors. I had a Mangoneda with Tamarind ice cream. It had fresh mango, dried spicy mango and a sweet tangy sauce poured over it . Very flavorful and yummy. They have an amazing variety of dessert items and other kinds of snacks . Give this place a try you’ll be glad you did!

I asked for a Raspado de vanilla and lechera. They told me they ran out while laughing and then proceeded to tell me that they had the ingredients to make it but it takes a min and basically implied they didn’t want to do it. Then I got a vanilla ice cream which tasted like coffee creamer. Bad day

We have tried this place twice. The actual ice cream is good and portion size is generous but proces are ridiculous and they severely skimp on toppings. Navhos with about a tablespoon of cheese...banana split with about 2 tablespoon of syrup and they don’t have any other type of toppings - like strawberries etc.$17.50 for 2 banana splits that are short on choices and quantity of toppings . If you want to try this place better go soon before they are out of business (which they almost are - no other customers)
