Omg, I havent had any Baskin Robins in more than 20 years. The prices have skyrocketed, but after 20 years thats to be expected. It was delicious and well worth the price.

I had the banna split and it was great. The place was busy, but they kept up with a smile. I will come back

Went by on Thursday afternoon and bought 2 different flavors of the no sugar added ice cream, the coconut pineapple and a vanilla with caramel swirls and chocolate candy in it. I ate the coconut pineapple, very good, with no problems. In the last scoop of the vanilla caramel swirl I found a fingernail, the tip of the fingernail, no polish on it. It didnt feel like an acrylic nail because it was bendable. I had to throw about 1 scoop of ice cream away. Wont have that flavor again.

Love this baskin robbins! ALL of the staff is friendly and helpful. I am so sorry there is an ignorant person in these reviews claiming there isn’t any “real” Americans working there due to lack of english. All of the workers there speak fluent English and Spanish which is beyond helpful. Speaking English does not equate to being a real American. I love this place and will continue to support.

Tge worst customer service ever. No real Americans working there to understand you!! Only Spanish speaking. Also they have way too young kids working there that have no clue of CS. They give u more sweets in ur ice cream then Ice cream.

This Baskin-Robbins location is very convenient. The staff has been helpful and quick about getting your orders in the works. You are able to sample the ice cream and they let you without any problem. Its a very small place but its still nice to enjoy some ice cream with your family. They can keep the place cleaner. Or clean more often. The last few times Ive gone in there have been paper towels dropped ice cream and Spills on the floor. If you download the app you can enjoy a lot of free ice cream in them some great deals. Because of that app in the deals we can go little more often than we usually do for ice cream.

Went to go get two ice cream shakes yesterday, although the girl was very nice she has no idea how to make a proper ice cream shake, super watery we were disappointed. And the place was super dead. I ordered a cake from here for this weekend...I hope that goes better

They have a large selection of ice-cream and let you sample any of them no problem. The employees are very friendly. The wait was a bit long and the place had a bit of trash inside and outside, but other than this it was a great place to eat.They could use some outdoor seating, as well.

AFTER we ordered and had ice cream they told us cash only. The only reason we came in was because we had a gift card. This review is about a location problem not a general Baskin-Robbins problem.

Good ice cream. However, I had a Baskin Robbins coupon for a Buy one, get one cone. I bought 2 double scoops and was told they could only give one scoop free. After showing the coupon, the clerk relunctly honored the coupon. Employees need to be educated regarding Baskin-Robbins coupons.

To bad Rebecca closes at 9:40 instead of 10pm like advertised. Was closed early. IMO they should close as posted so people dont waste their gas a d time.

I went in on a weekend and had a very long wait before I was even able to order, only one employee was working at the time. It is a kinda small place with only two tables for sitting, which were full with customers. Plus the five of us in line. It was my first time at a Baskin Robbins in a really long time, maybe ever even. I was more disappointed with the ice cream itself then the wait, which can be understandable. I was ordering for my girlfriend and I couldn’t imagine she would be happy with the creation of a basic sundae that I left with.

Service is good. Ice cream is not what I remember. It was icy, and very bland. The cone was tasteless as we. Wont be back. Go to the Mexican ice cream shop. Waaaayyyyy better. They also have popsicles and frozen bananas.

Been coming here for 4 years and ordering the same thing and its always about 10 dollars plus tip. Tonight Im told by a snot nose little brat be with purple hair that, they dont do it that way and if I dont like it I can leave. So I did, and I was threatened on the way out, words I cant use here. No option just, If I dont like it leave. I have told tonight about 150 people that it is no longer safe to go to the Cathedral City BR Franchise. I will go to LaQuinta. Obviously, the untrained foul mouthed kids run this place.
